Great company
A great purchase – couldn’t be happier. Had a very pleasant experience from start to finish.
Easy to order, arrived as promised & with all the fixtures. Instructions easy to follow.
This is a wall mount for a TV so it's not exactly a complex piece of kit, so lets go through the main points you need to know:
1. setup - very easy to understand, I was ready to go in minutes
2. installation - only few minutes with 2 people
3. functionality - works just as it should, easy movement and no 'drifting' over time
I have a 37 inch Sony on it and I made sure to mount it very well but I can see how someone who isn't as cautious as myself running in to possible issues with it slowly coming away / working loose / damaging the wall. A plasma (which are usually heavier) might be pushing it in terms of weight. I would have preferred a cross bracket or similar two-way design, but it’s my own fault, should’ve known better. The build quality however is excellent. Excellent finish too, to all parts. So, if you have no problems with the basic design then I would recommend this model wholeheartedly.

SO much cheaper then anything you'll buy on other websites and what a great quality!
I was a little concerned buying this .... (the last thing in the world I want is for my TV to fall off the wall), but decided to give it a go. Wall mounts don't need to be expensive, this one gets the job done with complete ease! I was happy to find everything there. Unlike other people, our mount was not missing any parts, there was an unopened bag with all sorts of bolts, screws, etc ... and instructions.
The instructions were easy to follow – no big deal, like everywhere else … If you take the time to mark the wall and measure the studs, you'll be fine and you'll have your TV up on your wall in no time! This is so sturdy and well-made and will last forever. In fact, we ordered two mounts for our two TVs and both were complete with all parts. I'm super happy with purchase and, I'm really glad that I didn't pay a whole lot more for the same product.
The TV sits very flush with the wall, but thanks to the thinness of the TV, it looks like it is a part of the wall and belongs there like a framed photo or painting!
This product is a great value, its construction is very solid and it works as promised. I'm very happy with the two that I purchased and have been using for months. I highly recommend this solution if you are looking to free up some room on your desktop and mount your LCDs to your wall (or if you need to mount a display anywhere else!).

I was sceptical with that price...
I was sceptical of this mount. Why should this be so cheap compared to other mounting kits? I ordered one (due to the price), and prepared to return it if I did not think the mount could handle the weight of my brand new spankin’ 42" TV.
Positives
1. Good solid and heavy duty construction.
2. Good value (low-cost).
3. Easy install. Took half an hour to install and ready to watch.
4. Built-in level worked well during marking of mounting holes on the wall.
5. Once the mounted on the wall, and bracket on TV, you could adjust horizontal TV placement on the mount, just by sliding few inches left or right, post install. I expect this to be safe and true if the wall mount is directly screwed into the wall studs.
6. The brackets on TV could also be used to adjust vertical TV placement by a few inches up and down. But for this one, you'll need to lift TV off the bracket and adjust and pull back
Overall - good quality, nice service & works perfectly, very happy with my purchase. Will get one more for my other TV! Don’t look around – this is the real deal!

Perfect Quality Product
This bracket along with most all of the Bracketsrus mounts is purely a quality – from start to finish!
I have been installing TV's since before flat panels were available, and just recently decided to try one myself. I do not think there will ever be a magical way to route cables on a swing arm but this one does a pretty good job. Arrived just a few days later, easy to put together and holds even the biggest & heaviest TV. The box contained all fitting necessary. In the beginning wasn’t too sure about them, as the bracket was light – thought TV will fall off in instance. Well, I was wrong. Thought will wait to make sure it’ll stay there, and after a week – I can write this review with my calm heart to say – the TV is still in place!
Now I will definitely recommend this site to my customers as well, as it’s brilliant thing and I don’t recommend just for the sake of it as my job depends on them. The lady was very nice and helped my customers as well, as unfortunately I cannot and order and install it.

Great service & amazing product!
The lady – customer service advisor – was very nice, polite and patient with me (mind you, I’m a fussy person and hard to please), so 5 starts to the lady! She informed me about different sizes & shapes of brackets available.
I always want to make sure I get the right thing, as I cannot stand returning the goods and waiting for the refund (later buying from somewhere else or waiting for the new one to be delivered). Finally once I made up my mind, and was happy with my choice, the bracket arrived next day. On opening the box, you are presented with solid steel parts, and I honestly could not believe just how solid these parts are! This wall mount was very easy to install – arrived with all parts and it only took about 20 minutes to put all together and seems super sturdy. The manual was very clear and easy to use, what I needed just to unpack it and get started. I found them so easy to fit that I ended up buying a few of them for different rooms. My boys were very happy to have more space in their room and the price was great and the product seems great.
Overall, would highly recommend this stand and think that it is great value for money.

Great service and would definately recommend
Bought my very first plasma TV! As it was a brand new thing for me, I couldn’t have it on an old TV cabinet – time to put both foot into 21st century and get some TV brackets! Having searched around I found this website, which sells brands more affordable prices. This price is excellent and I can't understand why anyone would pay more from other sellers.
The bracket arrived next day as promised with all the screws, wall plugs, everything. The base plate has a spirit level built in, so there's no fiddling about trying to hold a separate spirit level when trying to align everything. All the fixings are sturdy (don’t know much about it, but I guess it's powder-coated steel construction). So pleased to with my new TV and so proud to hang it on the wall myself, and so far it’s all in one piece. Thanks!

