Only gripe is the length of time it takes to put an order together... 12 weeks is a long time. Too long.
Also, delivery costs are getting on the steep side.

Ordered chairs and was really pleased with the style and quality. I did have to call customer services re payment as the web page was having trouble with PayPal, and they were really helpful and friendly!

In the past few year I have made a few purchases from Bluesuntree and like many they have been informed choices. I recently purchased Tulip chairs and a table to match both are the centre piece of my kitchen. I have also purchased gorgeous cushions and a leather chair and accompanying footstool. I had one very minor issue with one of the chairs and this was very quickly resolved by Bluesun Tree's customer care. I very much doubt I would get that sort of service from another retailer, The range of Bluesun Tree is focused and well thought out and makes rooms come to life unlike other retailers who opt for the something for everyone approach which normally means you and 2 million other people around the world also have it. It would be rare to walk into someones house and they have the same Bluesun Tree furniture as I do (could you imagine the embarrassment). I would recommended Bluesun Tree to people and rather they over others because their furniture looks genuine and definitely not mass produced.
The quality and fast delivery were excellent. However, in my case there was missing a small piece, a small leather trap. This can happen.
But I've already received messages from the quality-sales control, Kelly Alexander, that she will order the missing part and will send this to us within 4 weeks.
I've confidence that this will be done. So, finally when my order is complete I'll be very satisfied and I'll recommend Bluesuntree to my neighbours wo planned to order also some furniture.
Vi har af to omgange bestilt stole på siden. Bege gange har levering gået hurtigt og problemfrit. Kvaliteten af varerne har været rigtig god, og kommunikationen fra ordre afgivelse til modtagelse har været præcis og relevant. Har kunnet følge pakkerne vha tracking nummer som kom på mail få dage efter ordre bekræftelsen kom. I alt rigtig godt. Vil bestemt anbefale andre at handle der eller måske selv gøre det igen.

