The help and support I received from Bonline was professional and met every need I had.
Bonline worked closely with me every step of the way to design my website incorporating every detail that I wanted. I didn't know much about websites but they came up with ideas and were very patient with me to get it right.
Everyone has commented on how professional it looks, and I feel it represents my business in the way I wanted it to.

Not many companies like this around these days
Here at www.plymouthwindowfilms.co.uk we are very impressed and thankful how patient and helpful the whole team are at bOnline, from start to present time the service is second to none, you can email, tex or phone and all versions of replies are ultra quick, no waiting till tomo, maybe a minute or 2 everytime really.
As much assistance as you can want and a personal touch, it's great... Can even get help out of office hours, how about that !?
The websites are great and can even change the layout theme when you please

GREAT FIRM...PAINLESS AND UNDERSTANDING ABOUT WHAT WE NEEDED
it was Martin Farquhasron who initially cold called me, i didnt have time to talk (or so i thought) but he struck an interesting conversation from the start, even though i did say i didnt want my website sorted out....just too busy...we ended up talking for ages about all sorts really, but as a sales trainer for a PLC in another life i can hear when someone is enjoying what they do from a mile off...and these days..with so many dreary cold calls coming in, to hear someone getting a real kick out of telemarketing was to me, very refreshing, i concluded he was a trustworthy guy (people buy from people, not companies, right?), so I felt I could go into more detail with him...since the initial conversation he has kept in touch, keeping to his own timescales and calling when he said he would (blimey!)...ensuring his "customer" was happy with progress whiklst allowing the backroom boys and girls get on with their part of things and provide me with a website. Charley called to make sure we had what we wanted of her design and was always very easy going over the phone, often doing tweaks here and there to save me having to do it myself...she is amazing!
So, now I have a website that looks better than the one i tried to make on my own, and i have bonline to thank for it...Martin and Charley make a wonderful team, undoubtably an asset to The Company...whom I feel have now become a part of MY Firm...I have made 2 more friends, great job, and outstanding salesmanship from Martin...I would reccommend bonline to anyone, anytime.

I must say we have phone calls every day from companies offering us everything from a diddle eyed doe to a damned if I know. I was looking for a website provider anyway and had offers left right and center from people who were just confusing me. Then one day a lady called Sharon phoned me from Bonline. Sharon was so much more patient than all the other callers from various web outfits. She never once pressurised me with dates and times etc, but had me hooked at Hello. Every phone call from then on was very clear, clinical and informative and had me feeling at ease. Sharon's pleasant and knowledgeable manner is a bonus, by the time I put the phone down I knew exactly what Bonline were offering me and I was sold. After a few very pleasant consultations with the web designer SAM I am now tweaking the final touches to our new impressive website. Thank you. A++++

Totally fab, highly recommend!!!
Firstly I would like to say a big thank you to Emile for making the whole process an easy and straight forward one, everything I asked for or needed help with Emile made sure it was done.
I have never dealt with such a lovely genuine guy or a company that actually does what they say they will do and get back to you straight away every time you may need them.
I new 100% that what ever help I needed, I would get it.
My website looks professional, is easy to use and adjust any time I like, I am totally more than happy with it, plus you have the ability to password protect pages which is a massive plus for me.
If you are thinking about having a website or need one, I highly recommend bOnline, brilliant value for money, exceptional service, great designs and Emile is just fab!

Sharon Haynes must be one of the most patient women I`ve ever spoken to , she must be dealing with me. Nothing is too much bother for her and after so many missed calls she made to me her attitude and tone is always spot on. No promises no B.S , no hardsell, just an honest and refreshing approach which is so unusual these days. Sharon is the voice of the company and if bonline comes across in the same way I`ll be doing a lot of dealings with them.

Feels like your their only customer!
I have been liaising with Ameer on a number of projects over the last six months or so, every request was followed to the "T". When asked to call back in 3 months away, they did exactly that. No pressure selling, constructive and laid back approach is a breath of fresh air in the modern day competitive market.
In fairness I was sold on the first contact but wasnt quite ready to launch, there was no pressuring and once back in touch as requested, we were up and running in no time. The designer Sam followed every request through without complaint and was incredibly patient when showing me how to edit my site.
Both really nice guys who seemed to want my business to perform well, Im glad they found me and shared their service, which is that well operated you do genuinely feel you are there only customer and they have no one else to do anything for!, as everything is responded to so quickly.
Thanks guys, looking forward to the next project!

