Quality products + Affordable price + On time delivery

It has maybe been more than 2 years that I have been shopping from bb4u and so happy with their price and delivery time.
There is only one shortcoming that I can not find all products that I look for. That's why I have to shop from alternative stores. I think it could be better to expand product variety for customers.
In doing so, I believe it will be more attractive for bodybuilders, at least for me!

I usually buy supplements at Bodybuilding4you because of their prices and delivery service, which is really great. But this time they did even better: one of my protein shakers broke just after a few times using it, and they replaced it with a new one right away!

Deceptive

Ordered my favourite flavoured item with first class post online. My patience wore thin after 5days. Call to ask where my item was and was told it was lost in the post ( recorded delivery ? ) and was also sorry to report most popular flavour was out of stock.hmm. Had to accept different flavour and arrived next day. Are they selling stuff that's not in stock hoping you'll accept the delay and a less popular alternative or was it a genuine error. Only future reviews will prove this. The Internet is too big for me to risk a repeat. Ill go elseware.

What I ordered, on time

I ordered on a Saturday, not knowing they delivered only from Monday to Friday, I wrote an email to them asking when it would arrive and on Monday they answered my email and sent me the package, which arrived on Tuesday in perfect conditions.

Very poor commincation.

This was the first time i ordered with bodybuilding for you and i have to say i was very disapointed. I ordered 2 items costing £70 which were the cheapest online expecting free delivery, I went ahead with the delivery anyway as it was for next day costing only £4. I ordered the items on the 14/1/2013, knowing i would be available next day to accept parcel. I heard nothing for a few days then e mailed bodybuiding for you, and also telephoned leaving a message of my problems and my contact details. No contact was made to myself, after again telephoning i took out a case with paypal 21/1/13 Only once paypal were involved and my funds were going to be refunded did my order manage to be resolved when i recieved a text saying that my delivery was due 22/1/13. Luckily i was about for a short time that i was able to recieve the product. The product itself was very good and it was nice to recieve a few free samples enclosed. But after the experience i would definately use another supplier whos prices were similar if not a little more expensive and definately won't be recommending this site to friends.
