Professional and super quick delivery
The item was dispatched an hour or so after I ordered it. It was received very quickly after that. I was kept up to date with tracking etc by texts.
This kind of service is how I remember Amazon.co.uk when I first started using it. i.e. good prices and quick delivery.
Box.co.uk had the best price for my item by far and I would highly recommend them.

First time I've ordered from box, using the reviews here to sway my decision. It was trust well placed, amazing service, some great prices and deals to begin with, AND free delivery on all orders... which isn't just royal mail, but DPD, which is a brilliant delivery service which has never let me down. It was next day delivery, processed on Monday, delivered noon Tuesday. Which for free delivery is very impressive, no corners cut here.
Really impressed with box.co.uk, they know how to do business and they are on my shortlist of websites to turn to for my technical needs in the future.
All I can say is, well done Box.co.uk, this is the sort of company you want to be dealing with when buying products, I wish other companies could live up to this standard of service.

Great Customer Service
Used them a couple of times and can't fault them. Great prices combined with great service. Was a problem with an order where PayPal told them to deliver to an old address. Called up and they recalled it immediately. Didn't even need to ask me any details, they just knew about the order already (I assume based on my Mobile No/Called ID). Why can't all companies be like this? Sick and tired of getting passed around departments and being asked to repeat myself.

Great product, great price, superfast delivery
Very pleased with the cooling fan I purchased. I ordered it one afternoon and choose the free (withing five working days) delivery option, but it arrived the next morning! Very impressed, would definitely use this company again.

Delivery designed around the customer
Within 24 hours I was offered a delivery date, and the day before it was due I was not only given a 2 hour time slot, but also the driver's name. "Dave" delivered the printer in the exact centre of this time slot. Very well organised. Regarding the item I ordered, I couldn't find it cheaper anywhere else. I would recommend Box anytime.

Fast free delivery
I found a great price for a PC graphics card but had never ordered from box.co.uk before. I checked out the TrustPilot site, saw that the reviews were generally good and ordered. The service from box was excellent, ordered on the Monday, order arrived on Tuesday the next day and that was with free delivery. Very pleased with the service, I would certainly order again from them.
One thing I was surprised about was that box.co.uk add on the credit card surcharge of 2.5% if you pay that way. You can however pay by debit card and avoid it. This did not deter me as I was happy with the price, even with the additional credit card surcharge.
No idea what their service is like if there is a problem.

Fantastic!
Really great company! Bought the item and it was shipped the next day and I received a text telling me this, it was then delivered the day after and I got a text telling me what time it would be delivered that morning!

First time buyer from box, service was good, item was ordered and sent out the same day. A few issues with my order which were my fault were dealt with within hours of my order by helpful friendly staff.Fast, efficient and cheap, need I say more?

Excellent service
I was struggling on what mouse to buy. Phoned them up and they gave me loads of advise without trying to sell me things outside my budget. Even when they did no know for sure they asked me if they could call me back. 10 mins later rang me back with good info. product ordered and was 3 to 5 working day delivery but was here 2 days later even though order not placed till late thurs. would recommend hem to everyone

What a nightmare
I only wish I had seen reviews on this site first.
The order was never dispatched as it was not in stock. I wasn't informed of this I only found out when I replied to their email askng for feedback. This was 2 days after my order should have arrived in the first place.
They were quick to get back to me but only to say that they ddn't know when it would be in stock so they weren't going to give me a delivery date.
Pathetic service. Should have told me straight away it wasn't in stock. Didn't care that they didnt deliver. This company is a waste of time, I tell you the same I will tell my friends, "DO NOT BOTHER!"

Excellent Machine, excellent Company
Ordered Lenovo B570 on-line. Order acknowledged and provisional 3 day (over a week end) date and time of delivery issued. Tracking facility with carrier worked well and an excellent machine was delivered well packed within minutes of scheduled time on the right day. Can't fault it, either the company or the machine, both bang on spec.

Missed the delivery by a few minutes, however, the note left in our mail box was self-explanatory.
Followed instructions and next day delivery was seamless.
The first time I have used this service, would definitely recommend them in future.

nice fast delivery
i orderd my saitek cyborg v.7 gaming keyboard from this site and i gotta say, i was well suprised with the speed, i orderd it on the saturday, delivery said 5-7 working days, was in work on the monday, father phones me telling my delivery had arrived ( shock face ) got home to find it was my board, i was well happy as it was my first time ordering from them and it wont be the last!

They sent me a damaged / graded product - not a new one!
Well, I have ordered before so I had no problems with placing another order, as the service previously was good.
On this occasion though I was shocked, I waited in for the delivery, as I needed the item ASAP, once it arrived I could see on the outside of the box extra carboard stuck onto the outside of the box around 30% of the top of the box - the rest was the standard product box, and on the end of the box a label saying DAMAGED / GRADED STOCK.
Not at all pleased to pay full retail price for a damaged item, this would also have directly affected any warranty given, as the item was not new.
I have just returned the item, hopefully my refund will not be long in coming. Very dissapointed, it wasn't like this last time......will be wary in the future of checking deliveries, if I do order again from here.

Absolutely dreadful
Steer well clear of these people. Their delivery service is hopeless – telling me twice that there was no one at home when I had waited in for them. Then, when something goes wrong with equipment they have sold, they deny all responsibility, refuse to honour their obligations under the Sale of Goods Act and refer you instead to a premium rate phone number. Emails go unanswered, staff refuse to give their full names and Customer Services won't accept calls. The worst possible online shopping experience. Avoid at all costs.

ORDER RECEIVED NEXT DAY,BUT REFUND NOT SO QUICK
I ordered a pc which was delivered next day,
Great comms even a text message giving a time it would be delivered.
After 3 days the pc developed a fault (no fault of box.co.uk), Collection was arranged for the next working day. This is when comms slowed down and it would take upto 7 days for a reply, as the pc was out of stock i opted for a refund which took 20 days after chasing up.
May be i am one of the few dissapointed customers on this occasion.
I am happy with their phone system they know who the customer is by caller id.
Will consider purchasing again in the future.

Perfect Transaction
I ordered two Samsung Story external hard drives on Sunday 11th March and they arrived on Tuesday 13th (the order would not have been processed until Monday) so the delivery time was every bit as good as they said it would be. The goods arrived in perfect condition and the communications were excellent. I would not hesitate to place future orders with this company. Thank you!

Room for improvement...
I ordered a case from Box which arrived promptly, but sadly wasn't as described (it didn't support the motherboard I had) so needed to be returned.
I emailed their sales email address 3 times trying to get an RMA number but didn't receive a reply from them. Ended up calling and spoke to a very friendly and helpful "Nicola" who issued me with an RMA.
Returned the goods (to be fair, Box arranged the courier as it was their mistake on the online listing for this case) and was told by Nicola that I'd get a call in order to swap the case for a similar item.
No call came, and having emailed their sales email address a 4th time and again not received a reply I called to find out what was going on. Apparently the cost of the case is being refunded to me - but has yet to appear.
Seems like a very disjointed company - if everyone was as helpful as Nicola and did what they said they were going to do, I'm sure Box would be a better company for it. Oh, and hire a new copywriter!!