I had my Ears 'Buxed'!
I was on a website and clicked on a box for info on your Company. Your response was so quick it made me dizzy. A guy called Ameer Bux was in touch. His enthusiasm for his Job, his company and what I wanted for my company was infectious. He proceded to offer me exactly and more than what I initially wanted saying nothing was impossible. This was what I wanted to hear but as I put the phone down I wandered what the reality would be? Well as they say I was Gobsmacked he and his company knew more about what I needed than I did. bOnline has got everything right
At first I was skeptical and wondered how well it's going to workout.
I've never built a website before and I don't think I ever will, that is from scratch.
With bOnline and their templates, all you have to worry about is the content. And who knows best about content for my business other than me.
So I let bOnline help me build the sites with their expertise and I do the content.
I've done two websites with bOnline in as many months and I'm working on a third one with them already. (Actually I didn't need their help much after the first one).
Everyone comments to me how good the websites are and they can't believe when I tell them how easy it was.
At first, I spoke to Jonathan Breen (My Account Manager) who was very helpful and talked me through everything. Then I was past to David Cantan who talked me through how to make changes. Insert pictures and Videos and basically how to manipulate anything that was manipulable!
On top of that, they have a marketing tool attached to it. Granted it is basic SEO (Search Engine Optimisation), but I've never had even basic SEO before so as far as I'm concerned that is a big bonus.
Once I got going and got proficient in adding pages and creating new ones, there was no stopping me.
Jonathan continues to be proactive checking regularly if everything is OK and whether there is anything he can do.
Dave, is the tech guy that I bother every now and then and I always worry if I'm asking too much, but he continues to explain and help with the building of the sites.
It is so good to be in control of your own site, without having to rely on someone else to change things for you or add and take away pages.
On top of all this, bOnline not only provided me with a template for my sites, but included in the same fee they are housing it for me too.
What more can you ask.
Actually I'm a type of person that always asks for more and recently I've been in touch with them with regards to building certain things into the template of the home page and their developers have been very receptive and are looking into it.

effortless website building A1 service
aAs a layperson to website building I found bOnline very very simple to use
I had a call from one of there team [ Paul Babbra ] who knew i was no computer expert
and was extremely helpul throughout
after trying a few sites before bOnline none of them came near.

A fun make your own website kit" .
I enjoyed making my own website and the templates do make it easy. If you've never used any image manipulaing stuff before or things like word or publisher, I think it would be a bit tricky, but I'm pretty useless and still managed it! I have a great sense of achievement and has made me think carefully about what I actually want people to come to my site for.
I did find that emailing when I was stuck was less likley to produce a response than phoning. But when I did phone the help I got was good. They were also very nice about my efforts, which is encouraging. I feel confident that I can update the website myself and would recommend bonline.

I have tried creating a website from other company, It turned me off as it was too complicated to edit and personalised the page accdg to how I wanted it to look.
I tried Bonline and it was very much easy to use.

bOnline -a company name worthy of being shouted from the roof-tops!
I am worse than the average sceptic and normally don't give cold callers chance to say more than a few words before putting down the phone.
However, on one morning in August I got a call from Emile. Immediately there was something about his calm, polite and no pressure voice that made me hold on a little longer. How glad I am that I did!
Even after I'd heard what he had to say it sounded too good to be true and my son (usually very sensible and home on a visit from Australia) thought I should leave it alone -I already had a website, after all.
I was given a few days to think about it, during which time Emile had arranged for my sample website (clever move!) As soon as I saw it that persuaded me -I was impressed already.
I had my free consultation and was shown how to edit the site (easy -even for me!)and was amazed at the potential. I can honestly say I enjoyed building my own site -it was like having a new hobby.
My new site has been up and running for a while now and I have just transferred to the original domain name to match business cards etc. As I said, I am a sceptic, but now it is all done I can, without reservation, give 5 stars to bOnline.
So glad I took that first call from Emile -he has an excellent 'phone-side manner'!! It's like having a friend at the other end of the line! Thank you so much

