I had no problems with Boohoo - The shipping was sort of long but I don't live in the UK so that is very acceptable. However the quality is what you pay for - The dress I recived had studs on, and these fell of, som during shipping and other the first time i put it on, but I sewed them on myself the 2nd time, and now there's no problem with it, also the cardigan i recived had a little hole in it. The quality is not amazing but that is what you expect from the price you pay - Overall I got what I ordered within good time, and no problems were bigger than I could not fix them myself.

While we do not offer free returns for orders outside of the UK, we are open to receiving returns that are faulty and do offer to pay for the return postage if the item(s) are found to be faulty once received back into our warehouse and inspected.
