What a great deal & Service

As a computer 'user' rather than a computer 'expert' I have always gone into one of those large computer stores to purchase my next computer. Consequently I have always ended up having to fit what I wanted to do to the computer's capability. Not the best way of working!
Recently I needed to upgrade my machine again, but this time I read through the advice of several computer magazines. Computeractive, whom I have always trusted, has given several 'Best Buy' awards to some computers in the past few months. Having shopped around several of these recommended constructors by e-mail, Web, and telephone I contacted Braebo and discussed their Ares.
What a difference from previous PC shopping experiences! I was given helpful and knowledgeable advice, there are sales advisor very patiently talked through all the tasks and activities that I wanted to do with my PC, and indicated what I would need to put into the computer to achieve this.
To cut a long story short, the specification absolutely fitted my needs, the price was very reasonable (compared to other manufacturers), and the service that I received was at a level much higher than I had been given by any shop assistant or sales executive.
I was kept informed by e-mail on the construction of my machine, I was told when it was shipped, and it arrived the following day.
What a revelation --the look of the machine is great, it's processing speed and power is more than I have ever experienced, and most importantly it has been backed up by excellent after sales care and advice. Great instruction videos as well!
Would I recommend Braebo to others looking for a new computer? I certainly would!

ARES Braebo Computer

I used the ARES specification and adapted it as I only have a small space for the PC so choose a Chronos case with a smaller motherboard. Braebo were very good at keeping me in touch with progress and the PC is working fine. Thoroughly recommended. Andrew Wild. Bromley, Kent.

Bought a Mithras model computer from Braebo, and was very
impressed with the speed with which it was assembled and dispatched, even
though I had included some modifications. I also appreciated the fact that I
received emails at every stage of production from the build through quality
control to delivery. I would recomend Braebo to anyone contemplating buying
a new computer.

I needed a computer running Windows XP

I saw an advertisment for your computer in Computeractive Magazine and I thought the price was very reasonable. The computer was delivered in a time much quicker than I expected and when unpacked operated perfectly well. Everything seems to be alright and if I require another computer in the future I would not hestitate to order from Braebo if the price was acceptable.

Very good company to do business with.

I ordered my Athena computer from Braebo as it was recommended by Computer Active (they were right on the button btw) I was kept updated on the progress of my PC (changed slightly from standard spec) up until it was delivered. Pretty quick to be honest!
I did have a few issues, being a bit of a novice but it was no problem for their contact man and trouble shooter, Lee. He had me up and sorted in very short order.
Since then I have not had so much as a missed beat. Everything on It performs admirably, the livedrive is especially awesome.
I have to say I'm over the moon with the PC and have recommended Braebo computers to everyone I know.

Exceptional Company, Excellent customer service

Bought a PC from Braebo and am loving it! Had it for 9 months with only 1 issue (MY FAULT!) Spoke to the support team who fixed the problem over the phone and I was one happy bunny.

All working great now & runs very nicely indeed. Can highly recommend the pc's made by Braebo. Arrived on time too =)

Fantastic deal, worth every penny

I found this company in the computer active magazine. There's a reason why the athena was their best buy of 2011. It is a fantastic machine and for as low as £400 with a blu-ray player and enough power to out most modern £1000+ laptops to shame, an absolute bargain!

With a few upgrades, it can run even the most power hungry games, such as Crysis 2 & Skyrim, with little hassle and little tweaking in the graphics options. In fact, I had turn most of the setting to full just to see how amazing the games work with it.

Excellent service and choice of components

I ordered my computer in November 2011 with quite a number of upgrades from the extensive choice they have for each computer, the computer arrived within 2 weeks with all upgrades, and all working without any hitches and all is still working fine. Construction, delivery and information given were excellent.

Great deal. friendly people

This was the first time I had ordered a new computer from a company outside my home town, previous ones had been custom built by a local firm who I came to trust. The whole process with Braebo was seamless and smooth, the computer arrived ahead of the expected date and was up and working very quickly. I have had an Email and phone calls from the company to check that I was entirely satisfied with my purchase, and I was able to confirm that I was. This is my first experience with Braebo and hopefully long may it continue.

