I ordered an Epson GT-2500 Plus Scanner and what I received was a standard GT-2500, I am still waiting on a resolution to this issue which is now into it's second week. I was told that the Scanner I had received was dispatched by mistake even though I have paid for the higher specification version, I have also been told that the Plus model was out of stock at the time of dispatch.

I called BMI solutions as I was having difficulty purchasing my scanner on amazon. they were very helpful and efficient and took my order immediately over the phone. It arrived ahead of schedule and they kept me update of the progress via emails. very happy with service and scanner. fujitsu scan snap S1500. highly recommend both
We had a need for a Quality Business Scanner. After reviewing BMI Solutions excellent and comprehensive website, I called their Customer Services department to enquire of stock levels of an Epson Scanner. I was informed that they had several in stock and it would be dispatched the same day; however the delivery would take approx 2-4 working days. We were not in a rush, so this was not an issue, but to my surprise the Scanner arrived the next day.

BMI Solutions were great, useful online information to select the product I wanted. I telephoned, ordered and was able to collect the same day as I was in the area; otherwise reassuring to know delivery would have been free of charge. Slight hitch with a phone payment having been put through on line which caused a few hassels with my bank but all easily sorted once we knew what the issue was. Would not hesitate to recommend this firm.

All companies have trouble keeping track of changing products but this was a blatant listing that was subsequently not honoured and the product returned. It was the delay and the attempt to fob off with lesser substitute that really annoyed us. But we got the refund in the end.
