Order it , pay for it , get it
I needed a Kindle cover quickly because my wife wanted to take our Kindle on a trip. Aghast at Amazon prices of £30-40 for a cover for something that costs < £100. I discovered BMCDigital with a Google search. They had exactly what I wanted and delivered it within 2 days at less than half the quoted Amazon price.
Can't speak for anybody else but I'm a happy customer.

Great service!
Ordered google nexus case, despatched in hours and arrived in 2 days! Easy to use website and free delivery. Ordered another case within days for a friend and same fab customer experience. Would definitely recommend :)

A complete sham Company
I ordered headphones 2 weeks ago via the Play.com website and subsequently discovered that the goods would be supplied by BMC digital. The headphones have not been delivered, notwithstanding that BMCdigital they say that orders are dispatched in 1-2 days. I emailed to enquire the status of my order and was advised that they had been sent and that the goods were probably being held at the post office. When I checked with Royal Mail they had no record of the item and said that reputable companies use tracking or special delivery. This company is a sham and it beggars belief that they are permitted to trade on the Play.com website. Stay well clear!!!

I placed an order, it arrived thre days later, plugged it in and it worked.

Rapid response to a problem... and over a weekend too! Not Monday-to-Friday guys!
I ordered a phone case on the basis that it was in stock. I received an "Order Despatched" email but after waiting a week and receiving nothing, I contacted the company. They said it has been sent 1st class. They offered to send a replacement - which I thought was a good response. However, no replacement came and when I contacted them again I was told it was out of stock and they could not advise when it would be available again. However, they then offered a very acceptable compromise at a very advantageous price... so a good outcome.

Quick to resolve delivery problem.
After waiting 9 days for delivery, I contacted BMC and they have agreed to send a replacement delivery straight away. It appears that there are some less than honest postal workers within the Royal Mail...

Fast charged Suplier
Bought wife Kindle for Christmas and chargeing via USB was slow & meant she couldn't use it. BMC supplied me with a Fast Charger at a fraction of the cost other suppliers & within 2 days. First class service.

Helpful and efficient
I ordered a PU Leather Folio Stand & Type Case Cover for my wife's Kindle.
Somewhere along the line i got the wrong size cover. Called Customer service and they immediately sent me details how to return the cover. Within 48 hours i had the right cover sent. Excellent Follow up all the way.

Not good
When I put the batteries in the back it wouldn't close and if I tried to clip it on my kindle it either fell off as it was too heavy or you had to put it on so far for it not to fall off that it covered half the text so you had to keep moving it around!! neadless to say I sent it straight back for a full refund!! Rubbish i'm afraid!

Ten Out Of Ten
Having ordered a case for my Kindle Fire HD,and receiving,a case for a Kindle Fire
I was forced to return it.I was not to happy that I had to pay the postage on my return,and asked for a refund.Since then BMC Digital have bent over backwards to rectify the situation,and I have to hold my hands up and say I may have ordered incorrectly.They have been gracious ,not condescending and above all polite. I wish more firms treated its customers like this.So I would like to withdraw my recent review on Trustpilot in which I spoke of my dissatisfaction.I am more than happy with the outcome,and would like to thank BMC for their help.I will certainly recommend them,and use them again

battery products for andriod phones
have recently ordered a battery from this company via playtrade the battery is for the samsung galaxy s3 now the delivery was very good can't fault that part how ever the are issues firstly someone has clearly used this battery before they dispatched it because there was already a 50%sharge on the battery when there shouldnt have been any and secondly the battery is discharging faster then the origional one that i have got i will see what happens and if the issue doesn't improve i shall be notifying this company for a replacement battery for the one they've sent or will ask for a refund for a poor product

First class service and excellent price combination
I wanted to buy a docking station for my Samsung pad urgently before returning to the Middle East.
I ordered overnight on the BMC website asking if they could deliver in 24hours to my UK address and received a personalised reply at 7am the following morning and a confirmation shortly after of a guaranteed next day delivery including the drivers name and a one hour window when he would deliver!
First class service and a price HALF that I would have paid in a Dubai retailer where they pay no tax and the salesmen get paid £100 a week!
I will definitely use BMC next time in UK and have no hesitation in recommending them as an excellent online seller.

Wide Variety, Quick Delivery And Great Service
Ordered A Casemate Tough Case for a new Sony Xperia S, BMC had the lowest price I could find anywhere. Ordered Friday and Popped through the letterbox on monday, couldn't ask for more.

Items did not arrive
Haven't received the items I purchased even though I have chased the company via email and explained I have not received items. I ended up having to purchase from else where. Company didn't offer any solution, other ask me for my address again.

not impressed with Bmc Digital at all ordered my kindle cover and recieved email on 07/03/12 at 1516 to say it had ben dispatched
yet to-day 17/03/12 I still have not recieved my order and the office is closed till monday
