I have been buying from Boden for the last 7 years or so. Love all their clothes and even better when discounted with free P & P. The clothes are quintessentially British and shows British fashion at its best. You can always recognise a Boden outfit, always stylish and always long lasting. Customer service is superb nothing is too much trouble and delivery is always swift. Keep it up Boden, you have a loyal following
I used to love boden clothing for myself, but the prints and patterns are too 60/70s for me, I'm 45 and slightly overweight so whilst I deal with that , I can't wear the fruity garments in ur catalog. If u could put some colours in muted tones and striking one colour garments for us that don't want to look like an extra out of 'Heartbeat' and less wool garments -am allergic to the stuff. I buy mostly now for my son now but ur trews are far too small in the hips and waist, he isn't a skinny lad but neither is he podgy, I wish you would expand ur collection for kids that are well made. So we buy ur tops n shirts , which are well made good quality stuff. As a company ur cust service is really good, quick efficient and friendly service. Just wish u had a shop in Edinburgh. You would do really well up here.
I love Boden!!! I buy for my children more than for myself but I can honestly say that I've never had one problem! The clothes are quite pricey but I believe that you do get what you pay for and Boden's quality is just great!! If you use a discount code as well then that's even better! I would recommend Boden to anyone that is looking for great quality, funky, fashionable clothing!!

I ordered a dress and cardigan on website late last night. Just discovered that there is a new20% code reduction for April. Phoned customer service but to no avail. I will have to return the items with free returns and re purchase... Surely this will cost the firm money for returns and additional free delivery? Just wonder how the firm could remain viable with this silly policy.
I am well into my sixties and have been buying Boden since 1997. Their clothes suit me, they are colourful,well made and fun to wear. The longevity is a problem as fashion wears out before they do. If you have a problem, the BEST Customer Service organisation kicks in. They are kind, helpful, make exchanges with no grumbles and with great speed always willing to help, they are a shining example to the retail world. If it was possible it would be lovely to be able to ask for a few tops and knitwear to be a bit longer and to remove the rather scratchy labels in the neck of garments, then my life in Boden clothes would be perfect.
I have always had wonderful service with delivery, queries and sizing. They are spot on with their measurements when you ring and ask for advice. The clothes are all I ever need and I love getting the brochure through the post (although my husband doesn't!). I've just ordered Part II of my summer wardrobe and count myself very lucky to have this all delivered with no fuss or much of a wait in a beautiful box. Its like a birthday. Thank you Boden. I think we're going to be friends for life!
I tried twice to place an order on the website using a promotion code from the catalogue. This code was for free p&p plus 15% off. After the first attempt, when the discount was not applied, I phoned Boden. While I was on the phone, the discount was applied, so I continued with the order. However, after entering my bank details, the FULL amount, with NO DISCOUNT was taken from my card! I then phoned for a second time (each call costing me Money) and am assured that this will be rectified. I feel rather let down by Boden, and consequently am unlikely to deal with them again. I was attracted by the free p&p (I am not prepared to pay £4) and the 15% discount and ordered because of that.
Problem rectified, but still disappointed in difficulties with website.
I find that Boden is a great company to order from. Products are quality in terms of both design and manufacture. Delivery is quick. Returns are simple. Customer care is second to none. Many companies could learn a thing or two from Boden!
As a lover of vintage fashion, I am constantly looking for classic shapes on the high street to save my precious antiques from daily wear and tear. For the past 10 years, Boden has definitely been ticking this box! Whilst there are many clothes I'd rather buy for my mum, each season is always guaranteed to have something perfect for my very specific and picky style. Even better, the quality is always great and those polka dot wrapped packages are a joy to unwrap. Whilst I can't always afford their higher-end clothes, lurking around until the sale arrives has been my tactic for the past few years, and the clearance section on their site means that there's always some affordable workwear to be had. I even manage to squeeze into the very reasonably priced teenage clothes!
I have shopped with boden for more than 10 years and I still have (and wear) some of my early purchases. If I needed anything my 1st place to look was boden. I have bought lots and lots over the years. But the quality is not as good, the material bobbles, knitwear pills straight away and the sizes change all the time. I am tallish and loved that boden done a long length and dresses come just to my knee or slightly below. Now when I order a long length it's about an inch above my knee so they are becoming skimpy with sizing which us such a shame. I still like boden but I am no longer in love with them. I wish I was!
I've been buying from Boden for past 2(?) years and I can't complain. It's great to get free delivery and free returns as I usually order more sizes (never sure what UK size will fit). I never had any problems with returns or refunds. One thing - can you make your trousers a bit longer please?
I think the service and quality of goods are excellent. I have been shopping with them since my baby was born July 2013. I would have given full 5 stars if the website didn't constantly have lots of baby clothes stated as 'currently available'. Personally, I would rather not see them at all, or perhaps state 'back soon' if they may become available at a later date. I appreciate customers may find paying for returns annoying, however I feel the free delivery makes up for it. Unlike many other companies there is a minimum spend, Boden do not hold you to ransom in such a way. Otherwise, shipping, offers and customer service, outstanding.
The clothes are lovely, but I had a bad experience with customer service. As a new customer they sent me an offer code with the mini boden catalogue which was out of date. On top of this offer code was supposed to be a £10 voucher. It ended up with emails back and forth in which they didn't have any record of sending me a voucher and asked me to send a copy of the letter I received from them! Was left to feel as if they didn't believe me! After I sent a picture of the letter in I then received an email telling me that they had credited my account with £10. Great I thought after all that faff. After selecting my clothes and getting to checkout I noticed my account was saying £0 so I emailed the lady back to advise of this. She then told me it takes a few hours for the amount to show on my account and to place my order and send a message to say I had spoken to her at the time of ordering and they would deduct the £10 off. the charge to my card. After everything I had been through and all of my time wasted I decided to wait until a day later. Still no sign of promised credit on my account and given the experience so far, I don't think I'll be ordering on the 'promise' that they will deduct £10 charge off my credit card at time of payment.
