Amazing, so glad I found Boossh

well, I am a VLCD user, and I saw Boossh and thought it might just have one or two new flavours to try, but I was amazed, everything tastes different to the other companies products, and the range plan is amazing. Lemon Meringue shakes, to Korma, and the most amazing Chicken & Veg Pasta. All VLCD products. Also support until 11pm I love, as I am always on my pc in the evening and I find Team Boossh and the live chat support so good, friendly and efficient. I would really recommend Boossh to anyone looking to lose weight and enjoy using a VLCD product.

Boossh is an amazing product with outstanding support. Wish I found it earlier!

I bought two weeks supply of Boossh mealpaks since it was on offer through Groupon. It was my way of saying goodbye to the fat me before I turned 30. I wasn't sure I could actually do it, but I knew I needed to give it a go! At first, I thought, every mealpak was going to be an awful experience of trying to swallow whats good for you but tastes vile. A big glass of water with every meal just to get it down. I could not have been more wrong! The meals, shakes, soups, everything, well, it's gorgeous!

I would be lying if I said I wasn't a little uncomfortable for the first 3 days, but that's all it was, a few hunger pangs. After this went, everything has been so easy! Infact, I realised I was forgetting to eat. Throughout my life, I have seen so many adverts on TV, in magazines and everywhere else : "If it doesn't hurt, you're not doing it right" To re-assure myself, I did a live chat with the Boossh support people who are there all day until late in the evening. I was reassured I was doing it right by a very friendly lady and continued on my journey with ease.

Before Boossh, I would eat anything I found on the high street for breakfast, lunch and dinner (Burger King, McDonalds, Subway... the list goes on) as I am out in the community for up to 16 hours a day for my job. I was spending any money I had on eating and drinking throughout the day. At least £12 a day, 5 days a week. I was spending hundreds of pounds a month on take-outs. Now I have everything I need through Boossh and I can take it to work in my bag because the paks are small enough to carry around with you and only need a little water. And my bank account still has money in it at the end of the month! Now obviously, I didn't start Boossh to save money but it is a major pro! Plus, every time you buy, you earn loyalty points to be used against your next purchase.

So the first week goes by, I enjoy it so much, I place another order. Incidentally, If you have placed an order and something is not quite to your taste, you can send it back to be exchanged. So, I have stuck to the VLCD religiously but I have no signs that I have lost weight and I face the scales with dread. I could not believe my eyes when I saw I had lost 7lb! Half a stone in a week! What motivation!

The Boossh team and members are always coming up with gorgeous recipes and there are amazing offers advertised on their facebook page every time you place an order. There seems to be a great support forum for those who may need a little help (although I have not visited it myself yet) or sharing their experiences, There are loads of success stories to read, members can keep diaries, so many people have changed their lives through Boossh.

I can't applaud the Boossh team enough, everyone is so kind and polite and I was very fussy and had ALOT of questions to be answered and they were answered immediately. I have been on the diet for 10 days so far and there is no way I'm going back to the rubbish I used to eat. The big thing is to drink 8 glasses of water a day, (I drank only coke every day for 15 years before this!) I have never felt better, my skin looks good, I feel more alert and I have had to learn that the "hunger" I used to feel is normally thirst.

As I said, I'm only 10 days in, but I can see this being the one and only "diet" I can see working for me.. and you.. and everyone! So next April, when I turn 30, I am quite confident in saying, I can look back and say "I did it!.. I should have done it a long time ago... but I did it!" :)

