Nokia 5230 phone cover
Originally ordered this cover in pink, received black in error very quickly. Notified bmc on the day or arrival and received the pink one the following day. Excellent customer service and very promp delivery. Would not hesitate to recommend this very professional company to anyone. Thank you bmc, would definitely use again.

Purchased a kindle cover from Bmc Digital which ended up damaging my brand new Kindle itself. This was effectively a fault with the product. Notified Bmc who dealt with matter in a professional, courteous and efficient way. My emails and telephone calls responded to almost immediatley and I was kept informed of what was happening to sort things out. The matter was resolved efficiently, with little hassle and to everyones satisfaction. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company and would purchase from them again.

I Googled Kindle Covers and clicked on Bmc. I found the website very easy to navigate and was impressed by the range of items available. The pricing is extremely competitive. I ordered two Kindle covers for the same price as one on Amazon.
The goods were delivered within 48 hours and were of an excellent quality.
As a regular on-line purchaser it was nice to find a user friendly site delivering excellent service. I will be returning

Very fast delivery, great product, better price!
I ordered a replacement battery for my wife's phone. Other places were selling the battery but for almost twice the price so I was a little sceptical that this one would be any good. But it's brilliant - no problems at all. The battery arrived quickly and was a perfect replacement for the battery that was supplied with the phone - in fact it was better because it has a higher capacity! I'd definitely recommend these guys.

Good service and product but some reservations
I ordered the pink kindle cover with free ereader light. It arrived quickly. The quality of the kindle cover was good. The light is powerful but the battery case a bit bulky. Also the battery case broke the first time i tried to put batteries in- now its held together with a hairband,so a bit disappointed but cant complain as it was free. With hindsight i would have ordered from a different company i think.

Overall good service + products but with reservations.
Recently bought Kindle cover and light. Delivery of 2 days was excellent, items were in good condition although light batteries soon died, but that could have been over-use! In a perfect world, I'd redesign the light to be more versatile and secure when clipped on cover, also add an adjustable stand to the cover. Then it would be perfect! I would have paid £2-3 more for these adaptations. Have researched ways of adding a stand but afraid it would be too much extra stress for the cover.

A disapointing service
I ordered a Kindle cover and was sent the wrong item,I emailed Bmc to try to arrange to send it back, they did not email me back to arrange return of the goods, I paid postage to return the item which they did then replace with the correct item but with no word of apology. A disappointing experience

Waiting for supply of goods
Unable adequately rate company at present ...reason being I am awaiting goods ordered. I was impressed with initial speed of service and notification of prompt delivery. However, goods appear to have been lost in transit. I now await fresh supply. Meantime, Sali in Customer Support has been very helpful.

Disappointing with service
Ordered a Kindle cover but received the wrong colour - I sent the item back (which cost me £1.96). I was advised that the said item was in stock when I ordered but out of stock (but on the website it has consistently been showing as being in stock!) and that it was a genuine mistake - well there are product codes to use to ensure the correct item is sent!
I was also told I would be refunded the postage cost but that's not happened.
Will not be using again
