I can confirm I have passed on your comments to the relevant department which sources the clothing and this matter will be looked into.
I have also had a look in to your account and can see your returns have not yet been logged on to our system. We have to allow up to 21 days for the goods to be received in to our returns centre and credited from your account.
We would recommend that you keep hold of your returns receipt as this may be needed if the goods have not been credited within this time.
