Ordered a headset which on the site was showing in stock, expected shipping day came and went with no notification. Looked at web-site and saw item was out of stock - easy to guess what had happened - they never had any. Two days after expected delivery date and finally get an e-mail asking me to call them. So I called and was told that there was none left and they weren't expecting any so will issue a refund. I feel they could've been more on the ball and identified this much sooner saving me a week without a much needed headset which I've sourced elsewhere.
