2 1/2 weeks after ordering the item on next day delivery still no item or refund. Granted there was a problem with the address I put on the order forms, however sent emails correcting immediately, admittedly my mistake. However there was no response from the Boohoo team for over a week, when I did get a response I was told the item was on its way back to the warehouse and as soon as it arrived I would have a refund as requested. Now a week once since last communication from the Boohoo team (despite emails from me) and a whole 17 days since original order was placed still no item or refund! Will not be buying from the site again which is a shame cause I have always been impressed with the clothes.
