As a web developer I have experience of many hosted ecommerce packages and Bluepark is by far the easiest and most flexible software on the market. For the non computer literate website owner, this package is feature rich and very easy to set up and operate on your own. No programming skills are needed. Suppport from Bluepark is second to none and any periodic software updates are rolled out across all the sites at no extra cost. If you are serious about having an ecommerce website then making the move to Bluepark will be the best move can make. You will not regret it. The only regret you'll have is not having done it sooner. I would recommend Bluepark every time.

I have nothing but good recommendations for the Bluepark Solution, it has an excellent control panel with lots of additional functions which is always being updated. The support is second to none with any queries answered the same day. Any new functions requested are always considered. The community within Bluepark is friendly and helpful.

I can't pretend to be technical, i'm just a retailer but this is the 3rd website I have had and this software is pretty amazing. The thing with Bluepark if there is something you want they will often update it so you have it. It has every function I need and my customers need, it is very SEO freindly and they are always around to help if we need it. Best of all great value compared to Magento which to me seemed the nearest in terms of what they could do.
I moved to Bluepark after starting off an online shop with another Ecommerce provider. Like any package, it requires a little time and effort learning how it works but I found the staff, the forums and the help system very helpful and very quickly I picked up how to set up my website and make it look good!
After my initial free trial, I moved over permanently and have been more than happy with the results. My visitors and sales increased quite quickly on moving over after struggling previously with the other provider. They have a variety of 'extras' that are included within the package (I'm on the middle one), and you can have bundles of items for customers to buy, vouchers, a loyalty point scheme, an inbuilt blog and much more. The one thing that makes Bluepark stand out to me is that they don't stand still - if something is going to be useful to their customers, then they implement it as quickly as they can. There are updates happening very frequently!
Overall, my experience with Bluepark over the past year has been excellent and I would recommend them to anyone either starting out with their own online shop, or even for more established shops as they are a forward thinking company with great customer service!

I had been suffering with an outdated bespoke website for the last few years, and making any changes to it was extremely expensive, if indeed the changes I wanted could be made.
I had been looking around at "off the shelf" solutions for quite some time, but no one offered the functionality I wanted/needed for my business. Lots of companies had some of the functionality I wanted, but the things that were crucially important didnt seem to exist.

Once you get used to the system, it is easy to use, extremely adaptive, and performs exceptionally well. The features are brilliant, and new features and enhancements are always being introduced. All requests for enhancements are considered and if it isnt possible, or desireable, then an explanation as to why not is given.
The BluePArk community forum members are the best, in that they will assist you wherever possible, and do whatever they can to help you out. The support from BluePark itself is incredible.

Really solid, comprehensive back-end. However as front-end designers we are also very satisfied with the level of creative control we get with a Bluepark solution. Before we chose Bluepark we took out trial accounts with half a dozen providers and played around. The Bluepark package very quickly proved itself superior to anything else out there as it gave us the creative flexibility, back-end stability, and real-time UK support at a price that we wanted to pay. The real-time real-person support and attention to detail is excellent and does make you feel like a valued client. From the e-commerce/ SEO perspective we have been thrilled with the SEO from the Bluepark end. As long as you do your bit with fresh relevant content, google seems to like Bluepark very much.
Clubmugs is our first foray into e-commerce. We have designed and created many sites on the U.S. based Squarespace platform (no e-commerce facility however) which sets the bar very high as their interface is so slick and intuitive. The Bluepark interface by comparison is admittedly a little more gritty, old-schoool; a bit more clunky to navigate and certainly not as pretty to look at. However, Squarespace is really only about clever window dressing, Bluepark is a hard-working, robust engine for running a business on and taking people's money. And if you are tech-savvy you can get right under the hood and the only limits on creative control or content strategy is as they say, your own imagination.
As with all e-commerce hosting solutions there is no free lunch. You will have to do a fair bit of leg-work your end depending on your skill-level to learn the interface and more importantly maximise the potential from the Bluepark tool-box.