An easy no counting diet that Really works

I had my daughter in Jan 09 on a Sunday morning and by Thursday teatime I was back in my pre pregnancy jeans. Then after 2 miscarriages in 2010 we'd paid to have some hair analysed and found we were lacking in a few crucial vitamins and minerals and we started on a 3 month plan in November 2011. Which must have worked as our son came along in March 12, he was a whopping 10lb 8oz (it was suspected that id had gestational diabetes and not known) and the weight was so much harder to shift this time, he was fast approaching 9 months an my weight was going up not down!
I blamed running round after 2 small children, bad food choices, picking at their leftovers, skipping meals (I never ate breakfast) an eating late after the children were in bed. we moved house and i hold weight when im stressed, we had two weeks with no cooker so ate a lot of rubbish and then Christmas So it was no wonder In January this year I was the biggest id ever been aside from 9 months pregnant!! Something had to change. Then I found Boossh on groupon an thought why not. It was a great offer.
So I bit the bullet an started it. it was easy to follow, boil a kettle or run a tap an the food paks were sooo tasty! Porridge or a shake for breakfast, theres loads of flavours more than enough for a different one every day of the week. Just mix with water and shake well, no excuses for skipping breakfast.
Then I'd have a meal pak for lunch (thai tikka or korma are my favourite!) Pour on boiling water an microwave for 90 seconds. I'd have soups mid afternoon. A healthy meal with ingredients from the allowed lists at teatime and if i had room a boossh pudding or I'd have another pak for supper.
After the initial few days where I missed chocolate and cakes etc I found this unlike any diet id ever tried before. Ordering was easy and i couldn't fault customer services.( A few of my tikka sachets were damaged on arrival but they were replaced without fuss and arrived within 2 days.)
Within 6 weeks id lost 18lbs and I had tons more energy. I managed to maintain this weight even through a holiday and several birthday parties! I encouraged my hubby to try the shakes an have them instead of skipping breakfast when he was rushing to work. He lost 8lb too.
My best friend joked that id get "knocked up" and the weight loss would be wasted

Excellent - my extensive search for an alternative to LighterLife found Boossh and how glad I am.

Since the New Year, I have been researching alternative VLCD's similar to Lighterlife; I was successfully losing weight but felt trapped because without attending the meetings my mealpacks were not going to be available.

I have learnt that for me to be happy and content; I have to be in control of my weight and VLCD's is the perfect solution, I am now healthy and active, but I wanted to be independent as to where I purchased my mealpacks/drinks etc. With the great interest in the 5 : 2 diets, in the future, Boossh products will allow me to enjoy life and maintain my weightloss. Also, after reading the recipes on the website, I am becoming aware that you can sometimes combine healthy meals with the foodpacks without the fear of putting on weight.

The most important thing for me is taste! The Boossh products are delicious and more enjoyable than LighterLife and other manufacturers. I can now relax - the hunt for the right product has been found......BOOSSH!

I hope my review will be helpful to others who, like me, longed to find a solution to weight problems and how to then maintain the weightloss - my answer is Boossh.

You are GUARANTEED to lose weight but Water Intake is also VITAL.

I cannot believe how much BOOSSH has changed my life. I have started to finally see a bodyform that I previously had and lost in a short space of time a stone that took me 24 years to lose since having my firstborn. Life gets hectic at times and you can get off track but if you stick to their 4 meal 1 Snack ...Food Listed Evening Meal Plan you are sure to lose weight.
If Boossh advise you not to eat something or have a reduced intake its not because they want to deprive you, they know its because for you to get the weight loss you really desire you have to modify your dietary intake and gain discipline. A VLCD is not hard but I understand why clearance is also needed from your GP to do it as it can be draining on your body initially you just feel sluggish and then after a while you get all this new energy that you never had before. That's what happened to me anyway. I really do believe that it will be a part of my life long term now until my goal weight is reached. When that happens I hope will be before my 50th Birthday as because of me Boosshing I have found a new career path also and FINALLY got the confidence to pursue it. Boossh no matter what happens with my weight...and I will reach my Goal Weight...IT has changed my life for the better and I'll be forever grateful for that.

Brilliant service, tasty products and a system that really works

The weight has just fallen off me since I started Boosshing, the plan is easy to follow and there is plenty of support.
The online tools are great, different plans for different people.
The shakes taste great and mix well, the meal packs are really nice too and so filling. I'm a bit obsessed with the maple porridge, its delicious.
In the grand scheme of things its not that exoensiv either, there are plenty of special offers to help out.
Love it.

amazing flavours, amazing weightloss results, could not be happier!!

