Have ordered a Shower System through Boundary Bathrooms. While the website committed the delivery in 5 days, they conveniently pushed the delivery date to 10 days later. When I followed up, they agreed to deliver it within next two days. Later on the date was again pushed by a week without anybody bothering to even inform me about that. 3 days wasted waiting for delivery and whole bathroom refurbishment work schedule upset because I thought of using this company. Sales team picks up when you call and says they don't have any view of your order, makes a note for customer service to call which never calls back. They do not give a damn about you or your projects. HIGHLY Disappointed.... NEVER AGAIN !!
I decided to order from boundary bathrooms as they had the product I wanted at the lowest price by far. My order arrived quick, the tracking and email updates where great. Couldn't be more happy, will do business again. *****
Ordered a corner bath from the web site picture showing the exact bath I required, 3 weeks later a bath arrived the wrong hand, so sent back. A further 9 days the same bath arrives back, wrong again. Customer care does not exist, if it gos wrong beware.
Takes several days to answer e mails, no one gives a care over your order. The goods may be good, but the company is the worst company I have ever had dealings with. Finally after a month of e mails I have been told to re -order....NEVER
I have just finished building a brand new house with hundreds of deliveries and orders placed around the world....this company is the worst.

To cut a long, complicated story short, I have had a nightmare with Boundary Bathrooms. They don't return calls, you get random emails from people that make no sense and they don't really appear to know what they're doing. My experience was that bad that I felt compelled to email the MD as he actually invites you to if you encounter problems and he hasn't bothered to contact me. His statement of "we provide the best customer service in the business and you can rest assured that, if you experience any problems, I will sort them out to your total satisfaction" is a complete joke. They're happy to take your money but not quite so happy to give it back. I am now in my 3rd week of waiting for a refund for part of an order that was cancelled after waiting a week an a half and an awful lot of messing about for it to be collected. The products are cheap but if I was paid for my time, wasted trying to get anywhere with this awful company then it would be the most expensive bathroom I have ever bought!!
The showroom at Warrington has fabulous displays and the staff I dealt with we're excellent. One of the products we ordered was faulty but the customer service team were excellent in resolving the problem. I would recommend these guys without hesitation.
I ordered a bath and was told it would be delivered within 6 days. When it didn't arrive in this time I rang the company and was told it was in fact 7-10 days. The person on the phone was less than apologetic which was annoying. When the bath was finally delivered it was damaged and so had to be sent back. I rang the company to explain what had happened and was told that a representative would call me back. Instead of a phone call I received an email asking whether I would like a new bath redelivered. I explained that I would like a new bath, but would first need to know how long it would take. When someone finally got back to me they said that they couldn't give me a timescale as the product was no longer in stock and could take at least a month to delived.
All in all the customer service was appauling and the people were not very helpful. I have now cancelled my order and gone elsewhere!
I love my new vanity units so shiny and classy looking. Cannot believe I suffered the old basin and toilet and all those pipes for so long. They are good quality yet at a good price delivered quickly and so well packed. Easy to fit and look just beautiful. I am so sure you will not be disappointed with these in your bathroom
Boundary Bathrooms was a excellent shopping experience, the website was easy to use and the product arrived quickly. I had the opportunity to speak to customer service just to check the delivery day and the response was friendly, polite and helpful. The product is now in place in my bathroom and looks fantastic. Good value. Good service. Good product. Cheaper than other companies sell it for. My bath panel was delivered with a tiny dent on the edge priberbly caused in delivery process but mot bad enough to return it. Yes I definitely would buy off boundry bathrooms again.
liaised with Jennie on every purchase we've made so far with boundary bathrooms for our new bathroom. We did a LOT of research and whilst they did not have everything we needed, they were willing to do price matching and in some cases beating the prices of some online retailers. We bought a bauhaus celeste basin, hudson reed open spout bath/shower mixer as well as a few other items. I found them efficient, good service and efficient delivery. They were the only ones who had the bath tap in stock in their warehouse as well when everyone else was waiting for the manufacturer to stock up for several weeks. Boundary were able to deliver it to me just in the time that I needed it as the other supplier let me down. I would use them time and time again.

Placed order nearly 3 weeks ago, still waiting for item to be delivered! Item was displayed as in stock, when I tracked item 3 days after ordering one of my items showed as out of stock. I got no update from Boundary Bathrooms but there was a date when they expected to receive new stock on the order tracking page so I thought I would wait. New stock date came and went, not update about my order, days passed and order still not shipped. I emailed their customer services 4 days ago, they replied next day stating ".....have emailed our transport department to call you to arrange delivery as a matter of urgency." Well 3 days have passed and no phone call, if calling 3+ days later is their idea of an urgent response I would hate to think of their standard response. Worst online company I have had the misfortune to use, quick to take my money but glacially slow to deliver - totally incompetent, misleading stock status, no updates regarding delays and no apologies.
I did order some bathroom elements to boundary bathrooms after reading previous great reviews of their services.
My items were showing in stock, but as soon as I paid, I got a confirmation message about the order but no delivery date or information whatsoever. I contacted customer care a few days later and got told that one items was missing and that transport would get in touch with me about the delivery. They didn't and after a week I tried to contact customer service again by mails plus voicemails (as nobody was picking up the phone). Finally I managed to get part of my order delivered 9 days after my initial order..... WIthout an explanation, nor a sorry about the late delivery.
If you need your items within 7 working days don't buy from boundary bathrooms....
To add to it, I just received the invoice today by mail....10 days after placing my order online! There is a flaw in their ordering process for sure.
Was looking for a triton shower and couldnt get it cheaper anywhere else its a brillant shower for a great price also was delivered within 2 days...very pleased I have recommended to friends
Brilliant service. I initially ordered a basin and pedestal with another internet company who promised the world and literally didn't deliver. With a plumber booked for the next day for a first fix and a tiler waiting I ended up in a panic. I contacted Boundary Bathrooms where Jennie rang several different suppliers in an attempt to find the suite I was after. She did the business and advised me on my options to ensure fast delivery. Sure enough, I received my basin and pedestal first thing the following morning.A thoroughly professional, knowledgeable and helpful staff in what is obviously a business that cares for it's customers.Many thanks.

all products arrived safely, but i had to return a sink (it didnt have an overflow - my fault for not checking) - was told it would be collected by the same delivery van that would bring the replacement sink - that didnt happen, although it did get picked up a week later. So all fine in the end, but it really was a headache to try to get the correct info from the company, as my delivery address was different from billing address. Some of the staff were great on the phone, but one woman gave the impression she just couldn't be bothered. All ok in the end, but just not fantastic communication from the company.
We have just completed the installation of the excellent Grohe shower mixer , the quality of the Grohe product is well worth stretching your budget.
Delivery was very prompt and trouble free. Thanks to all concerned, I would reccomend your company to anyone.
My order was handled by a very helpful member of the team over the phone. The price was excellent, as verified by the plumber who was guiding me, and I was very pleased with the safe delivery of my order, and the taps themselves - good quality at a good price.
I will use Boundary Bathrooms again.