Over 8 years selling online I have tried 4 other major shopping carts and all had issues from bugs in the cart, limitations, slow to keep up with technology or poor support. At first I was unsure about trying Bluepark as I was not keen on the idea of a hosted solution (I already had my own server). But I gave it a go and have never looked back.
The cart itself is amazing. Everything works exactly as it should, it makes use of all the latest things you need to stay on top of your competitors, it is incredibly SEO friendly and it is really simply and intuitive... a joy to use.
Behind the scenes, the support is out of this world. I can't begin to say how great it is. If you have a question or concern, the support team get back to you so quickly it takes your breath away. And they listen. They really do. If we have suggestions they seriously consider all our ideas and if they can, they implement them. Amazing. But don't just take my word for it. I originally chose Bluepark as my e-commerce CMS solution after some good reviews elsewhere on the web. I have not regretted it. This has to be the most comprehensive e-commerce CMS system available. It's features are second to none. I was made redundant over 12 months ago and decided to set up a ecommerce business, along with a physical shop. At the time I knew nothing of websites however managed to design and produce myself a fully functioning website using Bluepark. Since then I have launched a second site and both are doing extremely well. I feel I should also mention the support you get with Bluepark. When I was building my site, I needed a bit of help with respect to a CSS issue I was having. As it was a Sunday, I dropped the support helpline a non-urgent email rather than a phone call. I got a response within the hour, and they had tweaked my CSS and sorted my issue. On a Sunday! (I'm sure this was exceptional however it just demonstrates the commitment to customers). If you ring the support helpline, you always get to speak with someone and your issue is resolved asap. The developers always consider any requests for improvements and there are regular updates which enhance the functionalilty. Without hesitation I would (and do!) recommend this company to anyone looking for a CMS e-commerce system.
Started on Bluepark April 2012 coming from another company after two and a half years. My business tripled by the end of 2012 and that's partly down to the features BP offers, loyalty points, sharing buttons, all the things customers expect now.
The back end is easy to use too. And I'm a luddite!
I was with a different provider for about 10 years but when I changed to Bluepark, I realised what I had been missing. In a word - SERVICE! I only need to phone and within seconds Cate has an answer for my question. I have now made it my mission to stump her but am failing miserably so far. I moved to Blue Park from EKM about a year ago.
I was dissatisfied with the bugs in the EKM system, the lack of features and the slow servers.
The move to Blue Park was painless thanks to lots of support from Richard and Cate and forum members.
Blue Park update the system regularly adding new features or improving existing ones. It is extremely flexible allowing creation of discounts, newsletters, user groups, a blog and much more. Best of all, you really do not need to know any code.
My only regret is that I did not move years ago - I now have a far superior system and it is even cheaper than EKM.
I have been using the BluePark software for a few years now and it is excellent. I had previously tried a number of other popular shopping cart providers and found all sorts of problems with support and checkout capability.
I was lucky enough to fine the BluePark team and have been very happy. The sortware continues to be regularly updated with new features and provides very good value for money.
I have no hesitation in recommening the BluePark software and the team.

I have run online businesses for 20 years and run e-commerce stores for the past 10. I suspect I have used virtually every hosted e-commerce platform there is and bluepark is in a league of it's own - and in very sparse company. I have worked for companies who have spent hundreds of thousands on developing their own in house system which does not even get close to blue park.
It's not the most non technical user friendly system - no HTML 5 back end or pretty icons, and if this is your first stab at e-commerce i suspect it may not be for you - in fact i would almost recommend you use one of the 'first steps' applications out there so you know where the pitfalls are have that list of 'i wish i could' because you will then find blue park does it...
If you just cannot get your head round spending £29 a month for the best of breed e-commerce platform, then give me £10k, then sign up and your boss will be amazed at what you have!

Here at Vapourlites we knew that our products would sell well. We needed a platform with a simple cms, that would allow us to grow. We recently moved to the Enterprise Park soloution to help the increased sales and move to our new warehouse. We also found that the built in seo options in the back end, work a treat, our site in this sector is now on page 4 in Google! Brilliant.
Without spending thousands with other companies, you can do it yourself, with the use of some of the Help pages and BluePark forums. One of their recommended designers has also been a God send. Look him up Greg Grant, again Brrrrrrilliant. 10 out of 10 guys.
Having had ecommerce sites since their infancy and having used anything from a FrontPage site with paypal button's 10 years ago through to a bespoke offering and using one of the UKs largest ecommerce providers, I can say that BluePark is by far the most feature rich and stable platform out there. Every single feature works and it works well, if there are any bugs (they rarely happen) they are fixed immediately.
One of the main things I like about BP is that it has a wealth of extra features that with other platforms I would have to pay for, ie, live chat (one of the best features of BP as it hides when the operator isn't on line) through to newsletter/email software, great statistics and even affiliate tracking. It's all included in one price.
The very best thing I like about BluePark though is the support we get which is second to none. I highly recommend it.
I have built a few websites with dreamweaver and own a successful wedding cake company. We wanted to expand the business into other areas and Bluepark was the perfect solution for this. They have amazing support. There is always without fail someone that will answer the phone and help you. Their forum is very friendly and also a great resource. The platform is the most stable I have come across and it's fast too, you can do anything you want to do with it and anything you are struggling with, there is alway help on hand. We are very, very happy with our home at Bluepark.
