Absolutely fantastic, bent over backwards to help
What can I say? Dave did absolutely everything possible to make sure our order was exactly what we wanted - from the colour to the weight of the t-shirts, to making sure our (very awkward) logo came out clearly.

fast delivery, but sizing is out
the sizes are smaller than normal clothes, they state this will be slightly because of the fabric not stretching, but i ordered a size above what i wear in normal clothes and it was still too small. However they were delivered quickly and when i contacted about returning the ones that didn't fit i received a prompt reply and refund

no vat receipt supplied have to info the team and they supplied .Sent some of the good back didnt get receipt either paperwork shodgie but goods good quaunity would use again

Customer Service could be better
I had to constanly call to find out what was going on, as emails was not replied to promptly enough! Took over 2 weeks from first contact to get 5 items embroided, embroidery was not perfect and not cheap.

Great standard of service.
The choice on the clothing was good and the range of sizes. The delivery was fast and when the tops arrived I was pleasantly surprised with the embroidered logo quality. All sizes that I received were correct.
