Really satisfied with the quick delivery of the items, however, when we sent them back because they didn't fit it took over three weeks to get a confirmation email and then another week before the refund, meaning a total of four weeks!

I am sincerely sorry that your refund took some time to process. We do ask customers to allow up to 21 days for refunds to be processed, however most are done well before this. I apologise for any inconvenience caused by this delay.
