What a terrible experience. Paid for my dress for an important work do. Was expected on 24th October. Now when I track it it seems the courier has lost it/kept it/ can no longer track it. Instead of sending another out Boohoo has kept me waiting (now 7th Nov) until they hear from the courier. Will not be purchasing again as extremely unreliable. Very disappointed as dress look fab
