THE BEST! - Easy to use and FANTASTIC support - always there to help.
I am a complete novice, absolutely no experience. I found it fairly easy to build my website, the support team are always there and answered all my queries quickly. My site is still in its early stages and I know through Blue Park there is still so much more I can do with it. Brilliant all round.

The best choice for our business.
Having used many different systems since 2001 when we started trading online, Blue Park is by far the best system we have used to date. It’s massive undergoing moving website, but has been well worth it and there support and guidance has been amazing. Since going live with our new site we have been very busy with orders and had lots of positive comments from our regular customers.

Transformational
Our old version of our site www.vacuumbags2u.co.uk of 10 years, was sufffering a slow death before we took the plunge and switched to Bluepark. First order after 20 minutes of going live and sales have been gathering pace since. The up to date tools are such a bonus and make the organisation of the orders so straightforward. I've made a few bad decisions over the years, but this wasn't one of them.

Efficient, cost effective, helpful and the nicest bunch of people on the net
My first website cost the best part of £10K and as time went by, it became more and more cumbersome and frustrating with no development and upgrade path, beyond spending another small fortune. So I was a naturally hesitant about moving lock, stock and barrel to another service. Scared of all the technical hurdles as well as losing all the links and high web ranking which we had built up over the previous 7 years. It was a huge decision to make and I certainly did my research before taking the first step.
However, without doubt I can now say it was the best decision I've made and I can't recommend Bluepark enough. I started with the demo and then have moved through each package, each time being thrilled to find all the features slick and functional. As a small company I tried not to trouble them too much, but when I did, they were patient and clear about each technical issue or question I put to them. They understood my fears and have held our hands when needed, especially when the time came to throw the switch.
Of course there are a few and I do mean very few little features I would love to tweak, but hey, they are providing a superior service and better value for money package than I've had before and I feel they are definitely interested in seeing us succeed with our activities.
As a web service they are top notch, as technical support they are always on the ball and as people they have become like old friends. If you are looking for a shop web package then you'll never regret choosing them. I didn't and I have no hesitation in giving this reference a 5* rating.

almost perfect
easy to use, can do almost everythin, only thing that needs alot of work in here is the shoptalk system, because i cant change first sentence and it is not fully working, for example if i write to someone he/she will recive the message but if the other way around then i wont recive messages, but everything else in here is brilliant.

Fantastic - dont hesitate - Go with BLUEPARK
It is really hard trying to choose a good internet shop solution and I stumbled upon Bluepark by accident but I am glad I did! Very easy to navigate and to date I have never had a problem. I would (and have) recommend Bluepark to anyone.

Bluepark tops the lot ...
We have looked at several eCommerce CMS systems, and even signed up to another one before we discovered Bluepark. The system is highly flexible, very easy, and extremely fast. Every CMS company offers support, but few seem to provide it like Bluepark who are there on the telephone and respond by email, usually within minutes. The forum is proactive and useful, and Bluepark customers are only too happy to help each other. Top marks!

Great user experience, fabulous user support team!
I used Bluepark to set up my website www.JollysToys.co.uk earlier this year. Ied that I had been using Moonfruit and needed a website which could deliver much more. After trialling several other prividers, I went with Bluepark. I am delighted that I did. Despite me being totally new to the system and HTML, it didn't take me long to work out how to get started and build my site. The support team was EXCELLENT and gave me tips and help along the way. Now I have a site which is offering my customers a great shopping experience and my business has taken many more orders since launchging the new Bluepark site. Bluepark set's the standard for hosted eCommerce Software
Bluepark set a very high standard, not only with their feature packed and easy to use hosted eCommerce platform, but also with their excellent level of support which I have seldom come across. The two combine to provide an extremely compelling ecommerce solution, which is fully scalable and completely reliable. If you are just starting out you'll get features that are often only associated with big business and if you are a corporation you will find that all the boxes are ticked (along with a few more that you hadn't thought of). Great value software from an excellent and professional company that I would have no hesitation to recommend.

