Product delivered ontime but was faulty - RMA process is terrible - Still waiting for it to be resolved
Order a £700 laptop mid December 2012. Didn't notice at the time of delivery that the VGA out port was faulty. Eventually noticed itl mid Jan (2 days past the 30 day DOA period where it would have been replaced for free.) Order an RMA online and asked for a direct replacement. Over a 5 day period I was only contacted once by the RMA team asking for info. Any other time I send emails they were not responded to I called the RMA hotline repeatedly but no one answered. Called the sales line but they couldn't help me and only passed me through to the RMA line again.
