Wrong Size, Slow Shipping
I recieved a box that stated 'Size 7' shoes yes the shoes were 3 sizes too big..
I am normally a 7 - 7.5 so i know these shoes were definitley either in the wrong box or an incredibly big make!
Sadly i cannot even return the item as it took over 14 days to reach my address & therefor i cannot return as it breaches your returns policy...
Very very very disappointed.. love the shoes but so sad that they are too big & you will not send me the correct size...

Sorry I wouldn't buy again from boohoo.com.
The clothes are poor quality and they don't fit well. I oredered size 8 from everything and on the website all the models were wearing size 8 and they are the same height as me and size 8 is too small for me. And I am disappointed with the material of the clothes, they look really poor quality. Boohoo.com has some really fashionable clothes but they have to improve on their quality.

I ordered for the first time on boohoo I had to promo codes one for buying that weekend and also for free delivery for orders over £35.00. I went to pay for my order but at no time was I prompted to use the promo codes as soon as I put my card details in it completed my sale. I emailed boohoo the following day some two weeks ago, but I have heard nothing back. Customer Service is not to my expectations!

use better zips
Zips on.trousers and boots broke,they were broke b4 even tried them on!not impressed!lucky site is soo cheap! But use better zips

Perfect expect when it gets to America
The products are great and as expected. The only issue I had was with the tracking feature. Once it left England to I just had to hope I got it. I did so no big deal but to know when it got to my local post office would have been good.

l am relatively new to online shopping with my 1st experience being with BOOHOO and l have found this online company to deliver all the right ingredients which made online shopping a rewarding experience! BOOHOO is with you every step of the way right down to the tracking of your amazing pieces, whilst on it's travels to get to you. The range and the prices are amazing and will delight anyone who is wanting pieces from casual right through to special occasions. With my first shopping experience l found that there were some questions and with the BOOHOO site, it was easy to contact management and in return a quick reply via email was sent to me. l had seen this site advertised on the T.V. so l thought... 'Why not and check it out and give it a try' and with doing just that, l have subsequently bought numerous pieces on separate occasions.. :-) My orders were delivered roughly within the time frame that BOOHOO predicted (give or take a few days depending on Post/couriers and the fact that l am in Australia). The pieces that l have bought have been even better in real life so to speak and the quality is amazing and the fit extremey true to sizing!! l have not been disappointed with any of my purchases and l plan on having more online shopping experiences with BOOHOO.. l have recommended this site to family members and friends and they too have loved it!! l would not hesitate to recommend BOOHOO to anyone and especially to people, like myself, who are new to online shopping because the whole experience is an enjoyable one and very straight forward with ordering and payments; also the people who are behind the scenes that make BOOHOO possible, are very approachable via their contact method if the need arises, with always a quick response... Disgusting!
This website is absolutely terrible. I have waited over a month for my order when the time said 8 - 10 working days. They have not assisted me in tracking my order and will not investigate my order further. I will never shop on this website ever again.

Look nothing like it when you put it on.
I would like to return a package I got from you for something else I ordered a indie about one week ago, tried it on and it was heavy and hangs at your cratch, looks nothing like the pictures and other onsies. How do I return it???

Great quality, fast shipping, excellent price.
I'd always been hesitant to order from Boohoo has everything is so cheap and I was afraid the quality might not be great. In desperate need of winter jumpers and totally broke I decided to give it a chance. I was pleasantly surprised to have my package arrive in only 1 week and the quality of the jumper I bought was great! It looks far more expensive than the $30 it cost and is really warm. I've received heaps of compliments on it already! I'll definitely be shopping on Boohoo again.

OMG have you not heard of boohoo? stuff going into the mall and searching through piles of junk to find what we want, Boohoo literally has everything . The clothes are exactly our style, so afordable and on top of that they have so many tights to choose from, you know how much I love tights!!
You know I only stick to black and white, well since shopping on boohoo some might say I am more colourful with clothing choice lol
They have everything you can imagine, you can literally find your whole outfit PLUS shoes and accessories on the site.

I recently ordered from the website and as i processed my purchase the website said they were having problems and didn't confirm my order went through instead sent me back to the beginning. so i re entered the order and it was processed only to find out the following day the purchase was processed twice! surely somewhere in your account systems it would flag an identical order made within the same day???
i contacted your office straight away and was told nothing could be done..so i was stuck with both payments taken out of my account and had to wait until i received the products to return..which is a long and frustrating process that quite frankly made my dealings with you an unpleasant experience..

SWEET AS NEW ZEALAND!!!
so yeah, i brought some super great clothes from boohoo, and i live in nz (free postage! shot boohoo!) they arrived much quicker than i expected and were exactly the same as the picture said they would be, notifications were on time and very helpful- especially with the dispatchment notice- and i know my girl-friends are stoked as with their purchases too.. so a sweet as! to you :)

great shopping
i have placed three different orders with Boohoo and have found it so easy to do. The clothes arrived when expected and were exactly what I ordered. It was also nice that I didnt lose my shopping cart items if I went out of the site as a lot of other online sites wipe it clean which is annoying. Great site.

Amazing service but didnt get parcel for 2 weeks!
I brought $200 worth of clothes and shoes from the Boohoo website as i was going to a 21st the weekend after, it was my first night out after having my baby and i was very nervous so i thought id buy a new dress and shoes to make myself feel better, i paid the extra $10 postage to make sure it got to me within 3-5 working days. I didnt get my parcel for 2 weeks and didnt get to wear it to the 21st i had to wear an old dress. I know that it wasnt Boohoo's fault that the parcel got lost it was the courier company. I was very happy with the service i got from the Boohoo staff they emailed me every day letting me know they were trying to locate my parcel etc. I ended up getting my parcel the day before my birthday which was good. They refunded my $10 postage aswell. Other times i have brought things from Boohoo they have arrived within a week. :)

You get what you pay for!
I bought a maxi-dress in cream colour and expected the material to be better than it was: the dress is pretty much see-through! Not entirely satisfied with my purchase since I can't even exchange the dress for a different colour. Also, I received an email to review the service even before I received my delivery! It made me very concerned that my delivery had gotten lost in the mail.