I had put on a noticeable amount of weight in a short period of time, all of my family were commenting and it was quite hurtful. I saw my friends before her VLCD pics and after and she looked amazing - i knew what i had to do!!
I originally tried another brand but the flavours were nowhere near as nice as booshh. After the first 4 days the hunger goes and i look forward to the yummy mealpaks. You can experiment to like hot water with the chocolate shake to make hot chocolate......YUM!!! i highly recommend

A bit unorganised but brilliant products and customer service

When I first saw boossh online I was unsure about the taste and quality of the products. I've previously done the w8 diet and was impressed with their shake flavours, but boossh products are AMAZING. The meals especially. Every one delicious and actually tastes like what it should. Korma and chicken pasta are my favourites. The desserts are amazingly delicious too. My mum who was on the cambridge diet stopped that diet and started boossh because of that!

Bad points... The shakes taste good but have some bigger salty bits that I find in my mouth a while after. So this puts me off. I had some issues with the switch items I sent back not being sent back to me, this was eventually sorted out but took over two weeks.

Good points.... Delicious variety of food that I can't find anywhere else. Great deals, you get credits when you order which give you money off the next. Quick delivery. Good customer service, every problem I get they seem to quickly sort out (other than the one mentioned above)

And I've lost a stone and a half in 4 weeks :)

If you make a thin shake you can find some minerals have not dissolved, in a thicker shake (so less water) you will not notice this. Boosshing has changed my life.I have done VLCD before but for me Boossh is the best for product choice, price and support. I have had consistently amazing results and I am enjoying dropping pounds and dress sizes. The site is easy to use and the team are quick and helpful. Delicious and effective!

My first taste of boossh was a porridge which I really didn't like. Then I tried a soup and that was better but still not for me. Since then, I have tried loads of different meals, shakes and desserts and they have all been absolutely delicious! The boossh team are really friendly, supportive and efficient and it really does work. I have used boossh both as part of a structured weight loss plan and a more informal way of cutting calories from random meals and it is amazing.

The tasty way to loose weight

The products & wonderful and very tasty. If you add the zero noodles to a meal pack it bulks it out to make you feel full.

Without a doubt the best VLCD out there

Ive been Boosshing for a while now and have successfully lost nearly 4 stone with a few week breaks here and there. I have tried everyother vlcd out there but have always given up due to either price or boredam! Boossh shakes and bars are far superior to the rest of the companies, full of flavour and easy to stick to with the choice of meals and extas. The price is bery competitive and with the added bonus of loyalty points, it makes Boossh my first choice!

Great customer service and great results!

I originally tried Boossh after a deal on a "special offer" website - having tried several other methods to lose weight, and other VLCDs... I've had several orders, and no problems with deliveries or despatch. The product itself works, the packs tasty, the diet plans are flexible and varied, and the support by email, and Facebook sets Boossh head and shoulders above similar plans I have tried. Team Boossh are fabulous for their support - quick to reply, and speak to you like a person rather than just a "customer"..

Had I not tried it myself, I wouldn't have believed how easy it was to lose a stone in 3 weeks, not feeling cheated or like I was missing out on life. The option to add a protein based meal makes all the difference, and there's even a tonne of recipe ideas on site which fit in with the plan!

I would highly recommend Boossh to anyone wishing to lose weight, and look forward to weigh-in now, rather than dreading the scales.!

At last a simple to follow no counting diet THAT WORKS

Been on Boossh nearly 6 months and lost nearly 6 stone !!! and have never felt better or had more energy.
Boossh shakes come in such a wide range of flavours, you never get bored with them and they taste fab. Boossh also have ready meals and bars in the range if you wish to have more variety.
You are not dieting alone, there is always someone at the end of the phone or you get a quick reply by email, and of course there is lots going on on the Facebook page.
