Not seen the group buying discounts as expected!
After placing 4 or 5 orders I have only seen the group buying discount on the first one which looks a little fishy to me.
Also on the last one the special instructions to ring the day before were not followed and the driver ended up climbing over the gates to deliver the oil.
Losing faith in what looks like a good deal - is it really genuine????

Juicy Speed!
We were so impressed with Boiler Juice - having ordered it on the Saturday for a standard delivery to get group-buyer saving- we received confirmation on Monday that we'd received a discount of £8.29 and couldn't believe it when the oil then arrived on the Tuesday - very impressive of Linton Fuels of Wandsworth - thankyou.

Exellent apart from information.
We would like to have had the order confirmed and been informed of the date of delivery when known. - we may have been out.! Otherwise the delivery was excellent and the driver very helpful.

Crystal Clear Website, Efficient Service
The boiler juice website is very clear and explains the graduated cost of delivery from emergency to standard delivery prices. Prices are usually competitive and quotes are given immediately and in a very clear manner, something other parts of the heating oil delivery industry should learn from.

I guess I thought boiler juice was set up to save customers money, but when you buy and pay one day and it gets delivered several days later available at market prices somewhat lower...then whats the point

Excellent value and service!
This was my first order with Boiler Juice and I'm going to be recommending it to others - it's saved me money (I even got a £20 refund!) and the service was reliable and speedy, delivered a few days before the agreed date. You have a customer for life!!! But as others say, don't leave re-ordering until the last drop!

Delivery
I wassatisfies with the price search. There wasa problem with delivery. Firstly I was promised delivery on Friday. We stayed in all day but no delivery was made. I was then told delivery would be at pm only to be woken by the doorbell at 8am ish.

Easy, quick and efficient service.
Easily see the best price in your area without all the calls, keep a track on the price as it goes up and down, and buy when it suits you and when you think the price is good, apart from having a crystal ball, the information on this site is the next best thing. I would recommend Boiler Juice to anyone who needs an oil delivery, plus with the group savings at the weekends, there is usually an extra saving to be made.

Great price -fast delivery!
I ordered elsewhere last time on a 10 day delivery but when it did not arrive after 10 days I cancelled the order. I reordered from boilerjuice on a 10 day delivery and it arrived after 3 days! The price was very good too!

Competitive pricing but extra group buying of no significant benefit
The price was competitive and probably what our normal supplier would match.However the attraction of a being part of a group buying / delivery in the area is what attracted us. The fact you do not know the group buying discount until after you have ordered and paid, even though the offer was based upon the fact you already had other orders in the same geograghical delivery area, was in the end a little disappointing as it amouunted to less than 1%.

First Time User and Very Impressed
Although on a contract we needed a quick top up. Ordered on a Friday for delivery on or before the next Friday. Delivery turned up on the Tuesday.
Website easy to use and order easy to place.
The only gripe is it mentions that the orders are grouped to get discount. But on placing order it said it didn't apply to mine as I wasn't ordering delivery with a normal sized tanker. Still the price was good value and saved me ringing round to get the best quote.
Delivery company did an excellent job with no fuss. Even found our house without the need to guide in.

Did I get all the oil I paid for?
The oil level reading I get when I have oil delivered is always way less than I expect, but I have no way to independently check this. All I have is the receipt, with no way to physically verify if I received what I paid for.

If you are looking for a no hassle way of getting oil it has to be Boiler juice.com.I have used a number of suppliers and all have been ok and would definitely use them all again if it were not for me having used BJ.

Good price made better by Group Discount - and delivery ahead of schedule
A neighbour recommended that we could use BoilerJuice and attempt to benefit from a Group discount (3 households in our village). So within 30minutes, I'd registered and placed my order. I received a confirmation at 6pm and then at 7am the next morning got the Group Discount! Easy as that!
And to top that, the delivery was some 11 days before the last possible date.
Only thing I would suggest is BoilerJuice consider a way of allowing people to purchase a 'minimum' of fuel rather than only an 'absolute' quantity. I would like to have brimmed my tank, but wasn't sure how much space I had, so had to play safe.

helpful tanker driver from a local firm Butler's. Very quick response. Price was 3p cheaper a litre than my usual company, which generally is cheaper than Boilerjuice so always worth checking round.
