Im constantly receiving emails from boohoo so took the time to look through the site and decided to buy a pair of trousers for my works Xmas party. I recently received an email to say the money has been refunded with no explanation of why....I assume it's because you've ran out of stock never the less I should have received an email of apology and an explanation. I won't be shopping with yourselves again
I love ordering from boohoo it has a vast variety of clothing and accessories, I feel like I'm always spoilt for choice, the customer service is excellent, and always prompt delivery I've been ordering from boohoo.com for over a year now and have never had any problems whatsoever. I would definitely recommend this website to everyone male as well as female I love it it's as simple as that
I do find that the quality of my boots could be better - they have a few scratches already and I've only been wearing them for a couple of weeks. However, they are not worn out and are very comfortable.
I made my first purchase from boohoo but the wrong item was sent. I contacted customer service to advise and try and resolve the issue. They wanted me to pay for postage to return the item, add a note with the item advising of the issue, then they would refund. Then I would have to take a photo of the postage receipt and email it for the refund on postage. I'm a busy mum with no time on my hands. I just wanted a simple resolution. Probably wouldn't use them again. There's much more reliable sites out there.
The goods I ordered even though it said they were available and the transaction completed were not received as I received an email to say the order could not be fulfilled as the items had gone out of stock. I received a refund but not the same as receiving the goods I had ordered so overall not a good experience.
Boohoo sent me an email asking for a review of their service, I'm assuming this is automated because I have not received anything from Boohoo apart from about 10-15 vague emails. They have taken my money though.
The tracking claims the order was delivered on the 29th of November but I (and my neighbours) have nothing, I contacted them directly but they still have not managed to get to a solution, or even propose a solution.
I really would like to know where the parcel was delivered and would like to know why I have not been given information about possible solutions - a refund or a reorder maybe? I have asked on more than one occasion about this but have been ignored.
I am disappointed because I think that my experiences with other retailers both big and small has far surpassed the service I have received from Boohoo.
I have not received my parcel and have not really understood why I need to fill in a physical form (which I have not received yet anyway!) about a lost package (I have no proof of delivery, I have no parcel, I have no details about where it was left) when every other online retailer (I am a big e-commerce user) will check where the parcel was left and will refund within a few days on the rare occasions this has happened to me before.
As might be obvious, I am highly disappointed. I will not order from Boohoo again even though I like the products as displayed on website and I am a big user of e-commerce so Boohoo have lost a potentially very good customer.
I was impressed by the speed of delivery of my order but unfortunately none of the clothes I ordered we're worth keeping as they were all very poor quality. The fabrics were very thin/cheap looking and the clothes were not well made. I thInk the photos on the website made the clothes look better than they are and misrepresented the quality. i returned all 4 items for a refund.
I would not order from boohoo again sadly.
BEEN WAITING ON A DRESS WHICH WAS ORDERED 2 WEEKS AGO, ONLY TO BE INFORMED IT WAS DELIVERED THROUGH A LETTERBOX. WHICH CLEARLY WASN'T MINE!!!!!!!!! Cheap clothes but not worth the hassle, they take your money for things that are not in stock then dont refund you immediately and as for making returns ive never known a company take so long, there are no options of communication other than email and sometimes they piont blank do not reply or just send out one of those generic ones, out of all the online clothing stores I use this is the worst and ive decided the service is that bad im not using them anymore, pay a bit more use ASOS better quality and amazing returns service and communication, stay away from boo hoo terrible
Had troubles with promo codes sent two messages to customer care with zero response ended up buying goods without discount, after receiving was very dissapionted that the goods were a better price after I had them so I sent them back costing me 19.75 yay ! Will order again from you but not expensive or weighty items as with no assistance when needed makes for an unhappy shopping experience.....
I was satisfied with the customer service as far as receiving my package promptly. The romper was flattering to my frame ( I'm 5'8 and 155 lbs). It fits true to size. However the material snags really easily . It came out the plastic package and it was places in the romper/jumper were it had already been snagged . I would have sent it back but it was already too close to the event I was wearing it to .

i ordered it last tuesday and needed it for saturday night, i paid for express delivery ( 2-3 days) so expected it by friday. i was seriously unhappy that my dresses hadnt arived in that time frame. it is the following tuesday and they are still not here, so i take it that they are going to arrive on standard delivery, ( 8 working days). i was happy with the service last time i used the site i must add, and i do love the dresses, and the deal was mint. but still, if i pay for something to get to me faster i expect it to get to me faster.
Thank you very much for the receipt of the product (dress) that I ordered. I live in New Zealand and I am very impressed with the Customer Service and product and would recommend Boohoo to people I know as well. I also appreciate that over a certain amount there is no postage to be paid given where I live.
The first time we went on boohoo.com we found the perfect outfit for my Year 8 ball we received my shoes (23/11/13) but my dress was canceled and the $75 was taken so we found a 2nd dress I loved it we waited a few days to receive the money back before we brought the 2nd dress it took so long so we put more money in the account to find that my size had gone but we still ordered it and thought we could get it tailored we payed an extra $10 to receive it in 2-3 working days and that was on the 30th of November it is now the 10th of December still haven't got it so we canceled it we now have our money back for the 1st dress and that was around the 5th of December we live in Kaitaia (which is on the top of the North Island New Zealand) so we drove an hour drive to Kerikeri to purchase another dress from Pagani THANK YOU SO MUCH PAGANI YOU SAVED MY DRESS AND THANK YOU GINA AND MY DAD WHO PAID ALL THE MONEY TO PAY FOR IT(Georgina) YOU GUYS SAVED MY BALL! :D :)
Cutting boohoo some slack I really love their clothing line I just think they should organize themselves a bit.
My ball is tomorrow 11th December I am now going to have a really great time with the rest of the year 8's in Kaitaia thank you everyone. I recommend Pagani to anyone who needs a dress or any casual clothes

I am so impressed with the customer service offered by Boohoo. Every inquiry I have made with the customer service team, has been met with a quick and helpful response. Recently one of my items was missing from a package I had received as the bag had split open during the delivery process. I was immediately offered a refund or to have the item dispatched again, without any arguments and with an apology.
I will definitely continue to shop with Boohoo. As a side comment, I have also loved every item I have received, always true to the photographs displayed.
I thought the selection was great on the website, but I am still waiting to receive my order. They have one more day before it is considered late. I have no idea where the package is because the tracking only states what country the package is in. I gave them a 3 star because I have not received my order. Once I get it, the rating may change for better or worse, hopefully for better.
I'm dissatisfied because I'm still waiting for the items I purchased. I can't give a review on something I haven't gotten. Tracking it shows that it was delivered . I never got it and I don't know which mail carrier is handling it so that I can question them.
