I had a mono basin tap on order for months using a different firm - the same design as I had on my bath. I found out that this tap was now discontinued hence the delay but bbc not only sourced an equivalent tap (virtually identical), but sold it to me at a fantastic price with free next day delivery.
Can't ask more than that.
I ordered a Shaws butler sink, basket strainer and bridge tap as they were the cheapest I could find online for Shaws products plus their delivery charges are nominal. I needed to add an additional item to my order (Shaws sink grid) which had only just come out and they sent it out the day after I received the other items which was great. Overall a fantastic service and price - it's not often you get both together.
Purchased some Bristan 1901 monobloc basin taps.
Nobody could beat them on price the delivery was quick and I was informed of delivery time.
We have really good flow now on the hot as previously on the single lever tap it was very poor.
Would recommend this company to anyone.
Ordered a Bristan washbasin mixer tap w/pop-up waste. Bradford Bathrooms had the best price + free delivery. Received goods really promptly in excellent order. First class price, product and service - can thoroughly recommend this company.
I read the reviews on here and elsewhere and with some trepidation ordered some Bristan bath taps. They were some £40 cheaper than elsewhere and included free delivery. I ordered on the Monday and they shipped on the Tuesday and arrived on the Wednesday (using DPD next day service). The manufactures box looked like it had been through the wars, but the contents were all there and in pristine condition, well packed inside a well packed, taped up shipping box.. Just fitted them and they look superb and there were no missing bits.
Ordered bathroom suite, was advised same day that the sink and toilet would be sent by a different courier to the bath. They arrived within a day or so. The bath didn't turn up on the day expected, nor on the next arranged date, this was due to severe weather conditions. It did finally turn up when the roads became clear. During the interim period I received phone calls and email explaining the situation. I hadn't opened the boxes containing the toilet and sink until the bath arrived. When I did open them it was discovered that the basin was cracked, I was afraid the company would say that I should have reported damage within 24hrs and that they wouldn't provide an replacement, I shouldn't have been concerned as they did so without quibbling, the new basin arrived 24hrs later. Great service thanks.
I spent over £1000 with the company and their customer service was awful. Not once did they call me back when they said they would. Not all items ordered arrived together and I was always chasing them. A shower mixer I ordered broke the first time I came to use it and Joe said it could have been the plumber who fixed it that broke it. The product was covered by a guarantee so they should have replaced it no questions asked, but surprise surprise, every time I called nobody ever got back to me when they promised. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Joe was rude to me on the phone and does not know the meaning of customer service.
Received item very quickly, unfortunately, due to human error, wrong item. Emailed them and within the hour they had replied and the correct item was on its way. Next day, item turned up, swapped with wrong item while DFDS man waited and all sorted. Great communication with Melanie and superb customer service. Will be buying the rest of the items I need for my new bathroom form these great people.

Planned to move from Coventry to Halifax and a friend recommended this bathroom store , and thank god he did had soo much hassle in stores in coventry and halifax then came here and was stress free relaxing and 5star customer service. If all people in Bradford are so patient and helpful am glad am moving up here. There are not many stores anymore that care for the customer as much anymore its usually straight in straight out treatment . But this was different they gave me time to talk to them about products on sale and prices and showed they really know what they are talking about. Thanks for the bathroom items and thanks for making me feel welcome to Bradford. Will be passing on to many of my friends whether they need bathroom products yet or not.
I ordered a full new bathroom suite from Bradford bathroom company, when I was choosing which suite to pick I was offered all the help and advice that I needed and never felt pressured to pick the most expensive, or to buy anything I didn't want or need.
Everything was delivered on time and as I'd ordered.
From start to finish a very good experience, I'd not hesitate to recommend or use this company again.

We ordered a bathroom from BBC (bradford bathroom company) just before Christmas. We were after a shorted than standard roll top for our new house.
BBC came up in a search engine and we decided to order from them after reading through some reviews.
On the day our delivery was due, Mel from BBC called to explain the manufacturer had sent the wrong bath to them for distribution and that this meant a delay for us. Mel was more than apologetic and ensured she kept us updated with progress. We needed the bathroom delivered asap as we had ripped our bathroom out in anticipation of the new one being delivered. As soon as the bath was sent from the manufacturer correctly Mel drove it herself to our house (over an hour drive away) to ensure we had the right kit and on time. This was well above and beyond what we expected from an organisation but, being that BBC is a family run business I think this is what makes the difference when you are faced with issues. Sometimes the making of a business is how they react when something does go wrong. In no way was the error made a fault of BBC but they were quick and helpful in rectifying it and because of this I was recommend them and use them again in a flash.

