We've ordered a Cosatto mattress (best price we found) on Sunday night and the expected delivery date was 4 to 7 working days. Really surprised when got a text from the delivery company saying that the order was going to be delivered next day. We're going to buy from them again for sure.
I ordered a toy kitchen for my daughter's 6th Birthday just before the weekend, with reservations about whether it would turn up in time. I received an email the next day with tracking details and then the kitchen turned up yesterday in plenty of time! Thanks Boo hoo baby, my daughter will be delighted!
It is difficult to give a final review of this company as my order still hasn't arrived 2 months on. I have had to chase the company when my order didn't arrive to be told it was out of stock. An immediate email to inform me of this earlier would have been helpful. I then had to chase them again to follow up on my order, the response wasn't prompt and only when I chased again did they reply. Apparently my order is now in stock and will be delivered, though as mentioned before it has not arrived yet. I also asked about compensation in my email with no acknowlegement of this request which I found poor. I didn't rate them as a one star as I don't think there is malicious intent, rather it just seems to be poor customer service.
Ordered my ergo baby carrier on Tuesday (best price in the UK) and it arrived on Thursday, can't ask much more than that. The two people I spoke to in customer services were polite and efficient. Highly recommend, will buy from again without hesitation. Thanks boohoobaby :)
I ordered a waterproof fleece-lined all in one suit for my 6 week old baby when out in the recent cold weather. It arrived with no problems a couple of days after I placed the order. The product was great, the price was good and Boohoo were the only company which stocked such a suit for 0-3 month olds, everyone else only had them for the 6 months plus age group. No complaints at all from me.
I have never felt the need to review a company before but this company have driven me to distraction with their utterly incredibly poor customer service. It must almost take a skill to be so bad at dealing with customers. My story is too long but lets just say its now over 2 months since I ordered the high chair including tray and cushion. I still do not have the correct tray or cushion. At one point i was told the tray and cushion were correct ( even though they didn't fit) then I was guaranteed they were the wrong size and that correct size was on its way. I was later told ( after chasing things when there was no sign of new delivery) that the cushion and tray were were one size but the legs on the high chair were wrong. We were guaranteed delivery of new legs. This was now over a month ago and still waiting. There has never been any apology. I was told I would get a pathetically small compensation of £13 which I accepted but I had to chase this. When it finally came in they paid £10. I could go on but suffice to say I do not recommend ever using this company if you want to buy something for your child because your child will be an adult by the time it arrives, if it ever arrives that is.
I would not recommend this web site if you want reliable and stress free purchase!
I am very much disappointed on how boohoo customer service has handled my order.
I ordered and paid for the concord spin highchair in sahara sand colour in June and 2 wks on i still havent received the item or any email to confirm this highchair is on its way.
I contacted the 24 hr customer service who just said they will get someone to ring me from the warehouse.
No one called, i had to follow up the call that week ,only to be told that the item is no longer available.
I was told that they can provide another colour which is LIME.
July 13, one month after paying for the high chair, the item arrived but in a completely wrong colour which was not what we agreed on.
I complained to customer service and demand that this item be returned considering the amount of time i waited for this highchair to arrive (1 month) and to be told they cannot help me further is just unacceptable!
I felt cheated with this purchase and felt as if boohoo baby just want me to have whatever highchair there is left on their stock!
I will not order through this website again and its just a nightmare experience ordering through this website!

We ordered due to being a local company to us ( Stirling) and through your guarantee of 1-2 days delivery.
After the payment made and an email sent to us to confirm, this was the last we heard, no emails to say order is processing, nothing to say that you were late on dispatch, Ive sent emails with no response, It took me to call and ask to be told that the item would go out for next day, although there had been no contact with the warehouse ( this was 6 days later) I said I would be happy to wait as long as it was out for 10th July, so I gave them an additional 4 days for you to get the buggy delivered, yet when i called to make sure on the 9th of July, ther ewas still No contact with the warehouse, I had not been phoned to have this explained, or emailed.

