GREAT PRODUCTS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

I recently purchased from Boysstuff.co.uk. and can say that the service they provide was brilliant. They have a really helpful customer service team. I placed my order seconds from their 1pm cut off time for next day delivery and my items still arrived the next day, even at this busy time of year when I knew delays were inevitable. I am so happy with the great delivery service and times they are really on point!

One of the items I purchased was the X-Rocker Vision 2.1 Wireless Gaming Chair 2013. This was recommeneded to be by the customer service team as it matched my needs etc. This chair is great and came exactly as described, it was easy to set up and assemble and had easy instructions to follow. It's also a great gaming chair with an amazing built in sound system. I advise it to all the gamer's out there!

Excellent Service

I found a great site selling presents for men making shopping for them so much easier.

Its full of gadgety ideas at great prices. Bought something for my brother and you know how awkward he is to buy for!! Anyway, when he got it we had a little trouble setting it up - so called the number on their website and instantly got through to their customer service who were so helpful. No hanging about in a queue.

We explained what we perceived to be the problem and they went through everything with us and sorted the issue in no time at all. They were very patient and understanding, couldn't have been more helpful.

I will most definitely be recommending them to all my friends and family as Christmas fast approaches.

SIMPLY THE BEST!

I first came across the boysstuff.co.uk website brand after attending The Gadget Show at the NEC in Birmingham last April. They had a stand at the Show and a team of pretty girls handing out brochures.

I have subsequently made two purchases of laddish products which all went very smoothly.

My last purchase was an X-Rocker Vision Gaming Chair. The purchase and delivery all went well. I had done my online research and confirmed that boysstuff.co.uk offered the best price. So far so good.

When chair arrived it was faulty. I called boysstuff.co.uk customer service - 01676 535 557. The young lady who answered my call couldn't have been more helpful. I was immediately assured the problem would be sorted to my satisfaction and it was. My chair was replaced within 3 days. Great service. Well done boysstuff!

Recently purchased from boysstuff. Order arrived really quickly and emails kept me informed of the status of the order.

Tracking number was provided so I could see when it was due to arrive.

Unfortunately when it arrived it was too small for my nephew so we had to return it.

Process couldn’t have been simpler.

They arranged collection of the item within a couple of days and had refunded in full by the end of the week.

"BOYS STUFF ARE THE VERY WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD THE DISPLEASURE TO DEALT WITH"

I purchased the above last week for christmas. They had not arrived by today, so i rang them and spoke to a very obnoxious woman. She informed me they were delivered and signed for! I said when, she said yesterday and i informed her i am the sole resident here and nothing arrived. I said I would like a refund and she informs me to obtain this I have to return the goods. What can I say! I reiterate, they did not arrive. She said to ring Parcel Force, and I am still waiting to hear from Parcel Force!... Even after explaining i was too ill due to cancer she didn't want to know.
UPDATE 4 weeks and 28 calls later to Parcel Force they are refunding me. NOT a word back from BOYS STUFF, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

disgraceful customer service from a senior manager

after being sent the wrong items on 2 occaisions i was contacted by a man (?) named [name removed] whom i later discovered to be a senior partner of the company who acted as tho it was my fault that they were unable to send the advertised product as well as informing me that some people "just have an orgasm out of making a complaint", accused me (wrongly) of being a member of the competition and informed me that they didn't want me as a customer anyway and that i could go to watchdog or trading standards if i wanted. having looked into the sale of goods act 1979, and despite [name removed] quoting the company's returns policy, which does not supercede consumer law, i know that I am NOT required to pay for return postage on these goods and can require THEM to arrange collection at THEIR expense, which i will choose to do following the arrogant, rude and unprofessional behaviour of this senior member of the company. i will not comtemplate using their services again and would strongly advise others to similarly avoid this firm if this is their idea of customer service, the value they have of their customers and the example which the management are setting for their staff.

X-Dream Rocker

I would honestly recommend this chair to anyone who wants an amazing gaming experience, well worth the money I spent.
Customer service was brilliant when I asked questions about delivery and they were right with there answers. I would definitaley purchase more items from them in the future.

Great Customer Service

My son bought a gaming chair from the Gamefest at Birmingham. Unfortunately when it arrived it was faulty. I must admit I thought it was going to be a nightmare to get the return / replacement done but the customer service I received was excellent. A new chair was despatched and I received a prompt refund for the return postage of the faulty chair. Many thanks to Annette for all her help and I would certainly recommend this company to anyone

The item is for my son's birthday, it was received extremely well packaged and delivered within the time stated on the web site. It was cheapest gaming beanbag I had seen, beating Argos + others, so was an absolute bargain too.

A completely Pants service!

Ordered on the friday and paid £9 plus for saturday delivery which never showed up.
Sent email to customer services and they havent bothered to reply up to the following friday.
Order still not turned up and no emails to explain why.
Advice from me is to pay by paypal where at least you can pursue a conflict resolution up to 40 days.
Very very disappointed.........

Fast delivery

As I've only received my course on Meditation last week, its difficult to write an objective review on the subject as I've only had the package such a short time.

Nevertheless it arrived withing a couple of days of ordering it, so I didn't have to wait to long for it to arrive. All in all I'm pleased with what I've got and I wouldn't hesitate to place another order with boysstuff.co.uk again.

This Christmas I decided to buy my younger brother a gaming chair. He is an avid X-Box 360 player. I am not!

Started searching the market and found that www.boysstuff.co.uk had the widest range of gaming chairs and at very competitive prices.

Given my lack of knowledge of the products and their relatively expensive price I contacted boysstuff by email direct and got some very swift and helpful advice.

I chose to buy an X-Dream Rocker. The product was delayed in delivery by the bad weather - not something boysstuff cannot be blamed for. Got chair pre-xmas. Well packed.

My brother thinks the chair is amazing - have to say it's used by the whole family as it is multimedia - watch videos, listen to ipod or game!

Like many of the Boystuff.co.uk reviewers, I too ordered a gaming chair from Boysstuff.co.uk. Having been one of the fortunate ones to have actually received the product, it developed a fault within less than 48 hours, so I contacted Boysstuff.co.uk for a refund.

They returned my email quickly with a Returns Authorization Number, but despite my product not being of satisfactory quality they did not offer to pay for the postage.

A few weeks passed and half a dozen emails were sent, unfortunately Boystuff.co.uk did not reply to my emails. Their telephone number was also been removed from their website so I was unable to contact them to discuss the matter.

6 weeks later and I am still waiting for my refund.

Very very poor Customer Serivice

I bought a gaming chair from this Company which arrived promptly but was faullty. After following Company proceedures and getting a return number I was told to send the chair back registered post. This a 24kg chair and the heaviest parcel alloweed via registeded post is 22kg. By law all I had to do was inform them of the faultly chair and make it available for collection which I did. The response I got from them was to refer me to their T&Cs. They try to hide behind their T&Cs, but T&Cs do not override law. I eventually returned the chair via Parcel Force at a cost of £32.50. I have received a new working chair but have yet to receive my refund for postage, despite sending them a receipt as requested. I am going to inform trading standards about this Company and I will not rest untill I have received my money back. I have been shopping on the internet for many years and this is the first time I have had any real problems. It's a shame but Companies like this give the internet shopiing a bad name. Take my adviice, spend a little more, buy your good elsewhere and avoid this Company. Also, never deal with Companies that do not publish a voice telephone number. These don't and now I know why.