I just moved into my new house in Bradford and wanted to redo my bathroom as it was a right staight so I was looking through Google at cheap taps and toilets and the prices were to expensive for me then I stumbled across bradford bathroom company rhey helped me so much when I called them up they were so help full they did not push me to buy expensive stuff I told them what I wanted and straight away they knew what I wanted. I ordered a toilet and was contacted a few days later by the courier to say that it would be delivered, but they didn’t show up. I tried for nearly a week to contact the Bradford Bathroom company to find out what had happened and they didn't get back to me, so I put a dispute in with PayPal.
It is their company policy to cancel the delivery of anyone who puts a dispute in with PayPal. Every time I subsequently spoke to someone to arrange delivery, I was told, usually in a very rude manner, how this situation was completely my fault because I put in a dispute.
This company never once tried to contact me. They were rude and I never received a toilet and so had to put in a claim with PayPal to get my money back.
We were sent the wrong taps in error but the immediate, friendly helpful, response and quick easy replacement service was brilliant.
To me the sign of a good company is how they handle mistakes - and I would highly recommend this company.
After calling up the company with several questions, I ordered a 3iE thermostat and a new 'P' shaped bath and glass screen via their website. Both items arrived on time and the quality of the bath and shower screen where exceptional given the competitive price.
I needed a particular replacement shower unit in a hurry. The Bradford Bathroom Company not only offered it on-line at a very competitive price but managed to get it delivered to my door the next day. A big thank you to the company for being so helpful and efficient.
I found the service from Bradford themselves to be excellent. They dealt with an accidental double payment (user error!) and a missing part professionally and efficiently.
The only thing that let them down was the courier service. I had been given a likely delivery date of Thursday, which did not materialise, and then rang Friday to ask for a likely delivery. The courier company rang Friday to say they would deliver between 6-9pm on Saturday, and at 9.40pm I had a call saying he was running late and he could deliver at 10.30pm if I wanted, to which I said yes. At 10.10pm he rang again and mumbled something I did not hear, but that he could not not deliver then, but could 8am Sunday. I said OK, and he actually arrived 7.30am Sunday. So, you could say beyond the call of duty, but at the same time the whole experience was a bit shambolic.
Just taken my delivery from the Bradford Bathroom Company , its Brilliant , i saw one in a showroom for four hundred pounds thease guys sold it to me for 189.99 inc vat and delivered to my door ,they called me when i placed my order and advised me i didnt need the fixings brackets i also bought as the shower already had some inside ! nice to do buisness with honest folk, only negative was i didnt find them before i bought my taps i could have save even moor :(

This company take no notice of DS Regs, do not reply to e-mails, and are rude and arrogant on the phone.
In order to get a refund for an incorrectly described item, (the technical descriptions on their website are in many instances pathetic) I had to claim via PP and my CC company.
No replies from this lot at all, a disgraceful service they don't deserve to be in business.
Regarding their pricing?, you can get cheaper elsewhere with far less aggro. .
Minus 5 is all they're worth..
I bought an item from Bradford Bathroom Company, not an expensive part, a ceiling / wall shower arm with an angle built in. £22 bought 14th December, paid by paypal.
Unfortunately the part was not suitable (for my customer), so I enquired by email about returning on 10th January, after the Christmas break.
[name removed] replied quickly (within an hour on the 10th), saying to return it and included their return address. I was to take a 20% restocking charge hit as per their terms and conditions.
I sent the item back on the 16th January and have a certificate of posting.
I have had no refund from the Bradford Bathroom Company. I have emailed 4 times, no response whatsoever. I even threatened to post my experience on every relevant forum on the web.
Obviously I recommend that nobody touches this company, it does not even deserve 1 star (you can't choose no stars..)

I thought twice about using this company after reading some of the reviews below, but saving £90 over my local supplier's "Unbeatably low prices" I decided to risk it. I was very pleasantly surprised and would highly reccomend them.
I decided to phone them for an update and my call was handled rapidly and professionally. I was advised that the order was to be posted that evening and sure enough it arrived in excellent condition the following morning.
I was ordering well in advance to allow for lead times as I suspected that as a small company they would not hold items in stock but received my shower within a few days of ordering.
All in all I was very pleased with my experience and my shower looks great. Many thanks!
I ordered a bathroom cabinet from Bradford bathroom company, and unfortunately when inspected it was found to be damaged. I made immediate contact via email, and received a very quick initial response apologising and stating a replacement would be dispatched with 48 hours, which left me reassured. From that point on, the customer service deteriorated with no replies to emails and no return phone calls as promised. I eventually received a replacement nearly a month later.
In summary, they have some of the best prices on the web, but they need to work harder with regards to answering communication, and keeping customers updated. I certainly did not find the experience as bad as claimed by others though.