BluePark delivers a five star service.
I recently signed over to BluePark with initial reservations, moving host is a bit like moving a Bricks and Mortar store from one location to another, first you need to assess the location and services then you prepare your move, exactly like a B&M move there is only so much preparation you can do in advance, much is left to the day, our experience on the day is deserved of a five star review, as well as the follow up services.
On a technical level BluePark solutions is complex in structure but easy to implement, allowing flexibility and owner/customer control at every level.
"It works" in modern history has received an elevated position, so I have no reservations in applying that commendation on behalf of ourselves and our customers, BluePark Solutions works.

Simply The Best !
We have been a Bluepark Solutions user for over 6 years. Prior to that we had tried many other e-commerce platforms and none of these come close to Bluepark in terms of features, speed, stability and support.
It was so refreshing to find an e-commerce platform that works straight out of the box so we could get on with promoting and running our business instead of firefighting bugs all the time like we were with our previous providers.

The best ecommerce solution we have ever used.
We are a retailer with a physical shop and a number of websites, we have used in the past some of the big name providers for our web solutions and have found them lacking in customer support and service, you just feel like a number...
BluePark Solution have changed the way I think about this sector, they have all the features I need and more to spare but best of all you feel they know you, if you have an issue they are onto it as soon as possible, they are always bringing out new features and if there is a problem with a new feature it is quickly sorted out and I mean within hours.

What a Refreshing Change!
It's a big decision to make when choosing a shopping cart for your business, so I was a little nervous changing from Interspire to Bluepark as I wanted to be sure I was making the right decision.
Thankfully it was.
After the non existent customer service of Interspire it was a refreshing change to find a company that promptly answered my queries before and after taking out a shopping cart subscription.
The software itself is user friendly and allows you to customise your website almost without limit, which was a big plus for me, especially after using Interspire.
There's also an active forum where you actually get your questions answered should you have any problems - another refreshing change!
I'm very pleased I made the change to Bluepark and would highly recommend it to anyone considering a shopping cart for their business.

These people are a rare find
Choosing an ecommerce solution is so hard, there are so many choices and it feels like a lottery. We tried another company before Bluepark, and they didn't measure up at all, there were lots of nasty surprises and the support was poor. After putting a huge amount of time and resource into the project it was very disheartening to be starting again, but Bluepark were recommended to us so we decided to switch. Best decision we ever made! The product is excellent, functionality and feel are more than enough for our company's present and anticipated future needs. The support is AMAZING. Really lovely, normal people who are competent and intelligent experts at this. If you're considering Bluepark, don't waste time deliberating like I did, just do it! You won't regret it.

A terrific hosting product, and really great tech support - even for non-technical minds
We were recommended Bluepark by another business who had done a lot of research on hosting packages before they started their business, and had trialled several possibilities. Bluepark came out head and shoulders above the competition on both features and technical support.
I know from my own research on website development and hosting that to get a package with so many bells and whistles that is easy even for a novice to use would cost many thousands, yet even the most feature rich option at Bluepark costs only around £50 a month.
I have yet to telephone their UK based tech support without getting a clear and easily understood response in minutes, and even late at night I've had email questions answered within the hour.
If you want a flexible template system to design your own website, and want to have a package employing 'best practice' in website features, equal if not better than the very expensive bespoke websites, at a fraction of the price, look no further.
Bluepark offers you a chance to make life very easy for your customers and very easy for you to administer with little technical knowledge.
We are currently designing our third website using Bluepark, and I don't see us ever needing to look elsewhere, however big we get.
Bluepark listen to their customers and keep on adding any new features we ask for and many we hadn't even thought of.
It's our opinion at Kedel Limited (www.kedel.co.uk, www.kedeleducation.co.uk) that Bluepark really offers the best hosting and self design package available, providing flexibility, ease of use, feature rich content, and most importantly, is very easy for our customers to use, converting visitors into repeating sales.

Nothing is too much trouble for them, they are always bringing new up dates on line, if there is a bug ( not often) it will be fixed within hours.

Professional - Fun - Outstanding Proformance A**********
I have used BluePark for a while now and I am very impressed with the service, the IT and how easy it is to use.