They claim this pile of rubbish is an upgrade
Ordered a bracket from these dopes after spending hours working out the best one for me. They sent me a generic rubbish item I could have found on a local market. Telephone help is hopeless, they then emailed the wrong address, and now insist the one I wanted is out of stock and the pile of cr*p sent is "an upgrade" and I'm struck with it! Bunch of hopeless b******s.
Well, paypal informed and a case raised. If it takes the last breath in my body I'll see this lot closed down.

GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK
Pathetic excuse for a company! They offered next day delivery for free and it ended up taking almost 10 days to arrive. You'd think that would be the only problem I had, right? Well no, when it did eventually arrive, I found out it was a USED BRACKET and it had been fatigued, scratched and bent in several places. Not only had it been awfully designed, but the company was UNLAWFUL and DECEITFUL! If I wanted to waste a month of my life being processed by your crap customer service line, then I'd consider appealing for a refund. But right now I am so enfurated I don't want to ever see any affiliated with BracketsRus EVERY again and I can only URGE everyone else considering buying a product from them to NOT EVEN DARE go near the cowboy thieves!!!!!!!

Brackets do not fit
Bought a bracket for a 32" Samsung 3d tv. The website claims guaranteed to fit all Samsung TV's. It does not. You need a 200x200 bracket and not the universal one they send you. You also need longer m8 screws which they do not supply. They did send out the 200x200 bracket but do not supply the screws as they do not stock them . So they can not guarantee all brackets will fit. I went out and had to buy new screws . The offered me a £1.35 refund. Use another bracket company.

Absolutely no complaints
Ordered a TV bracket on Sunday - arrived on Wednesday. Fits perfectly on a new 26" Samsung - no need for the additional plate provided. Good sturdy product, easy to assemble and delivered very quickly - that's my experience. I know there have been mixed reviews for these guys, but I'm very happy with the product and service. Thanks.

Fast delivery, perfect product-would recommend!
We needed a bracket to hold a TV behind a door which could then be moved around in order to watch it. I called Brackets R Us and spoke with a very helpful customer service representative who advised me on which cantilever bracket to order.
It arrived within a few days. The box was complete with all the fixings, was easy to install and does the job perfectly!
We are very pleased with this product as well as the service that this company provided.

Had to threaten to sue!
These guys offer 'free next day delivery anywhere in mainland UK. 4 days after ordering (give them there dues - it was a bank holiday weekend) they send me an email telling me that I have to pay £12 as I live in Inverness. I informed them that I wasn't willing to pay as I live in mainland UK and they would have to send it free as advertised. No luck. I phoned trading standards who told me that they were in the wrong. I went back and forth and eventually they refunded me (against my will - I just wanted it sent to me). Yesterday I threatened to sue them and low and behold they were willing to send it to me free of charge as initially promised! Anyway - after reading the other reviews there is no way I am going to entrust my credit card details with these cowboys again. I wish I'd read these reviews before ordering. Stay well clear!!!!!

Twice I have contacted this company and not bothered to respond back - clearly they are not interested in speaking to any new customers and looking at the reviews from here, glad I have not ordered anything from them.

bracket r us , tv brackets 4u, 123 brackets are all the same company! do not order with any of them, no service at all, no return policy!! this company should be illegal, they pretend to sale various type of brackets for various tv size but it's not true at all, they are all the same brackets!!! brackets witch suppose to fit a 32 inch tv will be the same than a bracket for a 44 inch!!! they are all the same model of bracket at different price!!!!!! It's criminal and they've been doing that for years!! please help me to stop them!!!

Avoid at all costs
The bracket I bought that specified it would fit with my TV did not fit. When I tried to contact them they were almost impossible to get hold of. When I did I spoke to someone who had no idea of customer service and fobbed me off. No refund no replacement. This company are a con and have intention of helping customers.

Dreadful Service awful communication - avoid
Bracket guaranteed to fit did not. Eventually got refund slip, sent another bracket - did not fit. Cannot speak to customer services as the sales department do not have their number. E-mail only which is ignored until a remnder is sent. Got refund in the end. Whole episose tooke 6 weeks.

Poor customer service
Haven't received the bracket yet, so am only rating on the poor customer service. So main gripes:
- Ordered online to deliver to my work address.
- Noticed that they still had dispatch to my home address on the order, so updated online.
- They still sent to home address.
- Phoned the,, took ages to get through, had to listen to the same annoying "Your are in a queue " message repeating every 10 secs. Seriously irritating
- Finally got though and they were next to useless.
As the guy further down says "You have been warned!"

