I ordered a bathroom cabinet from Bradford bathroom company, and unfortunately when inspected it was found to be damaged. I made immediate contact via email, and received a very quick initial response apologising and stating a replacement would be dispatched with 48 hours, which left me reassured. From that point on, the customer service deteriorated with no replies to emails and no return phone calls as promised. I eventually received a replacement nearly a month later.
In summary, they have some of the best prices on the web, but they need to work harder with regards to answering communication, and keeping customers updated. I certainly did not find the experience as bad as claimed by others though.
