I received the correct product, in the expected number of days. That to begin with is good service. But on top of that, while ordering, the Brandosa website itself made me aware of a promotion they had running which reduced the price by 10%. I was not aware of the promotion in advance, so it was greatly appreciated that they themselves made me aware of it. And finally, even though I am not returning the product, I did appreciate that they already included all necessary paperwork for the return of the product, giving the client 30 days for the return, making it very easy. All in all, very positive and great service.
When I collected the package from post office the bag was open and when I looked st the soles of the shoes they looked like they had been worn. They were dirty on the soles . I could not be bothered with the hassle of sending back and the shoes were nice
This site has a great variety of branded shoes. You can find good offers and the delivery and returns are free. My order was delivered quickly considering that they were sent from Sweden. I would buy from them again in the future.
Order some children's slippers online (30/04) and received email confirmation expecting delivery in 2-3 day. 1 week later and I'm yet to receive them so I log into my account to discover that the order is cancelled. This was the first I was aware of it. Visit the contact us section and filled in a contact request. Also noted down customer service opening hours (12-2pm Mon-Fri). Attempted to call the next day during that very small window only to be greeted by an automated message directing me to submit an email (48h reply - or so they claimed) or try calling again later. At the end or the message the line would go dead. Week 2 and still no response to my email. Fortunately my money has been credited and now 2.5 weeks since ordering I get an automated email informing me of the cancellation. Still no response from customer services. Hopefully this feedback will be seen by them as I can't see them getting much repeat business.
I got trainers at a great price that were despatched quickly. Unfortunately the courier chosen is less than competent and didn't even come to my home to attempt a delivery. However, that is not entirely Brandosa's fault, the trainers are legitimiate at a great price and they were sent promptly. Would use again.
I ordered a pair of wedding boots and the boots were not at all what I expected. When I clicked on the order they said "cream white" but when I had selected they said ivory. I was after a pair of white boots. The size of the boots was totally inaccurate they were incredibly small and narrow. Also the service I recieved when trying to send them back was poor. The office is only open between the hours of 12 and 2 and you have to arrange for collection. They even collected them the day before which luckily somebody was in. I will not use this company again.
I failed to receive my voucher to receive £5 off my first order, I called customer service and spoke with Matt who credited me with £5.
My only criticism so far is the silly opening hours to call customer service, please extend them!

I have just received my pair of bargain Fly shoes and I love them! I found I had to go down a shoe size in this make of shoe but Brandosa provided an excellent exchange policy. Customer services was excellent and kept in contact through email. Fantastic!

Used this site twice now. First time round the experience wasn't great but this time the process has gone smoother. Not sure why, though, so not sure what to expect for next time (if there is a next time).
Really disappointed - bought shoes on the 30th March, got them after a week, which is fine. Unfortunately it turned out that they sent me two different shoe sizes. According to their return policy, I returned the shoes 2 days later. They have only acknowledged my return on the 30th April saying that the refund can take up to 30 days! This is unacceptable. I buy everything on internet, I used Zalando and Asos in the past and I have never had issues like that. I think speeding up your return process will make you (more) competitive and relevant on the market. The only positive thing is the customer service, they responded to all my queries in a timely manner.
Meanwhile...I am still waiting for my money back.
Had a great experience. It was easy and quick to purchase the pair if shoes I had originslly fallen in love with in a boutique which had sadly sold out in my size. Wow...I found them immediately on the website. Theywere delivered within 5 days....Hooray!!
Shoes at the best price I could find plus an extra £5 off just for signing up to their news letter; free returns too, not that I needed them. Prompt service with tracking on my parcel so that I knew exactly when it was in the van and on it's way. I've already recommended to a friend who has also ordered from and received goods from Brandosa.
I ordered a Pair Merrell Boots from Brandosa, and contacted their Custmer service as I was unable to use their Paypal Link.
Once that was sorted out, I then asked them how to send the order to my work address and NOT my home address - since I'm never home when deliveries are made.
This saves me visiting depots 20 miles away, and makes life much easier for the person doing the delivery.
I followed the instructions given by the Woman at Brandosa Customer Services, and followed this with an email to Brandosa - only to be told that this "Not Possible".
The only reason I used Brandosa was that the item I wanted was no longer manufactured, and Brandosa were the only folk who had it in stock.
I'd never use them again, as their Web Site is dreadfully designed and their Customer Services are Idiots.
I presume the only reason they stocked what I wanted was that many other people have had the same experience and have gone elsewhere to buy what they want.
Found a pair of shoes on this site at a fab price. Ordered them very easily and the delivery and service was great. Have saved the web address to my favourites.

The site was easy to use, well laid out, and explained everything at a perfect time with a good general vocabulary. The shoes fitted perfect after using the size guide. The delivery was free, with free returns. I will definitely shop here again.
Took a week to receive my order - website states 2-3 days. took them 1.5 days to dispatch them. boots weren't suitable unfortunately and they didn't even come in a box! just put in a bag with the usual stuffing in them not what I would expect for a good pair of boots, so I am trying to return them - two emails to customer service later and STILL no reply! so I'm £84 out of pocket with no idea how to return them...would be a lot easier if I could just take them to a post office. I wont be using them again - too much of an inconvenience. I would suggest buying from a good site like Stylist Pick.
I had a great experience with this company. I ordered 3 shoes till now but returned one due to fitting issues.The collection service was as good as the delivery service from my home saving me trip to to the post office.
I also saved £15 on my first order.