I didnt have a buggy for my daughter as we had got rid of the old one a few days after buggy was supposed to arrive. Her birthday was on the 10th and sadly we could not take her out as planned because of their lack of communication.
I do not understand how they cannot get hold of a Warehouse and it takes over 9/10 days and still no communication with the warehouse or with us?!

We have asked for a refund by email, again there was no communication via email to confirm this, nor email to say this has been inititated, so we are still waiting!!!

This is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. I ordered a travel system in preparation for the arrival of my first child and the website claimed a “free delivery usually in 7-10 working days”. I received a receipt for payment and confirmation of my order on the same day so all seemed to be going very well.
2 days later I received another email to tell me that my order had been dispatched and that I would be hearing from the courier to arrange a delivery. I received no further contact and the product has never arrived.
I have telephoned Boohoobaby on numerous occasions but have repeatedly been fobbed off by the staff. I have been told that they are waiting to hear from the courier, they are waiting to hear from their warehouse and that their customer service team are extremely busy (with complaints no doubt). On every occasion I have telephoned, I have been promised a call back; no one from Boohoobaby has ever telephoned me!
I have been forced to cancel my order and purchase the item from an alternative supplier, who provided the item within 3 days. The customer service is just as bad now I have cancelled my order and they are dragging their heels to confirm my cancellation and refund my money. Luckily I paid on a credit card and am now seeking the refund of my money through the bank.
Having now read the previous reviews, I anticipate a response from Boohoobaby asking me to contact them to try and resolve the problem. I would not waste any more of my time and money as the telephone number they provide is the same one I have been calling repeatedly with no joy.
Do not give this company any of your hard earned money unless you are prepared to never see the goods you order and then fight to get your money back. Believe any positive reviews at your peril…..

I ordered a float jacket for my 16 month old little girl, so we could take her in the pool on holiday. I ordered this at the end of April as we were going away on the 12th May, and their delivery information led me to believe it would only take a few working days.
A few days later I recieved an email confirming dispatch, but by the 7th May it still hadn't arrivied, so I called them to enquire if they could track it down. Acording to [name] it had been dispatched on the previous Friday, so should be with me by the 9th May at the very latest. Guess, what... it still didn't arrive, so another phone call later, I'm told by [name] he'll check with the warehouse... No return call, nothing! I call again, but get no reply... My holiday comes and goes (2 wks), and on my return I get an email to say it was out of stock all along, and could I pick a different colour!? However one of the colours they say is available is actually the one I ordered??
It's now the 11th June, and still no product! I have called several more times, to get the really unhelpful [name] fob me off... I've sent a couple of emails to their Customer Service team, and they can't even be bothered to reply!
Shameful! I hope you go bust, as you don't deserve to do any business!