At last! A simple website builder with SEO wizard that even I can understand
I have used a couple of website builders before but bOnline's page editor is much simpler and clearer. And the step by step SEO wizard is fantastic. I paid for the design support and have had lots of help and encouragement. A very good service at an affordable price!
You have to be aware that the templates only have a certain amount of flexibility, but the framework is what keeps it all simple. I am more than happy with the trade-off.

i thought this was too good to be true. A try before you buy website?? all done for you? on a no contract basis??? ARE YOU KIDDING??? well,.. no they weren't!! i have a great website to start my new business venture that's easy to manage and the help is always there when you need it. Sharon was amazing and so helpful no matter how many questions I had. Not at all pushy and even did a consultation on a Sunday as it was the only day I was free. Now that's what I call service!!

bonline got me online in a friendly and efficient way
I had wanted to redo my website for some time. I spoke to several companies before bonline. I chose them because Sharon, my first point of contact was friendly and gave me the information I needed to give them a try. They started the website off but I was able to play with it until I got it exactly how I wanted. I had 2 free consultations with one of their designers and he talked me through everything and when I had some issues with loading photos, he sorted that out for me. My website is live now and I am continuing to enjoy tweaking it with the user friendly word document type editing tools. Good to know that they are always on hand should I have any problems.

No hassle, no effort, no brainer ...
This is one decision you won't have to agonize over ...
If you need a website and don't have time then have a chat with their designer and they'll figure it out for you. Just point them to the copy and tell them what you're trying to achieve and they make it happen. If you love to dabble and are picky about colours then it is so simple to pick up the techniques for yourself ... even if you consider yourself a bit of a Luddite ... just have a play. At least you can access your own website with these people!
The best thing is that they do all the Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and every new gizmo that we want on our website in the future will be available as-soon-as ... with no extra charge. I have yet to find the catch ... so am recommending Bonline to all my clients.

Websites for Senior Citizens
We were very impressed with the way in which our enquiry was handled. Kimberey was very patient and quickly "took on board" what was needed to produce an excellent site although obviously the products and services themselves were previously unknown to her.
We felt the costing was realistic and would certainly recommend bonline to other small businesses

Spot On! Simple to use - helpfull staff - what more could you ask!
If you are fed up with your old web site and need something to promote your business that is fresh and new, and quick and easy to use - then bonline is for you! Friendly and helpfull staff are easy to get hold of (and phone you back when they say they will) which makes a nice change! If you are not that brilliant with computors like me then just have a trial run, have a fiddle about, and you will discover that you can do your own web page. Since we have gone live people have only had good words to say about our site, and its not even finished yet!

Captivating , reliable , friendly, sevice
Bonline approached me but they were no pushy SHaron one of the advisors went out her way to accommodate my requirement , when I went through a bad patch dealing with family issues she didn't pester me but gave me time to myself and ask if and when I would like her to ring back she never at anytime pushed me for answers. When I was ready to continue she rang at a time convenient to me and talked myself and my daughter through how to build the web site , outstanding customer service well done Sharon.

I tried the rest but these are simply the best
I’m no computer wizard; in fact I can just do the basics so building a website for my newly formed company was a daunting prospect. I done the usual thing goggled ‘build a web site’ and came up with dozens of options. I tried a few on their free trials but after 30 minutes or so I realised that despite them telling me it was easy, it was almost impossible for someone with my limited knowledge to do and very expensive. One day when doing something completely unrelated I came across an advertisement for bonline. It claimed I could build an affordable professional web site easily, quickly and give me all the support I needed. Well I gave it a go and here I am with my own web site up, running and looking as good as any you can find. Building my site was an absolute pleasure and so easy to do. The support from people like Sharron, Jack and Toby was nothing but first class. They responded to any questions I sent them over by email in minutes and always seemed to have the time, no matter how silly my question was. In a nut shell; I have no IT experience, needed a professional website at an affordable price but I also needed to deal with people that would talk a language I could understand and I found that with bonline.
