The best ecommerce software around for the money
As a web developer I have experience of many hosted ecommerce packages and Bluepark is by far the easiest and most flexible software on the market. For the non computer literate website owner, this package is feature rich and very easy to set up and operate on your own. No programming skills are needed. Suppport from Bluepark is second to none and any periodic software updates are rolled out across all the sites at no extra cost. If you are serious about having an ecommerce website then making the move to Bluepark will be the best move can make. You will not regret it. The only regret you'll have is not having done it sooner. I would recommend Bluepark every time.
P.S. Lots of tips and help available from some very friendly people on the Bluepark forum who give their time and expertise for free.

Excellent customer service backing up a high quality ecommerce platform
If you are in the market for a full featured ecommerce platform to start up your own small online business, or looking to take your existing business online but unsure about all the hassles involved, then bluepark's very easy to use system is the perfect beginning. The software is easy to sue and customise while being powerful to cater to any type of business with features not available in other ecommerce solutions. Priced just right, with 3 different tiered options to suit your particular needs.
And of course there is the very high quality support given from the owners as well as the community on the support forums. Whatever problem you may run into, you can be assured you will receive a quick and very helpful reply.
There may be less expensive options out there, but you do get what you pay for, we made the mistake of using a cheaper ecommerce platform, however they were fraught with issues, andf their customer support was appalling.
I cannot recommend bluepark highly enough on the support alone, the rest just makes it easy to recommend

A brilliant website control panel with a friendly support service that is quick and efficient.
I have nothing but good recommendations for the Bluepark Solution, it has an excellent control panel with lots of additional functions which is always being updated. The support is second to none with any queries answered the same day. Any new functions requested are always considered. The community within Bluepark is friendly and helpful.

Reliable features and constant improvements
I have been with Bluepark Solutions for several years and I'm generally satisfied with the platform it's providing for my business. Excellent Product and Service

Amazing software and company, on the move constantly
I can't pretend to be technical, i'm just a retailer but this is the 3rd website I have had and this software is pretty amazing. The thing with Bluepark if there is something you want they will often update it so you have it. It has every function I need and my customers need, it is very SEO freindly and they are always around to help if we need it. Best of all great value compared to Magento which to me seemed the nearest in terms of what they could do.

Increase in visitors and sales since moving to Bluepark!
I moved to Bluepark after starting off an online shop with another Ecommerce provider. Like any package, it requires a little time and effort learning how it works but I found the staff, the forums and the help system very helpful and very quickly I picked up how to set up my website and make it look good!
After my initial free trial, I moved over permanently and have been more than happy with the results. My visitors and sales increased quite quickly on moving over after struggling previously with the other provider. They have a variety of 'extras' that are included within the package (I'm on the middle one), and you can have bundles of items for customers to buy, vouchers, a loyalty point scheme, an inbuilt blog and much more. The one thing that makes Bluepark stand out to me is that they don't stand still - if something is going to be useful to their customers, then they implement it as quickly as they can. There are updates happening very frequently!
Overall, my experience with Bluepark over the past year has been excellent and I would recommend them to anyone either starting out with their own online shop, or even for more established shops as they are a forward thinking company with great customer service!

Very professional and fully featured
Bluepark have an exceptionally professional and polished system - it may cost a bit more but is value for money since everything works so smoothly.
Their control panel has every feature you could need but is still simple enough to use and if you have any issues they reply to emails promptly.

Would recommend Bluepark to anyone
Bluepark, as many other reviews have stated, is a feature rich proactive community that only gets better with each passing month.
With many other competitors seeming to be on the decline during this recession, Bluepark just keeps growing, and it's not hard to see why.
Would recommend Bluepark to anyone who needs E-commerce software; from technophobes, all the way to web designers that want a great CMS.