Wrong sized bracket
Bracket was 'Guaranteed to fit your SAMSUNG 32" Flat Screen TV'. Bracket arrived, but stated suitable for 37" to 42" TV's. Holes fitted TV, but then bracket would have been visible above screen once attached to the wall.
Don't telephone as it never gets answered, it just keeps you on hold. Emailed them, but got no sense out of them. They said to return this bracket under the 30 day returns policy and order a different bracket, but they couldn't tell me which one would be suitable, even after many emails re-asking the question.
This is the worst on-line company I have ever dealt with. My advic, stay clear.

Wrong bracket sent. Tried to contact them but could not get in touch with them. Tried ringing but their answer machine but it was full so could not leave a message. Gave it up as a bad job and decided to learn from it. Wish we had read their reviews before we purchased from them. Just had an e-mail from them offering us 70% discount - cheeky beggars!

Ordered a bracket for my TV. Bracket arrived next day and is now mounted to my wall and supporting my TV. Received a follow up email to check everything was OK with my order. Can fault them.

Total rip off
Advertised bracket as suitable for panasonic 42 inch TV. Arrived two days later without correct bolts to fit TV. I purchased correct bolts only to find bracket did not fit TV. Have purchased suitable bracket elsewhere at cheaper price.

Very Poor
Sent me what appeared to be a cheaper alternative from what I ordered, after 8 days & many e-mails going back & forward I was informed that the bracket I ordered was out of stock, they suggested sending an alternative on return of the unsuitable one, which incidentally you have to trail to the Post Office as they don't arrange collections. By this time I was so exasperated that I requested a refund & ordered from another Company. Dreadful customer service, Wouldn't recommend.

Bargain price, good service too
I ordered a black TV mount for my sons bedroom but he changed his mind AFTER I'd ordered and said he wanted a silver one. I emailed them to ask for a change to a silver one instead and although I didn't get an email reply straight away, sure enough I got a silver one as requested so thumbs up for that. The bracket is the same quality as one I bought from Argos last year but was about £25 cheaper. Very nice! I am really happy with the deal I got and decent service.

i received silver not black
I ordered a black bracket on next day delivery and they sent me silver, luckily it goes behind the TV, but if you stand near the TV you can see that it is silver, they offered to change it but who has the time.

A few days late but no harm done...
First time i have ever felt the need to review a company - I ordered at 17:30 on friday so just missed the cut off for next day delievery (which as i paid £32.99 for my bracket im not to worried about next day) Bracket arrived in perfect order and fits my TV perfectly. Yes its Wednesday so 2 full working days since my order but as tilting brackets for 42" TV's usually go for around £100... Who cares?
Not exeptional service but by no means aweful. maybe if i were a more anal person i would be concerned about my TV Bracket being a couple of days late. It's cheap, It works, who cares?

wrong item first time, right one second time
Place order and bracket arrived next day, but was the wrong bracket. Email communication was good and sent a pre-pay return label so i could send it back. Replacement backet arrived and it was the correct one. Like another reviewer said, I think these guys just need to sort themselves out a little better, sending out the correct item first time round. I wanted my new TV on the wall ASAP, and that didn't go to plan, so 3 stars.

I received the bracket. It didn't work. I wrote asking for a refund. I heard nothing. That was two months ago now. Hopefully people will look at these cheap alternative companies before purchasing and realise they often really are too good to be true.

Don't Even Consider This Company
Whatever you do don't bother with this company, they advertise free delivery and allow you to go right to the end of the order then contact you later to state you have to pay or they wont ship. There website does not tell you delivery charges even though you put full details in, i.e. Channel Islands. They Ignore emails, and you can't get to speak to a manager, I was told they are always in a meeting. I have sent 3 emails to cancel my order and no response. I am going to trading standards for mis selling and my bank as they are obtaining money deceitfully.

Had major problems with this company!
My transaction with this company was a nightmare! All seemed well to start with, the transaction went smoothly and they promptly took my cash. The 'next day service' turned in to a 4 day service, the bracket sent was incorrect so I rapidly attempted to contact them via email and phone...no response! I then returned the item personally to there 'returns address' to find out it didn't exist! A local courier put me in the right direction and then it turned out to be a PO Box drop box, to obtain a refund I had to process a paypay esculation! Thankfully after all the stress and time spent chasing I got my refund. Stay clear is my advice.

I would rate this company 0 stars if possible!
Avoid, avoid, avoid. Can't believe I didn't do my usual homework before purchasing from this site. Took money straight away 8 days later still no bracket. Tracking number supplied showed the item would be delivered on 4th Jan even though the courier hadn't received it still in the 6th. Numerous phone calls but none returned along with emails have started a claim procedure vai paypal. DON'T BUT FROM THIS COMPANY.

STAY AWAY
Bracketsrus are the worst company in the UK to buy your TV bracket from! all I will say didn’t get the right product I ordered!!! and they didnt solve the issue with it!!
Ended up buying my TV bracket from somewhere else!! It just feels like I’ve been robbed.
I HAVE REPORTED THEM TO WATCHDOG IF MANY OF US DO THE SAME WE MAY BE ABLE TO EXPOSE THEM!
