I placed my first order with Boohoo a couple of weeks ago and they had a technical hitch which meant my parcel was not sent out for next day delivery as it should have been. However they immediately emailed me to inform me there had been a problem and confirming that they would be sending my order out the following day. They informed me that my delivery charge would be refunded straight away, (which it was) and also gave me a discount code to use for a second order. I received the Boots I had ordered nicely packaged and great for the price. I am very fussy if I encounter a problem with a company but they were so efficient and kept to their word that I will certainly be using them again, great company.