Signing up with BluePArk was the Best Business decision of 2012
I had been suffering with an outdated bespoke website for the last few years, and making any changes to it was extremely expensive, if indeed the changes I wanted could be made.
I had been looking around at "off the shelf" solutions for quite some time, but no one offered the functionality I wanted/needed for my business. Lots of companies had some of the functionality I wanted, but the things that were crucially important didnt seem to exist.
I made contact with several companies, and the responses were very varied - some promised to call back, but never did, others clearly didnt understand my needs, as they offered inappropriate work arounds - it was all quite depressing really.
Then I contacted my current web support, and asked them to have a look at different solutions and to do me a report on the ones she had experience with and also others that were currently on the market.
Bluepark, without exception stood out on all fronts. The system seemed extremely feature rich, the community forum seemed extremely helpful and full of praise for Bluepark, and it seemed that BluePark were a very proactive, as opposed to re-active organisation.
I asked my web support to build my website for me with BluePark, and I havent looked back since. Once you get used to the system, it is easy to use, extremely adaptive, and performs exceptionally well. The features are brilliant, and new features and enhancements are always being introduced. All requests for enhancements are considered and if it isnt possible, or desireable, then an explanation as to why not is given.
The BluePArk community forum members are the best, in that they will assist you wherever possible, and do whatever they can to help you out. The support from BluePark itself is incredible.
Signing up with BluePArk is the one single best business decision I made last year, and I would highly recommend it to anyone who needs a web presence. By far the best out there, and exceptional value for money, considering what you get for your monthly subscription.

Excellent - cannot recommend highly enough...
We have used several e-commerce providers since 2006, but we transferred to Bluepark in May 2012 and they are by far the best - we can't recommend them highly enough. The customer service and technical support is excellent - nothing is ever too much trouble and support requests are answered within lightening quick time. When setting up our store, we found the templates straightforward to use and modify, and they can also be fully customised. Although we have limited technical knowledge, the friendly forum is invaluable for practical support and advice, and the online help system is really comprehensive. The software is also consistently updated with new features to help our business grow. If you're looking for a stable, reliable and evolving software platform for your website, look no further than Bluepark - It is a pleasure to recommend them.

Best decision we ever made!
We moved to Bluepark when it became clear that our previous provider was not able to offer the features, performance and reliability that we needed to grow our web business. Bluepark have been superb in every way, and we have total confidence that their systems work completely reliably. The forum is really useful to share ideas with other Bluepark users, and Bluepark are always responsive if we have a query or request for support. The best e-commerce solution we found & we tried them all.
Really solid, comprehensive back-end. However as front-end designers we are also very satisfied with the level of creative control we get with a Bluepark solution. Before we chose Bluepark we took out trial accounts with half a dozen providers and played around. The Bluepark package very quickly proved itself superior to anything else out there as it gave us the creative flexibility, back-end stability, and real-time UK support at a price that we wanted to pay. The real-time real-person support and attention to detail is excellent and does make you feel like a valued client. From the e-commerce/ SEO perspective we have been thrilled with the SEO from the Bluepark end. As long as you do your bit with fresh relevant content, google seems to like Bluepark very much.
Clubmugs is our first foray into e-commerce. We have designed and created many sites on the U.S. based Squarespace platform (no e-commerce facility however) which sets the bar very high as their interface is so slick and intuitive. The Bluepark interface by comparison is admittedly a little more gritty, old-schoool; a bit more clunky to navigate and certainly not as pretty to look at. However, Squarespace is really only about clever window dressing, Bluepark is a hard-working, robust engine for running a business on and taking people's money. And if you are tech-savvy you can get right under the hood and the only limits on creative control or content strategy is as they say, your own imagination.
As with all e-commerce hosting solutions there is no free lunch. You will have to do a fair bit of leg-work your end depending on your skill-level to learn the interface and more importantly maximise the potential from the Bluepark tool-box.

Superb infrastructure and excellent support
An absolutely fantastic platform to use, I have had varying levels and complexities over the years and it an be tailored to suit each situation almost flawlessly. When required I can get a quick response to any support questions and the platform is being continuously developed and improved to stay in line with the competition and to allow developers to support the expectations of the end users.