i have a one year old and my second baby was due on 3rd march. i ordered the hauck freerider shop 'n drive pushchair on 7th february and on the order page it said delivery 1-2 days, even the first email i received said the same. not long after receiving the confirmation email i received another saying it is out of stock and due back 5th march. i thought that this would still be ok cos even if i gave birth to her on due date i wont be able to go out for while after having her. when the 5th came and went and still no sign i contacted boohoobaby who then said they were having problems with their stockist and would be due back between late march and early april. i had to buy a second hand cheap pushchair to get me by but as this was already in poor quality it is now fallin apart and i am starting to struggle with it. now it is gone early april and still no sign. every time i call the company i get promised a call back but never receive one. noone is giving me any answers and noone seems to really know why ive not received this yet. they are still blaming their stockist/warehouse, which if is true may not be their fault but maybe they need to find a new stockist/warehouse to deal with it. i am not happy that i am still waiting for this pushchair as i paid a lot of money for it and took me ages to save up. as a single mum this money is a lot to me and i now dont have any spare funds to buy another 'temporary' double pushchair.
I originally chose this website because they were the cheapest for the product i wanted (shanticot bunkbed) i absolutely regret this now.
it all started with the shanticot supplier calling ME! At this time it was 9 days into the 5 to 10 working days i was promised for it to be delivered in. So he calls me and tells me that he hasn't received payment from boohoobaby yet, and obiviously he couldn't send it out to me without being paid first. I had paid for the item but for some reason they hadn't paid the shanticot supplier. He advised me to call them (i was planning on doing so at this point anyway) and hopefully that would prompt them into paying and my order then should arrive the following week. Anyway long story short boohoobaby sent me an email stating that my order should arrive on the 17th or 18th of april. i called the supplier today (the 18th)and he told me he just received payment and my order should be with me next week on the 24th. Now bear in mind that i would have been completely in the dark had the supplier not chosen to contact me. Even now i would have been waiting for my order wondering why on earth it hadn't arrived. Can you believe boohoobaby told me that my order is on its way? just before i called the supplier they said it should be with me by 6pm today the 18th.
I placed my order on april the 2nd.
Do not use this company, pay that extra to get the customer service that you deserve. I most certainly won't be using them ever again
Despite being promised a furniture delivery in 2 to 6 weeks we are still waiting 12 weeks later. Without chasing we were never updated on revised delvery dates. Promises to chase the furtniture clearly never happened. Despite taking our money in January we still have no goods to show for it.
I've bought from Boohoobaby on several occasions now and have been delighted with the products which were of a consistently high quality. Service has always been prompt and delivery problem-free. On one occasion, the item was out of stock in the colour that I had ordered but the Customer Services Manager contacted me immediately and a replacement agreed and sent out straight away. I have happily recommended Boohoobaby to friends who have also been delighted with the quality, price and service.
I ordered a highchair finding boohoobaby to have the item in stock with a delivery time of 10 days. 3 weeks on and I still havent received it.
I did receieve replies to my emails but as others have said they replies are MUCH less than satisfactory.
Do avoid even if it means paying that little bit more.
I ordered some Leander accessories on the 1st of February and still waiting for the goods to be delivered. However, the payment was taken from my credit card last month already! I called the company many times as they would not provide regular updates on the status of my order. After calling three times without having a clear understanding of the situation, they offered a rather insulting discount of 4.9%, assuring me that the order was on its way. A few days later I had to chase the order again as they has not information to hand I later I got a call back from the manager [name], who told me that they lost the goods and had to re-dispatch the full order!! Also, they send you a tracking number, but the courier company does not even have a website, so WHAT IS THE POINT?! I asked him to reconsider the compensation but told me that it is the best they could do. This company is a joke and I would NEVER order from them again. Please also note that their refund policy is 7-10 working days, which is completely unacceptable.
I used Boohoobaby to buy buggy last year but due to very unfortunate circumstances I had to return the buugy and ask for a refund. The company dealt with the situation in a very sensitive manor. Everything we discussed on the phone was followed up with confirmation e mails and the company went out their way to make sure everything was sorted as smoothly as possible which was greatly appreciated at the time. The standard of service was above and beyond what i expected. We have found that I am expecting again and due to the service we recieved previously, I have purchased my Buggy again from Boohoobaby. The buggy i have chosen is a slightly different specification than on the web site and Boohoobaby have stepped up to the plate and are able to provide the buggy i am after. The service we are recieving currently is impeccable. I am recieving e mails updating of the progress and the personal touch that i see in e mails makes it all that much better!!
I would highly recommend Boohoobaby to anyone.

