Firstly i want to say im sorry to hear what all of you have been through, i'm having the same problem with yogoego.com right now so i can emphasise with you. I have had no problems with Boohoo.com, i have made 3 orders in the last 2 months, they have all turned up on time. The second order i made with them i had to send back asit was to small, i had paid with paypal and got the money back in just over a week. Your very right in respect of the customer service though they never seem to respond to e-mails. I hope you all manage to get somewhere. I noticed that someone reported to Watchdog, i would advice contacting dominic littlewood, that is what i have done with yogoego.com. The more support the better. Good luck everyone.
