Lots of choice, quick delivery

Very pleased with boots.com , their Saturday delivery service is especially useful. Products always well packaged, lots of choice and normally some good offers on. Kept up to date with order progress and delivery along the way, and collect points with every order. Couldn't ask for more very happy!

Love it

I often order my product and get deliver to my local boots, it's easy straight foward and very usefull when you have a small boots with a limit products stocked

Speedy international delivery!

I used international.boots.com to have baby items shipped to Denmark. I received my order less than a week later, and everything was fine with the order. International shipping is a bit expensive (10£) but if you order enough, it's still much cheaper than buying in Denmark. :-)

I'm not happy with Cwmbran Boots Store.

I Am so upset with Boots at the moment I went into the Cwmbran store on the 8th.March to buy a lipstick. The make and number I had written down in my diary. When I went to the till to pay there was a queue of people behind me. The girl on the till said to me " did I see you put something in your bag". I said " Yes I did my diary" and showed her my diary and what was written in it i.e. The make and number of the Lipstick I had in my hand to pay for. I felt dreadful accusing me in front other customers inferring I had done something wrong. I understand she was doing her job but the way she said it in front of everyone was wrong. Because of that I will never come into the Cwmbran store again, at least she could have apologized after showing her the diary. I have shopped in Boots for many years. Carol Pugh

Hurtigt og effektivt

Har købt pampers bléer i store størrelser man ikke kan købe i butikker her i Danmark.
De havde et tilbud med "køb 3 varer og den billigste var gratis", så jeg købte 3 stk af tre forskellige størrelser/typer, og for mig var det en win win situation med hele 3 gratis pakker i denne bestilling.
Efter dagskursen kostede de fleste pakker omkring 90 kr, så det var næsten samme pris som på tilbud herhjemme - bortset fra, at jeg fik de 3 gratis pakker oveni!!!
Desuden har jeg optjent point, som jeg kan handle for næste gang.
Så var der god råd til portoen, der beløb sig til ca. 90 kr.

Bestilte varerne d. 4/3 og fik beskeden at de ville blive leveret d. 11/3 mellem kl. 9 og 17, og det var jeg ok tilfreds med.

Men i går d. 7/3 væltede det ind med bléer herhjemme :-)

Posten kom med to pakker og en UPS fragtmand kom med én pakke.

Jeg har lige sendt en mindre pakke med Post Danmark til Odense, der kostede 60 kr, så det er lidt overvældende, at 90 kr i porto helt fra England kan dække tre store kasser med to forskellige forsendelser!!

Kan se, at de har fået meget dårlige anmeldelser herinde, så jeg var lidt nervøs for at bestille, men vovede pelsen fordi jeg gerne ville have disse bléer (og en tør dreng om natten), og det har jeg ikke fortrudt. I forhold til at bestille over nettet har jeg ikke oplevet problemer af nogen art.

Det er ikke sidste gang jeg bestiller bléer hos boots.com.

A pharmacy that willl make you feel that little bit better when your at your worse

1Chloe was understanding and empathic. The rest of the staff are friendly and confident in there roles.

Customer receive unfair service from store manager , feel Discrimination

the manager who is working at Woodgreen Boots Is not friendly and unfair to the customer who can not speak English.
She warned that the customer can not continue shopping at boot and do not come back to the store,if not she will call the police ,what is the point????? Customer just want spend money,but they do not have free right to shopping ?
Make the customer feel very disappointed and unfair
Other customer doing a bulky buy but she did not told them to stop shopping at Boots,
It's looks like Received bribes?????
I hope someone can solve this problem

They sent the wrong color boots ...
After they finally admitted it they have spent over two months going back and forth saying they just "don't know how to fix the problem."
They used the Chinese New Year as an excuse. (Sad but true.)
They used their shipping company as an excuse.
They tried to make ME pay to fix the problem.
Not kidding.
Wish I were.

Boots Exeter - Exe Bridges shop a farce

Having finished my antibiotic, non-prescription eye drops, I took the empty box into Boots and found a sign on the shelf that the drops needed to be obtained from the behind the pharmacy counter. I lined up, showed my empty box to the cashier woman, who frowned and said "I need to speak with the pharmacist first". When I inquired why that was necessary, she started interrogating me about "what I was going to use them for" . (We are talking about a tiny bottle here). I said, I am prone to eye infections, and since I travel a lot, my GP advised me to keep these drops in my kit.
She wandered off and came back, saying the pharmacist was refusing to sell me the product. She advised me to "visit my GP or the A&E to get a prescription". Even though I am normally the polite wife of a consultant surgeon, I told this prat of a woman to just sod off. Boots are wasting NHS time by having such a STUPID policy. What can you do with eye drops? Mainline them?