Don't bother searching any further. The Bluepark Ecommerce system is both easy to use and comprehensive. It'll work out of the box in one of the attractive ready made templates or is versatile enough to allow you to create a stunning masterpiece.
Go have a look at some of the existing customer examples. You'll see that just about anything is possible.
The comprehensive and friendly support ensures that you are never on your own.
My first foray into online sales was a technical nightmare. Everything was complicated and longwinded. Support was limited. The whole system was a minefield.
By comparison Bluepark is a breeze. Everything works together beautifully like it was planned from the offset, not bolted on as an afterthought. The system is continuously evolving to encompass current trends and customer's needs so is always at the cutting edge.

ultra-flexible and constantly evolving!
With Bluepark your imagination really is the limit. The CMS is so flexible you can make it work pretty much exactly how you want it to and if you do hit a wall you can be sure that what you need will eventually be supported as it is always being developed.
For the price this software really can't be beaten, and believe me, I have looked! Fantastic community support as well as direct support from the developers. A Bluepark site is also very reliable, I don't think we've had any noticeable down time in the 5+ years we've been using Bluepark Solutions.
It certainly will be an emotional day when our needs supersede what Bluepark can offer.

The best cart out there
Over 8 years selling online I have tried 4 other major shopping carts and all had issues from bugs in the cart, limitations, slow to keep up with technology or poor support. At first I was unsure about trying Bluepark as I was not keen on the idea of a hosted solution (I already had my own server). But I gave it a go and have never looked back.
The cart itself is amazing. Everything works exactly as it should, it makes use of all the latest things you need to stay on top of your competitors, it is incredibly SEO friendly and it is really simply and intuitive... a joy to use.
Behind the scenes, the support is out of this world. I can't begin to say how great it is. If you have a question or concern, the support team get back to you so quickly it takes your breath away. And they listen. They really do. If we have suggestions they seriously consider all our ideas and if they can, they implement them. Amazing. But don't just take my word for it. Have a look on the Bluepark forum. We are all happy as larry.
I would, and frequently do, recommed Bluepark to anyone in ecommerce. I am so thankful I found it and gave it a try. It is the best thing I ever did for my business.

None Better - 5 star!
I originally chose Bluepark as my e-commerce CMS solution after some good reviews elsewhere on the web. I have not regretted it. This has to be the most comprehensive e-commerce CMS system available. It's features are second to none. I was made redundant over 12 months ago and decided to set up a ecommerce business, along with a physical shop. At the time I knew nothing of websites however managed to design and produce myself a fully functioning website using Bluepark. Since then I have launched a second site and both are doing extremely well. I feel I should also mention the support you get with Bluepark. When I was building my site, I needed a bit of help with respect to a CSS issue I was having. As it was a Sunday, I dropped the support helpline a non-urgent email rather than a phone call. I got a response within the hour, and they had tweaked my CSS and sorted my issue. On a Sunday! (I'm sure this was exceptional however it just demonstrates the commitment to customers). If you ring the support helpline, you always get to speak with someone and your issue is resolved asap. The developers always consider any requests for improvements and there are regular updates which enhance the functionalilty. Without hesitation I would (and do!) recommend this company to anyone looking for a CMS e-commerce system.

Has grown my business three fold in 8 months
Started on Bluepark April 2012 coming from another company after two and a half years. My business tripled by the end of 2012 and that's partly down to the features BP offers, loyalty points, sharing buttons, all the things customers expect now.
The back end is easy to use too. And I'm a luddite!

Superb Customer Service!!!
I was with a different provider for about 10 years but when I changed to Bluepark, I realised what I had been missing. In a word - SERVICE! I only need to phone and within seconds Cate has an answer for my question. I have now made it my mission to stump her but am failing miserably so far. I would 100% recommend Bluepark as they are very customer service orientated and the software is so flexible to use that after 8 months I am still discovering new things that it can do! Value wise it cant be beaten, is feature rich and once you get your head around it, simple to use!

Brilliant! The product is fantastic and the company is a dream to deal with.
I wouldn't hesitate for a moment in recommending Bluepark to anyone who is planning to set up an e-commerce site or is looking to move an existing site from an unsatisfactory supplier. I set up my Bluepark site in 2010 - with no prior experience! The software is intuitive and provides great flexibility for designing a site that meets the specific needs of my business. When problems have arisen they have always been resolved very quickly and with the minimum of fuss.

Excellent service, product and support
Blue Parks service has been faultless since we started using them a year or so ago. New features are regularly added at no extra cost. A great system for users both with and without web coding experience, with lots of handy features to save you time. I would certainly recommend.

