Not getting the product

I order it in UK store however they shipped from the USA. They promised me to received them in 2-6 business days. It's been more than 2 weeks, and now i received a letter of custom border that my product has been seizures. I contacted them and they said they are not responsible for it. I will get a refund if the good shipped back or it may be destroyed. Will never order from this website again. Worst thing i ever had.

Bad Company - STAY AWAY!

They have not delivered my products and they do not want to give my money back! I will need to wait another 8 working days for them to find out what happen to the delivery before starting the refund process! They have not delivered the products as they have promised which is between 2-6 working days! Very very very bad company to do business with! STAY AWAY!!!!! They will try anything to keep your money!!!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

IT HAS BEEN 4 WEEKS AND JUST GOT A NOTE FROM PARCELFORCE SAYING I OWE 31 POUND TAX. PARCELFORCE SAID THAT BB ARE NOTORIOUS FOR THIS SO WHAT YOU PAY AT CHECKOUT WONT BE THE FINAL PRICE. THE SLOW DELIVERY TO THE UK IS DESTROYING BB. THE WEBSITE IS AMAZING BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SHOCKING. PLENTY OF COPY AND PASTING FROM THE STAFF ON REPLYING EMAILS

Complete disaster, worst customer experience

Recently placed an order of about £80, i will condense the this fiasco
- Claim to provide free delivery of 2-6 days ( took more than 30 days)
- Emailed their representatives during that 30 days, they seem to be aware of a VAT problem with their goods and they sent me a generic reply to warn me that i am about to face problems with VAT.
- I finally receive news about the delivery VAT, i am requested to pay a VAT of almost £30
They warned me during one of my correspondences before i even received the invoice to pay the VAT. This proves that this is a problem faced by a large number of UK customers and they have made no effort to warn their customers of such a situation.
.
- I am currently trying to get a full refund from the website but the representatives are HIGHLY UNHELPFUL. I have had about 10 email exchanges and each is done by a different representative, of which none has bothered to provide me with a solution, they seem to be aware that none of them actually has to solve your problem, they only need to reply your email and you will soon be speaking to another representative.

I sincerely hope you do not make the mistake of ordering from this website.

Super hurtig levering, go service, perfekt!!!

Bestilte 2 T-Shirts hos bodybuilding.com og modtog straks efter en ordrebekræftelse. Havde godtnok min tvivl og fortrød faktisk mit køb da jeg så hvordan folk havde bedømt dem herinde på trustpilot, men da jeg havde gennemført købet besluttede jeg at give dem chancen! Idag kun 3 dage efter modtog jeg de fineste T-Shirts med posten og der var oveni lagt et Train magasin gratis som jeg kan kigge i;-) det er en side jeg kan give mine varmeste anbefalinger til, trods de mange negative bedømmelser! Hilsen en glad/tilfreds kunde

Shitter than shit!!! For God's sake do NOT let these punks steal your money !

UK Buyers beware.
The website states customer service is core value! Over a million orders shipped?
Maybe orders get there in USA?
Certainly in Uk- they are messed up bigtime.
35 days and counting - placed a £100 order
no products delivered, fake parcel tracking
Numbers, put blame on customs. But cannot prove it was delivered to our customs because I quote " you should have ordered over a weight of 2.2 km to get a working tracking number" £100 blatant theft is not enough for them? Think they wanted to steal
£300?

I contacted them 5 times, they are like robots
Devoid of human empathy.
And only have the same lame copy and paste
Answer's.
Then after wasting your time again for 5th time (2 hours now!) - can I help you with anything else?

Bad Service, Slow Delivery, Not Good

Even though BodyBuilding.com state they ship from the EU this is incorrect. The orders are still shipping from the US.

The order estimate of 5-6 days is a complete joke. Both times I have ordered from these guys it has taken well over 2 weeks. Currently I’m waiting for an order placed 11 days ago and the advisor is telling me it will likely be another 10-14 working days??? I paid the £7 delivery charge for what is quoted as a 5-6 day service. Nearly 2 weeks on still sign of my order.

Will never use these guys again, I am not going to get caught out again. First time I could accept, second time unacceptable, third time no way.

Good range of products but terrible service and delivery. Would rather pay a bit more from a UK based supplier.

My advice – Steer well clear of BodyBuilding.com for ordering products.

They tell you the supplements are shipped from Europe, lies, all shipped from the US..... result? a 95 euro duty tax bill, thanks BB.com, never again

Nice products and prices but will NEVER order from them again

I ordered over £200 of products to come to the UK.

At time of order all was in stock, however only half my order turned up. I then had to contact them to find out the other items were on back order, though they were and still are in stock on the site.

I was then told because they had shipped half my order from the Netherlands depot, there was nothing they could do for 30 days, no refund, change of product, nothing.

I kept getting the same stock reply from customer services.

I contacted them on the 30th day from order date to be told to calm down as it wasnt the 30th day, so they count it as 30 days from the first shipping date.

I waited a couple more days and the items have been cancelled from my order as promised. Though now I find out I have to wait another 25days for my refund!!

In total 55 days with no products and £100 down.

As much as I really want to like these guys and the variety/cost of products, I would rather spend more and get them from somewhere else.

An absolute nightmare, specially as some products were for friends.

