I paid for express shipping as i was under the impression that i would receive it in 3-5 working days, which was not the case. I understand that there maybe delays on my side of the world that caused this, but then you should not offer this $9.99 extra option with the promise of 3-5 working days. I then recieved a dress that looked like a cheaply made version of he one picture which was only made worse when i realized i paid ten extra dollars for it. it could have just been this one experience that was bad. i will give boohoo another chance though.