They have 3 packages to suit all business types and are really good value for money.
The regular updates are always well implemented and should there be a problem it is fixed immediately - even if that happens to be a Sunday afternoon between Christmas and New Year - now that is what I call service!!
One of the many things I like about BP is that they are great at communicating their update strategy and with an excellent forum we are able to comment on that strategy.
Setting up a new site is very easy. Adding products - images and text - is intuitive and works very well. Things like SEO, social media and Google Shopping feeds have all been thought about and incorporated into the platform.
With some great design partners building a business is much easier than I thought it would be.
I honestly cannot recommend Bluepark highly enough. Rich, Cate and the team are brilliant at what they do.

Great site, great customer service, great support!!
I am not the most tech savvy person but even I manage to update my site. The forums are brilliant for getting advice and support but if you do need to contact support they get back to you really quickly and are very helpful. Would not hesitate in recommending them to someone else.

Up and running from day 1. Brilliant package out of the box.
It was only when we started to use the Bluepark package that we realised how outdated our previous package was. Moving our store over to Bluepark was like coming out of the dark ages. From an admin point of view it is simple to use yet it's full of features making the end user experience a pleasure. Quite simply the best there is!
I have tried many, many ecommerce solutions in the past, other solutions seem to offer great features and look good, but in time you find the features do not work properly or not enough thought has gone into how the functions work.

All the features I needed in an all-in-one hosted solution, good user forums showing reassuring level of response by Bluepark's owner Richard.
I set up a business recently (www.cleancutwood.com), and wanted a hosted ecommerce website that I could build/customise myself, but that could eventually offer all the features I would need. I looked at many options, but finally my choice came down to Bluepark because it was UK based, with a real person in charge, who I could see responded quickly and actively to user's requests on the forums. I also found lots of good reviews. There are cheaper options but I am very comfortable 18 months later with the choice I made, and I have no intention of leaving. Richard keeps introducing features, so I am more than happy with the future prospects of my site.

Bluepark don't make lager, but if they did it would probably be the best in the world!
If you are looking for an ecommerce platform you won't find a better one than Bluepark. Very helpful and quick responses from support and from the very friendly and helpful forums. New features added all the time and a constant stream of newcomers from other platforms.

Simply outstanding from day one, the best choice we ever made.

Other eccomerce providers could learn a lot from Bluepark
Having used Actinic (sellerdeck!) for several years, Bigcommerce (cough splutter) for 1 year (be warned those 'guys' at Bigcommerce/Interspire dont bug check until late on Fridays after they have finnished hyping their latest updates)
We have found bluepark to be very feature rich, stable, excellent support even out of hours. The software has many functions that other systemes have, the differnce being they actualy work in Blueparks.
The only thing I could think of improving would be an intergration with Amazon but I have yet to see one that works without fault on any other system in this price bracket.
A standalone version for self hosting woud be nice but thats more of a request that a review.

The best ecommerce software around for the money
As a web developer I have experience of many hosted ecommerce packages and Bluepark is by far the easiest and most flexible software on the market. For the non computer literate website owner, this package is feature rich and very easy to set up and operate on your own. No programming skills are needed. Suppport from Bluepark is second to none and any periodic software updates are rolled out across all the sites at no extra cost. If you are serious about having an ecommerce website then making the move to Bluepark will be the best move can make. You will not regret it. The only regret you'll have is not having done it sooner. I would recommend Bluepark every time.
P.S. Lots of tips and help available from some very friendly people on the Bluepark forum who give their time and expertise for free.

Excellent customer service backing up a high quality ecommerce platform
If you are in the market for a full featured ecommerce platform to start up your own small online business, or looking to take your existing business online but unsure about all the hassles involved, then bluepark's very easy to use system is the perfect beginning. The software is easy to sue and customise while being powerful to cater to any type of business with features not available in other ecommerce solutions. Priced just right, with 3 different tiered options to suit your particular needs.
And of course there is the very high quality support given from the owners as well as the community on the support forums. Whatever problem you may run into, you can be assured you will receive a quick and very helpful reply.
There may be less expensive options out there, but you do get what you pay for, we made the mistake of using a cheaper ecommerce platform, however they were fraught with issues, andf their customer support was appalling.
I cannot recommend bluepark highly enough on the support alone, the rest just makes it easy to recommend
