Purchased a bmw 3 series , bmw boast a approved used car scheme with many benefits , mainly 1 year warranty. Was not given a service book , but promised it would be in post
Despite phone call and email complaints have not been sent the details of the one year warranty.
Still no service book or warranty after 5 weeks!!
So what's the difference between buying from sytner bmw and a non authorised dealer?? Atleas the non authorised would be cheaper
Extended warranty wouldn't cover a head gasket failure (common fault).
I was recently looking around to buy a bmw in the chesterfield store, I was brousing the cars outside for quite a while and not one member of staff came out to assist me, they were clearly too busy chatting inside. I was quite appalded by this as they had obviously seen me. I decided to leave and bought a car elsewhere.
