Spot On! Simple to use - helpfull staff - what more could you ask!
If you are fed up with your old web site and need something to promote your business that is fresh and new, and quick and easy to use - then bonline is for you! Friendly and helpfull staff are easy to get hold of (and phone you back when they say they will) which makes a nice change! If you are not that brilliant with computors like me then just have a trial run, have a fiddle about, and you will discover that you can do your own web page. Since we have gone live people have only had good words to say about our site, and its not even finished yet!

Captivating , reliable , friendly, sevice
Bonline approached me but they were no pushy SHaron one of the advisors went out her way to accommodate my requirement , when I went through a bad patch dealing with family issues she didn't pester me but gave me time to myself and ask if and when I would like her to ring back she never at anytime pushed me for answers. When I was ready to continue she rang at a time convenient to me and talked myself and my daughter through how to build the web site , outstanding customer service well done Sharon.

I tried the rest but these are simply the best
I’m no computer wizard; in fact I can just do the basics so building a website for my newly formed company was a daunting prospect. I done the usual thing goggled ‘build a web site’ and came up with dozens of options. I tried a few on their free trials but after 30 minutes or so I realised that despite them telling me it was easy, it was almost impossible for someone with my limited knowledge to do and very expensive. One day when doing something completely unrelated I came across an advertisement for bonline. It claimed I could build an affordable professional web site easily, quickly and give me all the support I needed. Well I gave it a go and here I am with my own web site up, running and looking as good as any you can find. Building my site was an absolute pleasure and so easy to do. The support from people like Sharron, Jack and Toby was nothing but first class. They responded to any questions I sent them over by email in minutes and always seemed to have the time, no matter how silly my question was. In a nut shell; I have no IT experience, needed a professional website at an affordable price but I also needed to deal with people that would talk a language I could understand and I found that with bonline. From initially speaking to Ameer, with whom we discussed all of our requirements with regards to the 2 websites we needed developing, to dealing with members of the technical support team, bonline have delivered an amazing and professional package at a fraction of what we anticipated the cost would be. Fantastic, friendly, relaxed and incredibly helpful
Very approachable and friendly company (special mention to Emile who will quite happily share shopping and holiday tips with you too as part of the service) who do exactly what it says on the tin! As business owners soon learn being able to provide the service/product you are in business to provide is the tiniest past of running your business. You also have to be an accountant, lawyer, bouncer, marketing expert...having to be a web designer too is one step to far and in a world where a good web site is crucial I recommend you outsource this bit and with bonline you can do so with full confidence and at a price so affordable its even cheaper than spending your own time trying to learn the in's and out's of SEO!

Great Company - Fantastic Service

As a yoga teacher who is not very good with technology I had been meaning to set up my website for years but I didn't believe I could afford it and I also thought I was incapable of doing it on my own. Bonline proved me wrong. The professional team never gave up on me and gently guided me into setting up yippeeyoga.co.uk. I had to call a lot of times because I didn't understand even some basic computer stuff but there was always a member of the team (an extremely patient one I may add) to help me...either at the end of the phone or by email. I was amazed at their immediate and effective response. Suffice it to say that I am thrilled with my website - it looks better than I ever imagined and at such a reasonable cost I am really happy. Website built easily, and cost effectively .. with valuable support to get you started
I was contacted via a cold call. I usually ignore these, as the sales people are far too pushy. These guys were courteous and offered a no commitment trial.
bonline designed a website and then booked a half hour slot with their designer to show how their website builder worked.
The interface was fairly intuitive, and by the end of the session I was on the way to building my website.
They helped with acquiring the domain name and hosted it as well.
No commitment, since pay as you go.
I would recommend to anyone wanting their first website.

Came for a Website, got the best
First, I was more than happy with the design and the designer.
had one or two problems which was my fault. However, like a new car one must give it a few miles to be sure it works, like all it claims to be. At this moment I feel sure we have pushed the right button.
We have plans for another venture by mid 2013, perhaps then we will go ahead with number 2.

Pay Peanuts for Web Presence
If you only have peanuts to pay for your web presence don't waste it on other web monkeys. Be your own monkey and bOnline.
Honestly, a monkey could update your site. It isn't Shakespeare but then again you wont need an infinate amount of Monkeys either.
You can do it yourself with bOnline.

Bonline are more than what they say they are!!! Wonderful
I was not expecting my site will be live earlier than what I expected. Bonline give good quality job with smile on your face when looking at what they did for you. Not expensive like others that will scare you away with prices. Bonline staffs will talk to you as if they are right beside you. They assure you, infact, you will feel at home with them because they make you understand that you need to work along with them.

I think it is rightful to say that bonline is very professional in so many ways for anyone who needs cheap yet very professional done website. Before signing up with bonline I had quotes from web designers which ran up to 100's of pounds. Yet all I wanted a website which I can reach to people. Bonline gave me that opportunity to do this easily efficiently and professionally. But one of the most important thing which has struck me with is the politeness of their employers they were patient understanding and polite all the way through. A good website but poor communication from the Bonline team
I have found that the Bonline team said what I wanted to hear yet did not deliver. The process of setting up my new website with them was not as easy as I thought and there were lots of mistakes made. It took 8 days for the website to function fully and since then I have been happy with my website. Now that the hard work has been done, I feel pleased with my website and believe that the Bonline team will continue to assist in making improvements.

At last I can manage my own website!
My experience of bOnline has been a very good one. I found the tutorial very help full and the speed of action once my requests had been made excellent.
If I were to improve on the experience I would say that when talking to the person on the other end of the phone there was a great deal of background noise which made hearing instructions difficult.
I never recommend companies or services, but I would bonline.

Great sell, then a bit of a let down
Persuaded to give their website a try with promises of a months free trial and top google listings within weeks. Website created rapidly and then nothing heard for a long time. Eventually managed to get the site online and two and a half weeks down the line still can't find the site on google. Won't be carrying it on after the free trial period expires.

Great Concept
It was refreshing to find a web design company that would allow you to spread the cost of your webiste. They have fantastic templates, great ideas and they are informative and helpful.
