Trouble free excellent service
My 3rd heating oil order. Again absolutely faultless and trouble free, from online order to delivery. Which again arrived a couple of days earlier than expected. Prices are best that I can find as well. Highly recommended.

Awesome customer service
Checked online/rang a few suppliers but Boilerjuice were the cheapest. It was the first time we needed oil and I actually ordered the wrong type, only after the keen eyed driver noticed. Boilerjuice refunded the money into my Boilerjuice account, I then ordered the correct oil which came promptly. Great service, would always recommend trying them out.

Didn't get a phone call the day before
The oil was delivered within the agreed period (which was up to 13 June), on 11 June. But I'd called BoilerJuice and asked if we could be called by the supplier the day before, as otherwise we might not be in when the tanker arrived. What happened was that we didn't get a call in advance - but fortunately one of us was in when the tanker arrived.

Couldn't beat their price
The group buying option to get a better price seems good but I have never had a reduction. Otherwise good price and delivery usualy quicker than the date given.

Quick delivery - prices are cheaper than when I purchased direct from one of largest local supplier - from whom we purchased for years, in fact the price is cheaper than we paid a year ago direct. Can't fault them!!

Why can't everything be this easy
All you do is put how much you want and your postcode, you gets your pricing there and then. One click and you are ordering. Not only that but as yet the Oil has always been delivered early.
What more could you want.

Great Service when you need it
Boiler juice deliver on time and usually earlier than agreed. Prices are always good in the summer so you need to stock up before the winter hits. Saying that, we had really good service this last winter which hung about a bit longer than was expected and dug a bit deeper into the oil than expected. Wouldn't go anywhere else

Clean and efficient
It's a clear and easy website, and as long as you are aware of the market you can pick and choose when the best time to buy oil. Access to our property and oil tank is easy so you don't even have to be in when the tanker arrives. Great service!

didn't know i was buying airline fuel
price was ok delivered on time no problems. but was clobbered with a surcharge which i did not know about until i paid, this put oil more expensive than other companies

I didn't expect to be phoned at work by a tanker driver and asked where my house was.
I was phoned by the driver {who was delivering my oil} at work.
His manner was not pleasant and he thought I should be giving him directions to my house. In this day and age of Sat. Nav. this is unacceptable.

Very good
Order can before the due date, thou last time we ordered the company had problems with it's trucks and was a day late. It was £2.00 more expensive then the other cheapest option but with a quicker delivery date.

Fantastic Service
Having stuck with the same oil company for the past 8 years because of the convenience of Direct Debit monthly payments and automatic top up, finally got fed up of paying over the top pricing compared to friends who took the time to ring around. Looked into Boiler Juice who offer a saving scheme - perfect. Set this up ready for my first order. placed this on Monday with plenty of time to allow for delivery and for them to get group savings. Liked the price anyway, Tuesday they confirmed the order and reduced the price and adding £8.00 + back into my Tank Account. Oil was delivered on Wednesday. What more can be said. Look forward to my next delivery if this is the service they offer. Hassle free - Spot on.

Easy to use in the main, local supplier delivered.
Only issue was website use. Couldn't pay online and had to resort to customer services to place order. Apart from that efficient service and saved money on normal delivery.
