Fast delivery, cheap price and good product = happy customer!

I ordered a Gemini Joy Tablet via Groupon for my 9 year old son for Christmas. I was worried it might not arrive in time and not do all that he wanted it to do. However - I was pleased to find it arrived in a few days (even in the Christmas rush) and was a good quality product. My son is delighted with it and I would definately shop with them again.

I bought a Transcend 64GB USB Pen Drive JetFlash 350. Item was as described (true 64GB - not fake). Lowest price anywhere on the web. Fast delivery & well packaged. Excellent deal, couldn't ask for more. I would happily use box.co.uk again.

Cheap but NOT nasty!

There is always a certain amount of trepidation when buying something for a lower price than other places but I am happy to say my purchase showed no sign of being in any way cut price. Brand product at a lower price and that's what its all about!

To top it all off, it arrived early!

Too good to be true? Not in this case!

I bought a Saitek PC Joystick via Play.com and was slightly nervous when I saw 'Box' details appear as I had never heard of them before. However I needn't have worried the item arrived in quick time, well packaged and at a price I was over the moon with!

It's only my first transaction with them but if this is the level of service they provide then I hope (and am sure!) they will be very successful.

Sent back faulty product, that I tested on three computers, they claimed there was no fault and made me pay to send the same faulty product back!
Still broken and no help to get fixed!

arrived really quick

Dont use if you use iPhone or iPad devices

Spend 10 minutes ordering using my iPhone, setting up the account (totally unneccesary) and putting in credit card details, input password from the verified by visa screen, everything was good, until I get an email saying 'issue with your order' and telling me to phone them, got through to someone who looked at it and told tme that I had to use a PC to do this (I only use my iPhone to avoid viruses stealing my credit/debit card details... again...) ooh, and while were there... they surcharge credit and paypal payments between 1.3 and 1.7%

There is NOTHING on the website to say dont order on IOS devices

Will use someone who lives in the 21st century to order my network switch. Lord alone knows how they are still in business now!!!

I ordered with a Groupon discount and had my purchase delivered by Royal Mail to family on the UK mainland and I'll pick up at a later date. As Royal Mail delivery is the same across the UK, trebling the postage charge to deliver to the Western Isles of Scotland (this also applies to the Highlands and other islands) is not justifiable. I wouldn't place further orders for this reason.

Found this company online whilst looking for a laptop, purchased a fujitsu laptop, great spec for the price. Delivery was earlier than expected and i am very happy with the product, it was purchased as a birthday present and it did not fail to please : ) ..... so happy days all round, i would recommend and have recommended to a friend who is now looking at the same purchase.

Okay, but not the fastest, DOA items take an age to get resolved.

Bought two Akasa 3.5" enclosures, took 6 days to arrive, plus one was DOA.. slow responses, every stage seams to take a day longer than it should, plus they want a week to check it our once received - still waiting.

Folks are pleasant enough when you get to speak to them though

Saw a Groupon deal for a Toshiba 1TB External Hard Drive. Just what I needed. The deal ended that day so although I couldn't really afford it until the following week I paid for it. Several days later I got the Groupon voucher to use on the website. When using the voucher, The website locked on checkout. I called 'Box' who told me the website was experiencing difficulties due to demand, but to leave it until tomorrow when it should work ok. I tried for three days, no joy. I rang Box again. They told me they couldn't take the order over the phone but that the code should work now. I tried again. This time it said the code was invalid. I emailed. They emailed back saying they couldn't take the order by phone and attached two forms which my comuter couldn't open. (I have no idea what they were). I emailed again saying this is getting ridiculous, I've already paid for the goods I just want to pay for delivery!!! They emailed back asking for the groupon code. I emailed all the details. They said the code should work and sent another attachment of a picture of exactly where to enter the Groupon code. Ok not rocket science, but why the hell didn't they just tell me that on the phone DAYS AGO!!!!! Don't think I can be bothered with a company that can't be bothered with me! Saving or no saving!

