Decent service.
Everything went pretty smooth although some of the items were not available as quickly as advertised. I was advised of that early on in the process.

My husband and I use Born a lot. The staff are always very friendly and full of good advice. They have a great knowledge of products and only too happy to help in any way they can. Highly recommended.

Excellent customer service!
Ordered a bugaboo brake cable, which unfortunately ended up being faulty. Customer service to the rescue! The lovely lady in the bristol branch not only got in touch with bugaboo to send us a free replacement, but was friendly as can be.
It was my first time using born direct, and the first impressions are excellent. I'd advise anyone to use this company if they are looking for good products, competitive prices and outstanding customer service.

Forthcoming and pleasant service
It wasn't busy at all when I came in and I was offered help straight away. The sales associate was helpful and went to check if she had any back stock of what I was looking for. She then arranged for it to be ordered ( as hey didnt have it in store) and sent to my home address.
The delivery took a while, accompanied with some confusing emails (seemingly automAted), but we got our nappies yesterday and can't wait to start using them on my lil' one.

Excellent speedy service.
The raincover and replacement wheel were exactly what I ordered. In spite of a notice explaining that it would be dispatched within 1 to 3 days, it was dispatched the day after the order and delivered on day 2.
The whole buying process was highly professional but gave the impression of a very friendly family oriented company that valued their customers.

Fantastic service!!
I ordered two nappies and some accessories the process was really easy - almost too easy, i may have to buy more!!
I was a little disappointed to learn that there was a slight delay on my order due to stock levels and that is the only reason i have rated 4 stars, it was estimated a 4-6 week delivery but my order did arrive well within that time infact it was more like 2 weeks.

Fast and personal service
Bought a lovely 'special occasion' dress for my daughter. Was a good price in the sale, although postage is quite pricey. Arrived 2 days later with a handwritten note of best wishes. Perfect!

I have been in the shop a few times on Gloucester road and always found what I needed and found the shop to be really nice. Then one day I came in with a tough request, I needed help finding a piece that had gone missing off my Ergo. I thought maybe they could do some research to help me find the piece, as every time I tried contacting Ergo I got no where. Well it turns out they had in stock, the very piece I needed. They were so helpful and really made my day as I could now use my Ergo again for our upcoming holiday. Thank you so much again Born!

Great products and matching service
We ordered a plane mobile which my son absolutely loves along with swim trunks. There was good communication Born about our order, it arrived in a timely manner and the products are very high quality. We will definitely be shopping with them again.

How shopping should be!
A good but manageable range of products, consisting of the expert selections from the market of the best goods. Excellent low-pressure friendly free advice from genuinely interested shop staff makes the process of kitting out with baby things easy and enjoyable. I can't see why you'd go anywhere else.

Amazing products! Excellent service! What's not to love?
You need to check out this website...you will want to buy everything! I love it! Check out the lovely Padraig slippers, I just bought my little one his second pair. They are a must have!

Excellent customer care and quality of service!
Good value products - amongst the cheapest and most comprehensive amount of stock I came across. The videos were very useful in choosing what products to try too. I ordered during Easter and stick received the order in excellent time. Born even called me up to inform me they were out of stock on the liners that formed part of the trial pack and would I mind having a different type sent (more expensive too, but they honored the price anyway!). I really cannot fault Born, and will definitely use them again!

Lack of communication
Had to chase where my delivery was, as it had been three weeks!

I am sorry that you were unhappy with the time taken to send your item.
If I am looking at the correct order, I can see that it was a special order item which had to be ordered in and which had a dispatch estimate of three weeks on the website and on your order confirmation note.
I can also see that our customer service department responded to your enquiry and put a note on your order to prioritise it as soon as the part came in and we did actually dispatch within the three week period.
I am very sorry that you were put to the trouble of enquiring after your order as you didn’t appreciate that there was a three week dispatch time. To try and avoid this a happening again I will ask our web team to see if there is a way of making the dispatch times more prominent on the website and on the letter of confirmation. We do tailor each orders despatch time accordingly to give customer the best indicator of when to expect their delivery as we do have many requests for special order items such as yours.
I hope that, apart from this misunderstanding, your order went smoothly and you would consider ordering with us again.

The Bristol shop is just fabulous!
I can't recommend the Bristol Born shop highly enough. Siobhan, Lorraine and Jemma are so helpful and always on hand with advice. They have been brilliant throughout my pregnancy and now that my little boy is growing, always there with tips and a chat. Their range of organic non-plastic nappies is great and competitive, and there is always new clothes stock coming in to suit all styles. Whether it is a gift for a friend or something for your own children, the shop has something for every budget. I feel so lucky to have them on my local high street, and is so much more fun than clicking a button and waiting in for a delivery. Thank you team, for always making me and my little boy smile! x

Wonderful personal service in a world of internet overload.
We went to the Stoke Newington shop and found Georgina and her team were just fantastic. Georgina in particular has a breadth of knowledge and practical knowhow which made all our decisions far easier. Really appreciated all the hard work and research being done by someone else! Their expertise is obvious and the shop seems to be stocked with just the right amount of product range to choose from. It's somewhere we know we're going to go back to!

Smooth service what more could you ask for!
I have looked at the website before and always been drawn to it and now with baby on the way I couldn't resist! Born are having a promotion on the fabulous stokke newborn sets so I grabbed my chance! The website is so easy to use and the item arrived just as promised. Not only did it arrive safe and sound but there was a handwritten note of thanks in the delivery note! Which companies do that these days?.. Currently looking at the next purchase I can make :)