DISBELIEF

I wrote the last post, and wow, as soon as i finished i went to college and my skin hurt ( i have eczema) so i had to go into boots again to find a moisturiser. When I got there I was sidetracked by the 3 for 2 offer on cosmetics and skincare. I spent about 10 mins around the shop looking for 3 things, and found a product that I wanted to research more before buying. Therefore I left without buying anything. However, as I put my hand on the door to leave the SAME sales assistant cut in front of me and said loudly "can I help you there??" whilst looking very obviously at my bag and then back at me, I angrily replied with "no, im leaving " and left hastily. I am definitely making a complaint.

Boots customer service for online purchases is awful!

I bought an item online and it hasn't turned up. I've tried speaking to their customer services department and they don't take responsibility for it, blaming Royal Mail! Absolutely disgusting customer service! I will never order from them again!

I am very very disappointed with my experience in your store in the bletchley Brunel centre in Milton Keynes , I had put a prescription into the pharmacy and was served by a lovely happy young lady in there think her name was Kayleigh, I then proceeded to ask for some advice on some medication I was taking and was referred to the pharmacist for some more advice . I stood there waiting for at least five minutes before the pharmacist even lifted her head to acknowledge I was there , I understand as a pharmacist you must be busy but no apology was given or even a friendly smile . I continued with my enquiry only to be looked at blankly , she looked confused as if I had said something offensive and was shocked she I received the following answer " hmmmmm I'm not sure really how you expect me to help you I don't understand what your asking me " so I tried explaining again , this time I think she got it .. She continued to explain away the reason I can not take the medication I had wished to take as it interacted with my long term medication I'm already receiving from my gp , which was fair enough but when I went to ask another question she rudely interrupted me and commented on how I was not listening to her and that if I only listened I would understand . Never in my life has some one spoken to me with such little respect and made me feel as stupid as she did that day . I will not be going back to that store and will use another , I suggest this is pasted on to the member of staff concerned as I also witnessed her rudeness to another customer in the same visit , it's not professional and it's sure not nice when your feeling less than well in yourself to be made to feel ur worthless and silly . The pharmacist is a young Chinese lady I think her name was Rachel . I hope you read this and take appropriate action , thanks and kind regards

You can't cancel an online order on Boots.com??

Very disappointed to find an order, which was placed in duplicate this morning due to the Boots website appearing to crash, is unable to be cancelled! A livechat operative on Boots.com kindly informed me that my order couldn't be cancelled because it had already been processed. Very disappointed a large company like Boots doesn't have simple functionality on their site, I thought they had to allow cancellations under the DSR's..

I thought service like this was old fashioned in this modern world.

I can`t really comment on internet shopping with Boots because I have never done any. All I can write about is my dealings via emails and telephone. I had a problem with an item I purchased a couple of months ago and emailed Boots website.
I was just about to complain about no response after 4 days, when something thudded through my letterbox. It was a rather large envelope from Boots containing a nice letter of apology, a padded envelope in which to return the item and a credit card to enable me to purchase another one. The value of the credit card was less than the purchase price, but as a result of a telephone call to them, the remaining balance was forwarded. There was no argument by their representative, just a heartfelt apology and a promise to recify the problem.
I wish other large companies had the same customer service ethic, but it seems unfashionable these days. Very few companies seem to want customer satisfaction, preferring just their money.

Boots online...give it a miss...if you want any form of service

I purchased a Samsung large american style fridge / freezer, Cira £1,000+.
The item was delivered scratched, I informed the delivery guys who where most helpful. They took a photograph of the damage and said I would get a phone call to resolve.
No phone call after two weeks.
I phoned Boots customer service who kept sending me emails asking me to ring them, there obviously are no outbound telephone lines in Boots customer service.
I emailed them asking them to email me, they sent me an email asking me to ring them.
I gave up and rung them, after all they have me over a barrel. I then got passed to their supplier who promised me I would receive a replacement part. Three week later I am still waiting for the part.
Today I called the supplier, "Boots have succeeded in getting me not to disturb them"...great customer service from a fine customer service department.
The supplier promised me a call today.......guess what...no call.
I will sue boots for damages in the small claims court.
If you want any level of customer service, I would not recommend Boots.

Trust pilot ask if I want Boots to be notified...well Boots I am going to drive as much negative on-line publicity I can...why not call me 07748358009 if you can find the outbound telephone!
