Reliable

Really reliable, delivered on time and items good, one was marked but i received money off because of the marks, only down side was i purchased 3 items over a thousand pounds but they would not give a discount or price match.

Ordered a Bosch washer-dryer on behalf of our 96 year old neighbour about 3 o'clock in the afternoon. It was installed and working by 8.30 the following morning. (We live in rural Scotland too, so not very central)

Good customer services, warehouse not so much

I bought a kitchen hood from Boots, they were the cheapest on the market for this particular product, the turnaround was fast, they delivery good and generally what I'd expect... except, the item turned up opened with parts missing. I'm guessing it was a return, so I contacted customer services who were faultless, apologised profusely, organised a new date for pick up of the old item and delivery of a replacement, frankly they were perfect and behaved exactly as they should have, if it hadn't been for the warehouse then I would have given 5 stars.

Best price and excellent service

Budget fridge/freezer bought on price. Excellent service with on-line ordering and delivery. Be warned however - soon after ordering you may get a call from a call centre trying to sell an extended warranty! I guess they have to make their money some way! Call Centre were enthusiastic but not too pushy. Just say 'not interested'!

Paid for next day delivery which didn't happen

Ordered this and paid for next day delivery but 3 days later it was delivered
