I ordered something on 22 June 2013 as I wanted to get it in good time for an event on 13 June 2013. I have yet to receive it and progress has been slow with any update since I asked about the dress's whearabouts last week. I am quite disappointed as I have had an email to rate the product, which I still have not received, and an email to rate BooHoo, so here it is. Not a happy customer.

I have tracked your order with our courier, and it is showing as being successfully delivered on 10/07/2013. The majority of our orders shipped internationally are delivered well within our estimated timeframe, however as all international orders are subjected to be cleared by customs, this may delay your orders delivery slightly.