The side table I bought was a great product at a really good price. I hope the prices are kept realistic and good value.
After selecting the Eames replica and choosing the colour, I was a bit diaspointed to have an email stating it would be 2 months before delivery.
But just 4 days later a new email stated that the chair was in fact in stock and it duly arrived safe and sound a few days later - less than 2 weeks from date of order.
Response to e mails was fast and informative, product represents good value for an iconic copy and sitting in it is very comfortable.
Not one to leave reviews but always base my purchase on them. Very impressed. Delivery said 5 weeks, they arrived in 1. Chairs look good and although they are not super fancy they are very good, especially for the money.
We recently bougth 6 Eames DSW chairs in ABS from Bluesuntree, and we are very happy with our buy.
Though we had to wait 2 weeks longer for the deliverance, than coutumer sevice had declared, it was still a recommendable experience. Don't hesitate to place your order, if you want great looking repica furniture.
Ordered 2 Panton style chairs on 25th Feb. acknowledged my order on the 7th March after numerous phone calls from Spain which cost me a fortune , finally got delivery on the 23rd of March, the chairs are lovely and good quality but they need to sort out their internet ordering, however I would buy from these again, will ring my order in next time though to make sure they get my orders.
I ordered some wall art and an office chair from Bluesuntree. Everything arrived well within the anticipated delivery time and I am very pleased with my purchases.
For those who read my previous review, you are aware how I felt let down by when my order failed to be delivered and I experienced what could be described a complete breakdown in communications. Further that that I left a pretty damming review which I wrote pretty much on the spur of the moment.
Well, literally two weeks later Blusuntree have managed to turn around the situation 180 degrees.
Following my review, I was contacted by the company MD who surprisingly, instead of busying himself explaining/apologizing for the situation, listened patiently to my points allowing me the space to voice the frustration generated by having to deal with a customer service team which has to work pretty much from a fix set of instructions. To me information and particularly the "correct information" is paramount when it comes to good customer relations, basically if the news is bad I want to know it, not been given the run around.
During our phone conversation I was then put in the picture and given the precise details of why my goods were not dispatched and why the customer service team could not be more specific about the issue around my order, I am not going to bore you with the details, just with the the outcome: Yesterday evening I was contacted by the company and informed that my goods were finally ready and about to be delivered if I were still keen to go ahead, this I confirmed. The goods were delivered today to my office and I finally assembled the lamp this evening at home.
I want to thank the MD of Bluesuntree for restoring my faith in customer service and apologize unreservedly to the operator at the end of the phone line who got the worst part of my wrath a couple of weeks ago.
Now I need to get busy ordering..
Finally, I highly recommend the company and their goods, which are of excellent quality.
The communication is not quite bad and the information given are not correct. Furthermore, we received our items with some parts missing. We ordered chairs but the fixings of three chairs out of 4 were missing.
We are still waiting for an answer from the quality desk.
Hopefully we will be able to use our chairs one day...
Jeg bestilte 4 stk Verner Paton stole 15 jan. De kom igår. Jeg blev glædeligt overrasket, de var lige så flotte som de originale. Jeg syntes jeg havde en fin kontakt med salgsafdelingen. Skulle jeg sætte fingeren på noget, syntes jeg det ville være godt hvis de kunne oplyse afsendelses datoen fra deres lager. Mine stole var på lager da jeg bestilte dem, jeg regnede med de ville sende dem i løbet af ugen som de var bestilt. Der stod de var på lager og det ville tage 5- 14 dage at levere dem. Jeg måtte lige rykke et par gange for at få dem sendt afsted, men hver gang har der været fin service fra salgsafdelingen. Jeg ville ikke have problemer med at handle der igen, de er billige og det jeg har fået er 100% iorden, så jeg er glad.
I first placed the order for a desk in mid October 2012. On the website it showed as being available for delivery within five to ten days. Only after purchasing did the information appear that it would be about 12 weeks. I let this pass, I wanted the desk and was reasonably ok to wait for it.
Then, around the time it was due to arrive, I received an email to say it would be another seven weeks. Frustrated, but still wanting the desk I waited. Six weeks later I received an email saying "we are pleased to advise that your items have left our warehouse. The couriers will contact you to arrange delivery." and so was expecting a call from the couriers. I got that call five or so days later whilst I was out, from a delivery driver who was sitting outside my house. I wasn't there and had no clue it was arriving. We arranged that he could leave it discretely behind my house until I arrived home. On getting home I bought it in and unpacked it, with the help of my husband we unpacked it and assembled it. The desk top was face down, as per the instructions. Finally after building the legs we turned it over and found a significant bash on the corner. I took a photo and sent an email explaining my frustration and asked for a contact to liaise with. A sales advisor contacted me within 24 hrs to say she's sorry about the issue, however it's another functions job to look at the complaint and she'd passed it to that team. I heard nothing more for five days to emailed the sales advisor (she did't give me another contact) to chase, she replied and said she would chase it. It's a week since I raised the issue. Perhaps in the eyes of BST that's acceptable, in my view the slow response only reinforces my perception that the approach is slovenly. Sadly, not impressed at all.
The 2 chairs are arrived in good condition but not at the good delivery date.
This isn't very important but I wish to be notified and don't have to question the custom service to get the answer.
I ordered 6 chairs by UK parcel delivery. Its website state that delivery is normally within 7-10 working days for in-stock items but I waited for 2 weeks and had to chase up twice. It finally arrived but part of the order were missing and also received something I did not order. I emailed the customer service but still waiting for a response. I was offered a refund for the delivery charge but it was of little consolation for the non ending nightmare. The quality of the chairs are also a little below the par. The feet do not stand even on the floor. Overall, a very frustrating and disappointing experience. Would not recommend my friends for sure.

I am disappointed with BST quality and customer care service. We ordered quite a few items, the quality of some of them is really good but others are very poor.
For example, the Easy Chair sewings are awfully twisted, cushion size and shape are different from chair base, cushion material looks different from the rest of the chair, leather has stains, etc. In addition, the chair is EXTREMELY uncomfortable.
Also ordered the Eames Meeting Table and the wrong size was delivered. Most items bring no assembly instructions (even if the website says item is delivered fully assembled).
I contacted BST right after receiving the order to report the issues and provide digital photos of the faulty items. The only response I got is that they would forward all details over to the quality control department who would look into the problem and come back with an appropriate outcome. That was about a week ago....
Due to the reasons above, I'm afraid it's not a very reliable provider.

I orderd two Swan chair Purpel edition,
It shoud take 5-10 days to get in stock.
After 2days i got a mail my order was on the way
I saw i havde typed wrong delivery adress so i mail the coustumer serivice efter a few hours the have change the adress,
after total 8days from i ordering it to deleverin i Sweden i haved may Chairs.
Good Quality and nice price
We ordered a dining table, which arrived very promptly. There were no instructions and no list of parts.... It became obvious when putting the table together that either there was quite a basic design fault or we were missing parts. On phoning the company, we were sent the missing parts and have now put the table together properly. The table looks great, but the whole process could have been so much more straight forward....
