I ordered a toilet and was contacted a few days later by the courier to say that it would be delivered, but they didn’t show up. I tried for nearly a week to contact the Bradford Bathroom company to find out what had happened and they didn't get back to me, so I put a dispute in with PayPal. It is their company policy to cancel the delivery of anyone who puts a dispute in with PayPal. Every time I subsequently spoke to someone to arrange delivery, I was told, usually in a very rude manner, how this situation was completely my fault because I put in a dispute. This company never once tried to contact me. They were rude and I never received a toilet and so had to put in a claim with PayPal to get my money back.