i had to call and place my order due to price difference on website which was more then £10
after i placed my order i was told i would get a phone call to arrange delivery date,i didnt recieve any phone call and i had to call them and 10 minutes later i recieved the same email 272 times to say they were urgently going to find out when my order would arrive.
the next day my order was delivered and luckily we were in
i sent a complaint email off and guess what.....I DIDNT GET A REPLY.
the price i paid for the item was far too much.this company seems to like taking your money and thats it.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE AND WOULD NEVER BUY FROM AGAIN.
I placed an order with boohoobaby for a toy box, a week later i received an email saying the item would not be in stock for a least a month and a half, despite taking the money out of my account.
I request a refund and still await the money in my account, nearly a month on since the original order was placed. I have sent numerous emails, the response being the money should be in my account 7-10 working days later, but I am still waiting.
Boohoobaby have the ability to take my payment the next day, but cannot give me my refund for nearly a month and counting.
I would warn everyone to avoid this company entirely. Having paid a lot of money for a cot, the item arrived damaged and we have been waiting over 2 months for a replacement. Despite continually reneging on their promises to replace the damaged item they are also refusing to issue a refund and have issued no response to our formal complaint. They appear to have no intention of fulfilling their obligations as a retailer who have provided damaged goods and their e-mails from their customer support staff are evasive and unhelpful. A very poor experience indeed.
I paid a lot of money for this item because i thought it would be sturdy as i am starting up as a child minder.
The screws that hold the boxes together are too small for the pre-drilled holes so i had to go out and buy some wood glue and bigger screws. One of the screws that holds the whole thing together was totally bent so had to go and buy a pack of screws that size. Now the whole thing is together the colour of each box, ie pink, scuffs on to the white base as you pull it in and out. Not worth the money, would have been happy had i paid £20 for it, but no more than that.

I placed my order in early October, knowing that the item was out of stock but the website stated that stock was due in a few days later so I was not worried. This date was then changed and I was not informed, I only spotted this on the website. when I called I was told that an email should have been sent out to inform me.
I then called on several occasions to confirm delivery date, was given multiple assurances that someone would call me back (they never did) someone would email me confirmations of delivery (they never did) and that I would get an email confirming that the parcel had despatched and the tracking numbers (never got this - though I did receive a text from the delivery company in the end with the tracking numbers - none of which worked on their website)
when I finally received the item on the 31st October there was a fault with it and so as per their website instructions I sent a photo of the problem along with an email to their customer services team. After a few days of hearing nothing I called and checked that it was being dealt with and was told that it was being looked at by the warehouse. I then received an email asking me for photos, which I had already sent with the original complaint!
After many emails on my part I was promised that the item would be sent to their offices and them depatched to me on an express delivery and I was promised emails and tracking numbers etc.
I called again the following week to be assured that the package had arrived with them and had been despatched - it would be with me on the following monday. Now as this was Wednesday I am not sure exactly whose definition of "express delivery " they were using, but it certainly was not mine. Part finally arrived on the 5th December. Quite a long wait I think.
All in all a really disappointing and difficult shopping experience. All the members of staff I spoke to were lovely and very apologetic, however on very few occasions did any of them keep their word. Calls were not made as promised, confirmations emails or even updates were not received.
I love the Leander Cradle that I bought, and Boohoobaby certainly had the best price, however in hindsight, I would absolutely go elsewhere and pay more, its worth it for better customer service.
Still waiting for order after over a month. boohoobaby will not issue a refund saying that the problem is with the courier, not with them. They have made no attempt to contact the courier or provide me with the courier's details. The problem should be theirs to sort out, not mine. Legal proceedings are about to start. I'm not sure whether they are incompetent, lazy or actually corrupt. You have been warned.

I'm totally unimpressed by the service I have received from boohoo baby and would suggest people think twice about ordering from them. The staff don't call back when they say they are going to, and finding out about delivery details is like pulling teeth, I so far have a 48 hour window! But most frustrating was the way I was handled on a call by the manager, Ben, whom I can only describe as offensive at best. He was extremely rude and unhelpful, reflecting so badly on the company. I concede to being a nesting mother days from giving birth so perhaps not at my best, but I still can't get over how badly he handled the situation. He may as well just said 'we have your money now, the rest of it is your problem' Needless to say I am still waiting for my delivery.
