Super fast delivery, great range of QUALITY products. I purchased Vega Energising Smoothie powder and it arrived safely. Could be more organized
I have order an item which I was really waiting for. However, later I received an email that item is out of stock. (When I was ordering, it is showed that item is in stock). Therefore, I am not sure when I will receive it. It really puts me out of the track. At least site could offer a little compensation for their mistakes.

As per our emails, we cannot apologise enough for the delay. As you are aware this product is manufactured in the USA and due to manufacturing issue with the product labels, our order has been delayed a couple of days longer than the expected arrival date. This is obviously out of our hands completely. Our stock levels on the website were set with respect to the expected delivery date of the stock here.
From our emails, I had believed that the delay was not going to cause you any inconvenience at all. I can confirm that the stock is expected by the end of this week and will obviously ship to you immediately.

Superb service
The digestive stimulator product is definitely the best I have ever tried. From time of order to delivery your service was first class. Delivery was extremely quick and at all stages of the process I received regular emails and texts advising when delivery would take place.

Don't leave till to-morrow what should be done to-day
I have dealt with Blue Herbs in the past and therefore knew the product I was ordering,(Digestive Stimulator). Whenever I go abroad I find that the change in diet and water tends to cause a problem with my daily bowel movement, so I take a supply of the said herbal treatment to kickstart my digestive system. After 2 to 3 days I find that I'm OK. This product is very, very good.

Absolutely fantastic!
Great products and great service. Moments after I placed my order an email and text message informed me my porduct had been packed and shipped and would be delivered the next day. Later on another email and text informed me of the 1-hour range when my parcel would be delivered and it turned up when they said. This is my second order and in both cases it has all been organised extremely well, I have been kept informed at all times and the parcel has turned up exactly when they said. I am impressed!

great company, great products !
i couldn't live without the products i buy on a regular basis from blue herbs. As well as my regulars i am trying new products too, like the beauty creams, I have done quite a bit of cleansing and i honestly do feel a lot better than i did 6 months ago, but still work in progress as i am aiming higher.
Delivery is always speedy & iv'e never had any problems with blue herbs, i highly recomend them.

WOW , HOW REFRESHING TO RECEIVE SUCH SERVICE
ORDERED AMAZING GRASS FROM BLUE HERB, WHICH WAS FOLLOWED BY AN EMAIL FROM THEM EXPLAINING THEY WERE OUT OF STOCK AND THAT THEY WOULD EMAIL AGAIN WHEN ITEM WAS AVAILABLE. TRUE TO THEIR WORD THEY DID THIS. WITHIN A DAY OR TWO I HAD ANOTHER EMAIL SAYING MY ORDER HAD BEEN SHIPPED, I THEN RECEIVED A TEXT TELLING ME EXACTLY WHAT DAY AND TIME IT WOULD BE DELIVERED, FOLLOWED BY YET ANOTHER TEXT ON DAY OF DELIVERY TO REMIND ME. I WAS SO IMPRESSED WITH THE WHOLE SERVICE, IF ONLY EVERYTHING WAS THIS RELIABLE!!!!. Great service, great item
The Klystra silicon transparent enema kit is a great item! The bag is "huge" for me (I take only 1,5 litres as prescribed by a doctor), but is the best one on the market in term of safety and material. Silicon is inert so I can use an emulsion of water and olive oil safely. Fast shipping, great service. Many thanks!

A Company with heart and good energy!
I have been using digestive stimulant off and on for the last 2 years. I have found it to be the best laxative that I have ever taken. I always feel good when I have taken a capsule. It seems to put me in positive energy. I can only put this down to the quality of the ingredients and the way that they are put together.