Very very pleased

Good value and easy to use
Bluepark offer excellent e-commerce solutions at a very reasonable price. Their admin console is easy to use and provides a lot of options to make your website and store just how you want them. They also provide excellent customer service and are quick and helpful when you have any query.
I wouldn't hesitate to suggest them to anyone looking to start up an online store.

Powerful yet easy to use e-commerce solution
I moved to Blue Park from EKM about a year ago.
I was dissatisfied with the bugs in the EKM system, the lack of features and the slow servers.
The move to Blue Park was painless thanks to lots of support from Richard and Cate and forum members.
Blue Park update the system regularly adding new features or improving existing ones. It is extremely flexible allowing creation of discounts, newsletters, user groups, a blog and much more. Best of all, you really do not need to know any code.
My only regret is that I did not move years ago - I now have a far superior system and it is even cheaper than EKM.

Excellent functionality and fast friendly support
I have been using the BluePark software for a few years now and it is excellent. I had previously tried a number of other popular shopping cart providers and found all sorts of problems with support and checkout capability.
I was lucky enough to fine the BluePark team and have been very happy. The sortware continues to be regularly updated with new features and provides very good value for money.
I have no hesitation in recommening the BluePark software and the team.

The best UK centric e-commerce platform there is.
I have run online businesses for 20 years and run e-commerce stores for the past 10. I suspect I have used virtually every hosted e-commerce platform there is and bluepark is in a league of it's own - and in very sparse company. I have worked for companies who have spent hundreds of thousands on developing their own in house system which does not even get close to blue park.
It's not the most non technical user friendly system - no HTML 5 back end or pretty icons, and if this is your first stab at e-commerce i suspect it may not be for you - in fact i would almost recommend you use one of the 'first steps' applications out there so you know where the pitfalls are have that list of 'i wish i could' because you will then find blue park does it...
If you just cannot get your head round spending £29 a month for the best of breed e-commerce platform, then give me £10k, then sign up and your boss will be amazed at what you have!

Superb provider
I would highly recommend Bluepark again and again, they really understand what people need who wish to set up a comprehensive ecommerce website. Customer service is faultless, there is always somebody who has full in depth knowledge of the system to assist and the forum is also very useful. Customer service is in the UK and you can either speak to a person or email for very quick responses which I think it essential. It is rare in this day and age to find businesses that are run so well with such commitment to their product and really do listen to their customers and who are constantly striving to improve the system. I have had my website with Bluepark for about 7 months after transferring from another provider and I have achieved much better SEO and sales since being with Bluepark. I really can't say enough to praise Bluepark and the effort the staff put into providing such an excellent product and service for us.

The best value for money.
Here at Vapourlites we knew that our products would sell well. We needed a platform with a simple cms, that would allow us to grow. We recently moved to the Enterprise Park soloution to help the increased sales and move to our new warehouse. We also found that the built in seo options in the back end, work a treat, our site in this sector is now on page 4 in Google! Brilliant.
Without spending thousands with other companies, you can do it yourself, with the use of some of the Help pages and BluePark forums. One of their recommended designers has also been a God send. Look him up Greg Grant, again Brrrrrrilliant. 10 out of 10 guys.

Feature rich and stable. It just works!
Having had ecommerce sites since their infancy and having used anything from a FrontPage site with paypal button's 10 years ago through to a bespoke offering and using one of the UKs largest ecommerce providers, I can say that BluePark is by far the most feature rich and stable platform out there. Every single feature works and it works well, if there are any bugs (they rarely happen) they are fixed immediately.
One of the main things I like about BP is that it has a wealth of extra features that with other platforms I would have to pay for, ie, live chat (one of the best features of BP as it hides when the operator isn't on line) through to newsletter/email software, great statistics and even affiliate tracking. It's all included in one price.
The very best thing I like about BluePark though is the support we get which is second to none. I highly recommend it.

I can't recommend them enough!
I have built a few websites with dreamweaver and own a successful wedding cake company. We wanted to expand the business into other areas and Bluepark was the perfect solution for this. They have amazing support. There is always without fail someone that will answer the phone and help you. Their forum is very friendly and also a great resource. The platform is the most stable I have come across and it's fast too, you can do anything you want to do with it and anything you are struggling with, there is alway help on hand. We are very, very happy with our home at Bluepark.
