Will I ever recieve my products?

To everyone who is considering ordering from Bodybuilding.com - I most likely wouldn't. First order 25 days ago was backordered and they had to cancel it. I reorder different products two days ago and just recieved an email that one of the 2 products i ordered are not going to reach me right now because it is backorder.. Why do you guys let me order products that you can't deliver in the promised delivery time? I don't get it.

Good company

I have placed orders with bodybuilding.com before and they were great. Quite fast delivery, excellent products and no trouble with my orders at all.

However, I have had a bit of trouble with my last order (£100+). Once it came to UK, I had to pay for added tax (around £40). Found that upsetting, as I already paid over £20 for delivery. It would have been much better if I would have been warned about it.

Apart from that, a great company and great products!

The only Website I use to order supplements

I have been ordering my supplements from BB.com for over three years now and have NEVER had a problem with receiving my items or any "counterfeit" items as others have claimed they had received. In fact, I just ordered about $130 of products and the shipping was around $8 which I don't have a problem with and I should receive it in 2-4 days. I have never had any delivery issues so I have never had to speak to Customer Service and I live in the US so I don't have issues with customs so I can't speak on that aspect of the company. All I CAN say is that this website is legit, the forums are supportive and helpful as long as you know how to communicate above a 10-year old level and ask intelligent questions, and this is the only site I will ever use for my exercising needs.

Awful stole my money and never received order

Refused to give me refund and said my item was at customs which is a lie. Worst company i have ever dealt with. If you are in the uk and want a good service and price use swift supplements best service bar none and you actually receive your products unlike these money grabbers. Seriously cant say enough bad things about this company customer service is non existent which is ironic as apparently thats a core principal for them. Please dont buy from these people i dont want you to loose your money too this is all i can do to stop it happening to others and to get some retribution for my mugging from bodybuilding.com

A year ago I sent a product back to bb.com and I still haven't received my money.

I placed an order and was told it would take 14days to be delivered. it is now late so i went on live chat to find out were it was as the DHL tracking site has not been updated since it was ordered. The women i spoke to 'Cat Woman Chloe' was as unprofessional as her name. she basically argued with me that it is not late at all because it has arrived at customs in my country which is what the delivery day estimation is about. so according to her it takes 14 days to get it to customs then once its there they don't care what happens to your product if it gets to you or not. i assume happy people on this site are from America because UK orders.... pointless.

Expensive shipping but great variety and community

Bodybuilding.com has a huge range of supplements in their store; far more than any local store. I use them for products that I can't find locally. Shipping and delivery is expensive and a little slow, but the prices are good (especially if you wait for special offers and stock up then) so it's worth it in my opinion. I also like spending time in the community sections - tracking workouts on bodyspace, reading the articles, and posting on the forums.

Almost fraudulant

Ordered around £100 worth of goods and paid for delivery within 14 days (i live in the UK) after a month I sent a string of email's to people at the helpdesk and support@ and all they told me was that my package had been shipped but they had no idea where it was, after 2 months I emailed them asking for a refund or for them to resend this and again they wouldn't. I have never had any proof of delivery or even an email apology and my complaints were simply replied "we dont control your custom's" over and over again. Worst I've ever been treated in any situation while buying anything online. DO NOT USE.

Average quality shop

Bodybuilding.com is for sure on of the biggest remaining selections out there but also one of the slowest to deliver!
The website is easy to get around with and in case you couldn't find what you were searching for, Bodybuilding.com have a great support line! Their prices knock-out all competitors companies.

Overall, a great shop but with a one or to frictions.

One of the best sites out there

I have been using bodybuilding.com for YEARS now. I have been a fan of there connection to there members, there knowledge base of products and the fact you can see who else is using what product and to watch there results over time using that product. They have a MASSIVE product base to choose from, they have pre-made kits based on your age and will even help you decide based upon your Goals. Many of the members respond to you as well as there trainers which is amazing. There Pricing is Decently Aggressive tho Recently I did found another warehouse that had some better deals. I will still be shopping Bodybuilding.com for the bulk of my products and the support and knowledge base they Give. Every order I have done by them has come pretty much within 4 days of ordering from them which has Amazed me! They have been the #1 Site to shop at for years. I hope they remain that way to!

Brilliant company, impossible to use !!

after recently using Bb.com in the states for advice on various supplements, and finding them not only increadibly knowledgeable but also increadible aggressive with there pricing, i was more than happy to order several supplements. After 3 weeks they arrived (itself not a major problem as they quote up to 16 working days lead to the UK) i was also asked to pay and additional "customs" fee. The total amount spent was approx £65 and the customs fee £20 making them not only more expensive on supplements, but also very slow compared the UK suppleirs at the same prices with supps in stock .... beware, they don not advise of any potential additional costs !!!

sold me som counterfei celltech

ordered some cell tech for that bulk ya know...real good price i thought....but wat i got was a bucket with a photocopied label..but i still used it....gave it a shot...gave me a rash ..my Perineum became swollen and blistered..(no homo)..... i tried to get some support on the forums but was quikly negged by some WK sympathyzers....well now i found the new misc. and my support group has grown and my gains have gone thru the roof.....they got this bish melina who released her noodz..dayumm 4 footer is a 7/10 but wud smash.......new misc is the shit......

Their products give you explosively awesome diarrhea!

I ordered two tubs of SuperPump MAX at one time, with all the great reviews I figured how could I go wrong? Little did I know, and would soon find out, the infamous SuperPump is known by most as Super Dump! After the first bathroom session, I figured it would go away once my body got used to all the amazing stimulation it was receiving. After the second bathroom session, I was getting a little fed up. However, loving to annoy my mom as much as I do, I decided to use this new-found curse to my advantage. Despite my raw red bottom, of which I was not prepared for, I was having a blast. I was pooping everywhere! If my mom told me to do the dishes, I pooped in the dishwasher and turned it on. If my mom told me to do the laundry, I pooped in the washer and turned it on. (Later I found out it was much more entertaining to poop in the dryer, but that's a story for a different day.) The on-demand poop sessions were amazing! I completely stopped going to the gym because I was getting all the exercise I needed from running around the house pooping in various places.

All I have to say is, thank you BodyBuilding.com! You carry amazing products, I'll never buy from anyone else!

These guys are lunatics!

I attempted to buy some celltech off this company and was shouted at by one of the admins both on the forum and on the email. Although it was a timely respond it wasnt pleasant I would prefer a pleasant respond but my body just wasnt ready for how mad these Lunatic were. I hope they please respond to this as I do even lift and need my Cell tech or I will go to new misc. 0/10
