no exchange
I recently bought a jacket in a size medium. The jacket was lovely but when i received it, it was a bit too big so i decided to send it back. The thing that annoyed me was, there was no option for exchanges which was a down fall. I would of really liked for them to send me a small rather then re ordering and paying for another one, although a refund will be made back to me.

Thanks Boo Hoo you were my first on line fashion purchase ever -
I was a little hesitant in making a fashion purchase on line because of sizing etc. I was watching T.V. one night and the Boo Hoo advertisment appeared, without thinking I keyed the website into my iPad. I was amazed at the huge range and fabulous prices so I decided to take the punt and ordered 4 items. The most expensive item was an amazing jumper for $50. When I received them I was almost scared to open the package just in case I'd made a mistake. When I did open it I couldn't believe it the quality was good and the designs exactly as they appeared on the website. I tried each piece on and they were all perfect. I have worn each piece out and have had comments on all of them. Yes I am definitely a Boo Hoo Fan. Cheers

Quick delivery. Sizes not always true to size
Delivery service is great.. always get things on time. although most outfits are not true to size. I find somethings that I would buy could be slightly tighter/looser than clothes I buy from other stores. lots of selection and reasonably priced

Very quick delivery but dress was not as described
Bought a red dress with a beige belter waist and hem, when the dress came it was red with a black trim. It's nice but not what I had ordered- the black trim wasn't an option on the website. Wasn't bothered with the hassle of sending it back so I kept it.

speedy service and gorgeous goods!
Ordered two maxi dresses and a fab clutch on boohoo. Was delighted when they arrived so quickly. Everyones been complimenting the jersey maxi dresses and loads of friends have since ordered them on boohoo too. The clutch looks like a designer bag and i love it but the zip is pulling away from the stitching a bit...not that noticeable and i wouldnt have let it put me off ordering it as its such a fab bag. Great value and style especially for the money!

poor service!
After shopping with boohoo for the first time I was very pleased with the service so shopped with them for a second time. My parcel was lost or delivered to the wrong place, that was nearly 3 weeks ago and its still being investigated!! They have taken my money and I still have not received replacement dresses! Which has also meant that i have had to go out and buy more dresses to take away on holiday! Very poor communication and service - and also there is no phone number to call to complain! I wont be shopping with boohoo again!!!!

Late postage but nice product.
My postage was over a week late... and I thought that my item would not arrive in time, but thankfully it did :)
My blue striped onesie is nice, comfy, and fits quite well. It was a little pricey, but thankfully no hidden postage costs were included.

I really like this website as you can always find something that suits you, no matter what style you have. It's very reasonable too when it comes to the prices but the only bother I find with it is the deliveries can be slow at times but apart from that it's great!!

Good service. Helpful and easy to use
I bought 3 dresses as gifts for my wife and of course she hated 2 of them and the one she liked didn't fit. We found the sizing a little off as my wife is a size 8 but found the dress to bee too tight. That being said we found returning the items and getting a refund a simple experience. And would recommend this service again

When I first heard of boohoo from a friend I had reservations, but I was attracted from the TV commercial and decided to try it out. The prices aren't bad on certain items, some of the shoes are a little over my budget.
Shipping is quite fast which is great because it's free, and when it comes to returns, it's really easy.

Fast delevery, fast refund on unsuitable product
Ordered 3 dresses 2 were "sandy" maxi, perfect length for me being 5.4" also ordered a size 8 not 10 and the fit was great. The 3rd dress "Toni" black and white striped midi wasn't good. Cheap material and couldn't get the 8 over my head it was that small. Was gutted as it looks beaut online.
I ordered on wed night and paid nxt day delivery it arrived 8am fri, fast delivery!
On returning the midi, I just posted (freepost) it at post office and money went back into my account within 5days.
Would definitely order again, the maxis are fab. Super happy with my purchase! Thanks