Very Poor Service

Sent for an Item and paid for a speedy delivery. Received Item only to find it didn't work. Ok, It happens. Went through the stages of getting an RMA number, (can't send it back without one of these), and eventually got one, about 4 days later. I sent an email back asking if it could be picked up from an alternative address. I got an email back which bluntly stated "Your item will be collected Monday between 9am and 5pm",
which I didn't really want as it was my day off, and didn't want to have to wait in all day. My alternative pick-up point was work, where I knew I would be all day (but not Monday). So anyway, Monday came and went and no collection!!
Well eventually, 4 days later it was picked up from my workplace!
Still awaiting them to get back to me though.... To be continued.

Extremely satisfying company

I bought my items through groupon which was co-operating with box. My items arrived quickly which was very useful as I needed them promptly. They also came as described with all the necessary equipment and parts. I was extremely satisfied with box and would definately shop here again. The ordered items were two external hard drives from toshiba and i would strongly recommend this product.

Great value for money, brilliant service

I ordered the joytab for my daughter for xmas and box.co.uk was by far the cheapest with a groupon voucher. Great tablet for the price, feel very lucky to have found it. Delivered quickly by signed mail - really dont know how they manage to deliver such value for money. Will definately use again.

Came good in the end

Bought a pair of DECT phones through Groupon and thought I would tag on a low cost HDMI cable as I never have enough and there wouldn't be any extra postage. Voucher was accepted OK and HDMI cable arrived by courier but no phones. Thinking they were being dispatched separately I called box to find there was a mess up with the voucher and they would fix it. Then I got an email requesting payment for the replacement order, so I sent an email double checking this was just automated and no payment was required. Then a few days later the phones arrived, with another HDMI cable. Whether this is in error or some compensation for the original mess up I don't know but they are free to come and collect it anytime they wish. The phones by the way we fantastic - best thing I've bought for a great time and good value when purchased through groupon

I ordered my ASUS 5 in 1 router from Ebay, and within 48 hrs it came in robust packaging and I found no fault with their service. I had an email confirming payment and soon followed by shipping.

This company is on my list for future purchases.

An excellent product and quick delivery

I was looking for a cheap but reliable tablet pc for my mother. After carrying out many hours of research I found the JoyTab from Box.co.uk.
I am a firm believer in reviews and the product and company have lived up to all the expectations that others had posted.
The delivery was fast and the product was suitably priced for its spec.
I would recommend them to anyone.

Good product - pretty quick delivery

I am really satisfied with the product I purchased. The delivery time was pretty good. The only small problem I had was an email suggesting that I still had an outstanding payment but I think it may have been a time lag. All in all I would use again.

Delivered to the wrong address - beware the paypal address trap

Item I purchased was fine, but they delivered it to the wrong address. If you pay with PayPal it overwrites the delivery address with your registered PayPal address. They do tell you this during the payment process, but the warning is buried in dense small type, and is easily missed. (I have suggested ways they could make it much clearer! Or they could stick to the original delivery address, as other companies do, regardless of payment method.) To make matters worse, the subsequent email confirmation states the delivery address as you originally entered it - not the PayPal address where they will actually deliver it!

Ideal purchase of Groupon Deal Toshiba Hard-drive

My son needed a 1TB hard-drive for college work - Groupon offered an excellent deal for Toshiba product - all the spec needed and best price seen. Used the Groupon voucher to order from Box.co.uk & all went through very easily. Was pleased with the P&P rate too, as wasn't sure how big the parcel or heavy the item would be.

The parcel arrived so quickly it was received the same day I received the email confirmation the item had been dispatched. Item in perfect order - no complaints & would recommend to anyone.

I had a Groupon voucher for a big saving on a hard-drive. When I redeemed it each screen took AGES to load, and there were a lot of them! Most crashed so I had to re-enter my info a lot, and even at the end it said the payment wasn't verified and I needed to contact my bank. Have never been asked to do this when purchasing online so I left it and luckily all was well. But what should have been a very straight-forward transaction ended up taking about 45 minutes! The account info/invoice screens weren't very helpful, and didn't allow me to do what I was being asked to (maybe because it had actually authorised the card it claimed not to have done) so I wouldn't buy again unless there was another special offer, as that was great value.
