Love them & hate them!
Fabulous clothes which my daughter loves. But, I get so many problems with my orders, sometimes they take months to arrive (although I will say they keep you informed), then I had a product recall and then a lost package. Maybe it's bad luck, but, I'll keep ordering from them.
The international delivery is truly awful thou, be warned it is slow and isn't a signed for service.

Amazing customer service
I've been a Boden customer for over ten years and yes their clothes are expensive, but they are great quality and they last. I try and buy when they have a promo code or a sale on. Their sizing can be a bit haphazard, but I forgive them everything because their customer service is brilliant. Last summer I bought a tankini top which went out of shape and they took it back, apologised and gave me a full refund three months after I'd bought it. That would never happen on the high street, even if it was faulty you'd be subjected to the third degree about how you washed it, where you'd worn it etc. I wish all online shopping was this easy.

Cosy xmas pull ons never ARRIVED!
i ordered these 3 weeks before christmas for a special gift for my girlfriend. The website said they had then in stock but low and behold 10 days later I receive a letter saying they might have them. No emails, so I called and they said I would still get them for christmas. But no sign of them and finally they emailed to say I wouldnt get them. I dont think retailers should adverties items they dont have in stock.Now, Ive got a cold girlfriend for xmas!

Arrived quite quickly and fits well
First time I had odered for myself and also got a few bits of other half - arrived within a week and all fits well and matches description. So all in all happy.

Great customer service.
I love the bolder style that you get from Boden, and the way that everything is nicely wrapped.
My only complaint would be that items are often not in stock!

Disappointing
I love the style of clothes and the quirky prints but I am always sorely disappointed when the garments arrive. The sizing is strange (maybe it's my body shape!) and the majority of cases the quality of material leaves a lot to be desired, overpriced too.

I love the oufitter app!
I got an outfit that is nice with some amazing new 21st century textiles and with a colour coordination that is stunning to wear on my wedding anniversary. Very much looking forward to wearing it out!

A great all round company
One of the things I hate about the UK is poor customer service. No problem here, one of the best in the UK. Nothing seems to be a problem.
Great clothing, expensive, but check out the discount codes and vouchers on offer.
I never worry about ordering from Boden. Always a pleasure to buy from.

Great styles
I really love the designs which are so feminine. The clothes tend to be quite expensive and be prepared to receive lots of mail once you're on their mailing list. I also love the clothes from mini Boden for my toddler

Lovely clothes and great service
Boden clothes are of a good quality and have that extra bit of style. The sales are really excellent as the prices really do drop, it is a shame that there are often charges for returns, but that said, returns are carried out swiftly and emails are sent to let you know what is happening.

Great Quality Clothing and excellent Returns Policy
I have been a customer of Boden for several years now, starting out with clothes for my children when they were younger.
Now they are teenagers, the Johnnie B range has come out just at the right time and they were fighting over the catalogue when it popped through the door.
The ladies clothes are now much better and aimed at a younger market now, mid 30s onwards. Although maybe that is because I am getting older??? eeeekk!!!
Would definitely recommend although I wish they would offer FREE returns permanently as that would make me try more items!! They will accept returns for up to three months tho which is fantastic.