I advise all to avoid bodybuilding.com

do not purchase from this website!

Purchased over 130 dollars worth of goods on 13th december, it is now 2nd of february and still awaiting delivery.
Have contacted bodybuilding via chat online 5 times in between this time and been given many excuses for long delivery time.
- held up at customs (which they will cut and paste a link to their website giving more information)
- recycled tracking codes (my item destination should be Australia, however, my item is being tracked to Brazil!) (and why would you 'recycle' a number?)
- and how in some extreme cases, delivery can take up to 55 working days (what is so extreme about 'my' case?) (and it has now exceeded that!)
- it will take them 8 working days to open up a case to investigate the lost order (more waiting)
- and refunds will only be given if they product gets returned back to them (but the million dollar question is 'where is my package?')
- or, a request for a refund will be lodged to DHL after 6 months has past

long story short, not worth the discount! and wish i'd never purchased from here!

Be wary of 'in stock' on the store.

I've ordered from bb.com 3 times now....Not out of preference but simply because every order has been missing one item so I've been issued store credit. While to some it may look that I've not received bad service I would argue that store credit is not an acceptable means of apology.

On the first order I decided to go for a 'buy 2 get 1 free' deal, one of my free items never arrived and my order was separated and took over 45 days to get to me. I was slightly miffed but I got some store credit to use for my next purchase. The same thing happened again and is currently happening for a 3rd time. According to their customer service team, my item is currently on backorder, yet on the website it still states that it is in stock. I only want to get rid of my store credit so that I can jump this frustratingly inconsiderate and poorly serviced ship.

Only use this website of you would like to be tied down to a company who will eternally owe you credit. Definitely not worth the trouble.

Terrible customer service. Never got my order.

It's been 2 months and I didn't get my order. I talked to them many times and they seem not to care about it and not willing to help. They keep copy - paste the same answers. They are not willing to refund unless my package returns to them but as they told me if it's lost, I will have lost my money. No refund, no nothing. This is very disappointing. Worst customer service ever.

UK service deteriorating

I've been a Bodybuilding.com customer for many years in South Africa and UK - it used to work better when my order was shipped directly from the USA, but then started to become problematic with items missing from orders and shipping costs increasing. Since orders began being shipped within Europe, the shipping cost has been lower but the number of issues has increased, and if there's one item of an order out of stock (perhaps never to be stocked again) they don't ship anything and just post an 'awaiting international backorder' status on the order, leaving it to me to chase them for explanation, cancel item and order it from elsewhere, so adding to my shipping costs and to my inconvenience - disappointing how they've gone downhill - they've a good range and prices are generally good, but the hassle inhibits me from buying products I can get at good prices with no hassle next-day delivery included elsewhere from eg BulkPowders

Nice homepage and prices, but no products and crappy service.

Chargede to much and spent 2 weeks befor they refunded the surplus, Did not give me the discount coupon i entered when i ordered. Asked me to change my order so it could get shipped faster, because the products where i "backorder" and they still havent shipped it now, 3 weeks later.
I have now used almost 1 month just to get my products shipped.

Blatant liars, avoid

I ordered from this company and the items were marked as dispatched the following day. A week past and still the DHL tracking showed no information. I queried this on the live chat and they told me it had been dispatched and DHL tracking took up to 10 days to update. Finally a couple of days later the DHL tracking updated to show the goods had been collected, 8 days after they were marked as dispatched on their website. I asked about this again on live chat and they started making all kinds of excuses... That it had been dispatched from an alternative location, however the original dispatch email stated the location they said was the alternate location. That the international shipping times were considerably longer than stated on their website (which I had paid for), which is complete rubbish as DHL actually shipped it to the local courier well within the stated times.

Caught in a lie and used more lies to try and make excuses for their poor service, very unprofessional and certainly will never use them again.

Canadians and international customers beware!

Worst business I have ever had to deal with. If you are from Canada do not order from this company! I have had the same issues as many other people are saying on these review forums. They will give you the run around and you will never get your products. Spent over $200 and never received my products. Been over a month now. They gave me a tracking # that did not exist and when I contact them asking where it is, they say they don't know and that I should be aware of my customs import policies to find out if the products I ordered can actually get imported into my country. After numerous emails they finally said that after they receive the products back to their warehouse, they will process it as a refund and then I will get a refund 20 business days after that. If anyone is in this same situation as me, I suggest that you contact your credit card company and inform them of the situation. They will credit your card and deal with BB.com. I wish I would of read reviews before I ordered from this company.

Will I ever recieve my products?

To everyone who is considering ordering from Bodybuilding.com - I most likely wouldn't. First order 25 days ago was backordered and they had to cancel it. I reorder different products two days ago and just recieved an email that one of the 2 products i ordered are not going to reach me right now because it is backorder.. Why do you guys let me order products that you can't deliver in the promised delivery time? I don't get it.

Good company

I have placed orders with bodybuilding.com before and they were great. Quite fast delivery, excellent products and no trouble with my orders at all.

However, I have had a bit of trouble with my last order (£100+). Once it came to UK, I had to pay for added tax (around £40). Found that upsetting, as I already paid over £20 for delivery. It would have been much better if I would have been warned about it.

Apart from that, a great company and great products!
