Make changes to your website to reflect a true indication of stock availability!
Ordered late evening 10/5/13 a GST 25M 110V Jigsaw (Metal). It was for an urgent project installing ducting so I paid the extra to have a fast delivery (I think it was next working day or 24hrs etc so I was expecting it Tuesday). The website I found to be well done and the ordering process went very smoothly. Monday I get a call to say that Blue.P.Tools were not able to supply the item on a next day and it was going to be several days. Most annoying because my business week was planned around this item. Had I known at the time of entering my card details that it would be several days, I could have gone somewhere else or looked for a different make that was available ASAP. The item arrived on 17/5/13 at about 17.00! B.P.T have kindly refunded postage and they kept me informed but that's not really the point. What would it take to assess all of your products and clearly indicate on your website a REALISTIC time frame. I found another supplier at the time that quoted a 6 day delivery for this item which was obviously a TRUE indication but as it was urgent, I figured B.P.T could provide it because when I clicked on the delivery button, it never flagged up (sorry not available). I have since clicked through the ordering process again to see if changes have been made to prevent it happening to someone else but nothing has been changed and for that reason I have given 2 stars. If they had done something about it, I would have given 3 stars - pretty fair in my opinion. Had a quick test of the product cutting tin sheet and it is very good and cuts quickly and I am sure it has been a good choice. Blue Power Tools please don't make promises you can't keep because I don't make promises to my customers that I can't keep.

Lowest priced Bosch sds wood chisel I could find on Internet. This item would not be a product used a lot so nice to see a stockist offering a good price with item in stock.

stressfull
shopping was easy,some mix up with parcel force made my cheaper purchase not so cheap,had to pay £12 for re-delivery as the item was urgently required and instead of 2-3 days delivery,took over 7 days,a lot of calls to parcel force and 2 mornings stuck at home waiting for delivery so overall my experience was a very frustrating one. i wonder if a £12 refund will be made,lets see.

Good value, reliable and quick delivery.
Originally uncertain of reliability having not used before. Proved to be cheapest / best value. Delivered within 2 days on standard delivery option. Product offered a 3 year warranty which registered with no bother.
Do check availability if you need goods quickly, other than that I recommend this company for value and service.

Prompt service with low price.
I was surprised at how cheaply this company can sell a genuine Bosch drill, a GBH 2-26 DRE in this case. I compared prices with other suppliers and found them to have the lowest price with a speedy service to match. I had the drill within two working days. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Beware - Takes your money but goods not in stock
You go through the purchase process, they take the money from your account then 2 days later send you an email to tell you theres no stock and they dont know when anys coming. You then wait quite a few days for a refund.

I am sorry that we were unable to supply this model of Bosch Mitre saw.
We always try and contact customers at the first opportunity if we are not able to supply a product immediately. As your order was placed after 5.00pm on Friday we were unable to check the availability with Bosch until Monday.
As soon as we were aware that we were not able to supply a full refund was processed to your card on the Monday.
I apologise again for any inconvenience but stress that a full refund was processed to your card at the first opportunity.

Outstanding value, by far the best on the web by a long way
When I buy powertools for my job, I always compare web prices because they can vary so much. My recent special offer purchase from Blue Power Tools was much cheaper than anything else on the internet by around £100. Well packaged too, and prompt service - what more could you ask for!

Best online service I've ever received.
I would recommend this company without hesitation, very helpful. I ordered my hedgecutter in the afternoon and received it the next day before mid-day, even though the delivery time was stated to be 2-3 days.... that's what I call service!!! Not only that, but their prices are very competitive too. In short... friendly, fast and inexpensive, that adds up to perfect in my book.

Fast and reliable service
I ordered some parts and sanding sheets for a Bosch Multifunction tool. Most of the items arrived next day which was much faster than the 2-3 day lead time. One item was out of stock but arrived about 4 days later without any chasing. Packaging used in both shipments was fit for purpose and all items arrived in good condition.
Very happy with this company and would strongly recommend them.
