Just had our fourth delivery from this company- which due to a problem with Royal Mail wasn't delivered on the day we expected.... within ten minutes of tweeting them, the postage charges were refunded!
Prices are far cheaper than most similar websites- we recently tried a company who rate higher on here (only because that company removes all recent negative feedback and tries to stop you posting publicly available information!) and got burned so we returned to Bondara and received the item we wanted quickly, discreetly and with no hassle.
Never had a problem with any items ordered from here, what we have had is tons of fun!! Highly recommend them, ignore the doomsayers, people are too quick to point the finger of blame without being equally fast to give praise where its due!
Can't wait to save some more pennies to buy more toys!
I was disgusted to receive only part of my order with no explanation, causing me to chase BONDARA to ask what had happened. They said the item was out of stock, so why was this not listed on their website?? They said they would refund this item. I then also sent an item that was sized wrong back and it was only refunded £2, where the value was £11.00 because apparently I didn't send the "free gift" back. Bare in mind this is the free gift I received because having spent over £30.00. I think this is disgraceful. So the gift is not free at all. And despite speaking to customer services on several occasions they all failed to tell me the customer this.... Such bad customer service.
I ordered an item which turned up faulty, returned it and got a replacement which was also faulty. I asked for a new item or my money back and not only did I lose my items but my money too. I wrote several letters, emails and phone calls but just hit brick walls every time. Shocking customer service and disgusted I lost £30 for nothing! STAY AWAY!!
Firsty, I ordered next day delivery and paid an extra £3.90 only for the product to come a day later, which was a waste of money. I then complained and was ignored. They sent me tracking information that didn't work and when I sent them an email telling them it didn't work I was told to wait till the evening when I'd ordered next day delivery, how unhelpful. Secondly there was a sharp edge on my product which is obviously dangerous. Avoid this website, order from a proper one who know how to treat their customers.
I ordered a few things for my friends birthday a WEEK before her birthday, and checked the delivery box which was 1st class royal mail, which said it should be delivered within 2-3 days, I thought that gave me plenty of time honestly, now, exactly 7 days after i've placed my order, the delivery still hasn't come, my friends birthday has passed and basically the customer service team couldn't have been less helpful, a lot of "If it hasn't arrived by such an such a date then we can declare it as lost", That's not really good enough is it, especially when i paid extra for it to arrive earlier! WASTE OF TIME.
I odered a gag from this company, it was my first purchase of this sort.
When I used it it cut my lip open quite deeply. When I took it off I noticed it had a sharp edge on it.
I was horrified and emailed them only for them to say sorry and offer me 10% off my next purchase?!
I explained I did not want money off, as that still left me with a dangerous item and out of pocket!
Awful customer service. It seems that they only care about making money, not about quality or putting their customers first!
brilliantly designed website, easy to navigate around, attractive etc etc etc.
its not the cheapest place ive ever shopped at, but they do compensate by sending alot of discount codes to members.
theres always great communication from them when purchasing things, they always email you to let you know when the payment has been received, when the order has been dispatched, etc etc.
and the order always comes on the day specified by them.
and in discreet packaging!
On receiving an order which was missing a product I informed them immediately, they said they would send it out, it never arrived, kept chasing for it. Eventually said I just wanted my money back, it has now been 72 days since letting them know, despite numerous promises of getting my money back there is nothing as yet. I will never order from them again, shocking service.
I bought an item on 18th Feb 2010, putting the order in just before the 3pm cut off on a thursday, paid for next day delivery, first delivery on the monday when of course I'm at work, two further deliveries when I am at work, automated telephone service for the delivery company, two email to Bondara asking that they recall the item from the delivery firm and refund the money that they have already taken, both emails completely ignored. Will not buy from this company again.
I placed an order on 3rd February. Arrived 10 days later. The item was faulty. Have emailed them and recieved no response. They knew the item was faulty before they sent it, they just sent it anyway. £52 down. Save your money and find a decent company to buy from. Be warned - if something isn't right the company won't entertain you and you WILL lose your money !!

Placed an order 3rd Febuary, still not received anything off them had the phone put down on me by sales team when i pointed that out to them, they are not replying to emails or phone for last few days.. beware i have lost my £45 keep yours in your pocket!
Made 3 orders with Bondara in the past, first two were speedy and excellent, last order I placed this past week has been a nightmare. Recieved the wrong goods, contacted them saying so. I had to return incorrect goods at MY expense (even thought it wasnt me who made the mistake.) and they are not replying to any of my later emails. Probably £10 out of pocket now judging by the experience of others here. I wont be shopping with them again. Awful sales team.
The employees in this company are not able to read or choose to ingnore any e-mail or any complaints that I have sent. Be careful when ordering anything from them. The chances are that you won't receive them and they won't answer your calls or e-mails....
I paid and got next day delivery but the product was of poor quality. The advert on the site led me to believe that it was small and quiet and it turned out to be large and really noisy and notvery powerful. I complained and was told I could return it if it had not been removed from packaging and used. Well how else could I have found out that it was of poor quality????

I RECIVED MY ITEMS THIS MORNING, BUT NEVER RECIVED THE FREE GIFT I ASKED FOR. WHICH IS OK, BUT AS LONG AS I GOT WAT I PAYED FOR IM HAPI. BUT I FEEL hapi the reason being, u get ur delivery next day, i would reccommend this to my friends to order from here, quite good service,
