I heard about Boossh through Groupon and made an order. The offer was so popular that Groupon withdrew it as Boossh couldn't meet the 7 day postage that was included as part of the deal. My initial disappointment was soon gone when Boossh dealt with this issue quickly and offered a discount to help me get started without the Groupon offer. I also received a call from Boossh when fulfilling my order to apologise that a couple of items were out of stock and offering alternatives. I received my order more quickly than expected and was very impressed by this and the personal service I received. I can't wait to get started. I've worked in a complaints department of a large company for many years and am passionate about great customer service. I can't fault Boossh for the way they have dealt with an issue not of their making and recognise their excellent customer service. Would highly recommend!
