First time buyer and from my experience I don't think I will be returning. I'm a constant online shopper and have never had any issues with deliveries etc. It has been 5 weeks since made my order and still I have no product to show for it. I have emailed mutiple times to find out where my parcel is and no real effort to amend the delay has been made. I just want my onesie :(

In situations where our couriers are stating delivery has been successfully completed yet our customer is advising of the non-receipt of the parcel, we must escalate to a full scale investigation in order to determine specifics relating to the delivery.
I can assure you, every possible avenue is fully exhausted prior to the investigation being completed.
I am sorry for any frustration or inconvenience caused by this.