Having done a bit of research, I decided to purchase an Athena computer from Braebo mainly because they had such a good write-up in ComputerActive magazine. I'm glad I did. The machine has worked perfectly in the 6 months since I got it and although I had minor teething troubles in the initial setup, these were speedily resolved by a friendly member of their after-sales team. Well Done Braebo !!

GREAT VALUE AND SPECIFICATIONS

Compared what was available and came to the conclusion that the Breabo Athena was was the model for me. The specs. are great and should keep me happy for years. Unpacked it and plugged it in four months ago and it has worked perfectly since. The backup gives valuable peace of mind also.

Excellent Customer Service and After Sales

I purchased the Athena after viewing an article in a computer magazine, I then looked at several companies on line and the spec for the money was far in excess to any other. Their after sales service is excellent.

My new PC was well packaged with a mass of free extra software already on the hard drive ready to be installed if I wanted, the best feature was the free Braebo "LiveDrive" cloud account which has been an invaluable add-on for my PC effectively enlarging the drive space for back up copies of all important files also over the phone advice on setting up the PC was detailed and friendly overall a great professional service!!

Great spec for the price.

I purchased a Braebo Athena after seeing a glowing review in Computeractive magazine, and have not been disappointed. I received a courtesy call advising me of extra offers on this PC & after making my selection, I was kept updated with expected delivery date. PC duly arrived earlier than expected & was well packaged. I have bought computers from Time, Tiny, Mesh & Evesham (all now defunct) in the past & am well pleased with this particular purchase. Top service, well done.

Excellent value for money

On the back of a glowing review in ComputerActive, I ordered a Braebo Athena. I was called by Braebo to enquire if I wanted some extras (I didn't), then the machine was delivered very quickly. It works exactly to spec. Excellent value for money. Excellent service.

Excellent service and build quality

After a week of quizzing Emails the company were helpful and very polite. Eventually they found a PC that matched my particular requirments. They constantly Emailed me with the build progress. The PC arrived before my 5 day build deadline. Well boxed and the PC was well made and a superb bit of kit. Thanks to all at Braebo, I am glad I heard about them before I went elsewhere.

Excellent PC, Excellent Value, Excellent Customer Service & After Sales!

I purchased a Braebo Ares PC because it had a buy it award from Computeractive magazine. The PC was an excellent spec for the price and not cluttered with all the kind of software that other PC suppliers pre-install that slow down the computer. I received a pleasant & friendly phone call to confirm the order and to take payment. I also received e-mails that kept me up to date with how my order was progressing. I had an unfortunate genuine mistake with my order, I received slightly a different monitor to what I ordered. I contacted the sales agent that had been in contact with me throughout the process via e-mail and nothing was to much trouble. He resolved the problem quickly and efficiently and I felt like a valued customer throughout the process. It was only due to this mistake that I found out how excellent Braebo's customer service and after sales really was. I always felt like I was in safe hands and the service was genuine and sincere. I would have recommended Braebo even before the minor error with my order, but after experiencing the genuine helpful and friendly customer care (that is lacking in so many other retailers) I can't praise Braebo enough. If you're looking for excellent value and want to be in safe hands this is the company you should buy a PC from. Excellent computer and customer service

Following the recommendations of PC Advisor and Computeractive I purchased the Ares from a small company called Braebo.The Ares is an excellent addition to my family and customer support was quick polite and very helpful from answering my questions on the telephone and via Braebo's online live support, offering me advice and keeping me up to date by email on the progress of my computer, including earlier than expected, the date it was due to be delivered by Parcel Force . The computer was well packaged, easy to set up and a joy to use. Customer service and the Ares are highly recommended

A company that cares.

I have found the customer service of this company to be outstanding. E mails are answered promptly, and phone calls meet with a very pleasant and informative response. Due to my own lack of expertise I returned the computer, and it was returned in three working days with the problem, which was due to my own bungling, solved. .
I have no hesitation in recommending Braebo, and will use them again.

I purchased an Athena from Braebo and I am VERY impressed with the Spec, the price and the customer service is excellent, I mean astoundingly good! Excellent technical assistance when choosing a PC.

Purchased a braebo Mithras PC from this company as recommended by the review in Computer Active, received a phone call shortly after placing my order to confirm order and to see if I had any questions. Delivery time said 2 weeks but I got it much sooner than that. PC works great and I got a really good value for money PC. No problem in recommending them and dealing with them again.
