My parcel was lost by the courier, it took ages to get a response out of people in the so called customer service department, I asked for it to be sent out on next day delivery so I would receive it on the Friday which was agreed and it never showed until the Saturday.. At my work address which was no use.I then couldn't get it redelivered until after Xmas.. So my sister didn't get a present on Xmas day. When it finally arrived after Xmas I opened it and the item was faulty and had a hole in. Throughout all this it took a lot of effort to get replies out of the company and I am currently still waiting for my refund. Shocking product and service, I won't be ordering again.

No Boohoo I will not be amending my review to be more positive please stop emailing me. It has taken a month since my original 'apology' email to be offered any sort of benefit, which i won't be using.
