boohoo.com sends out thousands of orders a day. With such a large amount it is inevitable, as with other online shopping sites, that hic-ups can occasionally happen. But I can assure you it is only a very small percentage of orders made where problems arise.
I understand delays like this can be frustrating however, I can assure you the majority of parcels are delivered well within the estimated delivery time-scale and only a small number take slightly longer due to factors out side of our control.
I have had a look at the latest tracking information showing on your parcel and can see that it is showing as successfully delivered on 14.09.2013. If you have not received it please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be able to assist further.
Delays like this do not happen very often and as a gesture of goodwill, I have refunded the next day delivery charge back to your original payment method on 16.09.2013, the funds will appear on your account within the next 3 - 5 working days.
I hope that you do not judge the company on whole because of this issue and that it does not put you off shopping with us again.
